Jaymir and O'garth continued down the cavern, where they came to a spacey area. Though this area of the cave was big and roomy, in the middle of it was a crater that had a stalagmite, and a stalactite attached, forming a pillar. However, splashes sounded with the following dripping water spattering into a lake, while choking and coughing with a gargling voice crying out in fear, "No! No! I don't want to die like this! Not like this!"
O'garth's eyes widen in shock as he states out in disbelief, "What the hell!" O'garth froze in shock, yet Jaymir's eyes widened in shock also, as he called out in fear, "Felix!" Without hesitation, Jaymir removed his poncho and dived straight into the lake with his knife in hand. Jaymir quickly swam towards Felix and started cutting the ropes that had him tied up, and tied up to the pillar, as water was up to his neck.
As Jaymir cut Felix free from his restrains, he quickly recovered Felix and swam back towards O'garth, as O'garth quickly gave Jaymir a helping hand back up to the surface. Jaymir and Felix lay on their backs, Jaymir in such a rage and out of breath, while Felix was coughing out water and gasping for breath and tearing his eyes out.
Jaymir quickly rolls on his side and sits up as he demands in anger, "Felix, what the hell happened here!" O'garth's eyes widen in fear as he had never seen Jaymir so upset before, and he thought that Jaymir and Felix had a history together to make him act so hostile.
Felix fell on his back as he tried to regain his composure, lying there silent for now. Yet, as Jaymir watches him in concern and rage, his blood boiled even more as he saw the condition of Felix. Felix was covered in bruises and cuts, and his eyes were swollen with water forming out of them, as he was in pain. Felix took a deep breath, and he said with gratitude, "Jaymir, you're a sore sight to behold. I am so glad you came in time." Felix, a kobold that was Rat with scales like a lizard, pats his chest, adding, "I was scared for my life, thank you! Thank you for saving me!"
Jaymir shook his head and still demanded in rage, "Forget that Felix, what is going on? Who the hell did this to you!" Felix slowly sat up, while also saying, "ow, ow, ow!" and grunting in pain. He looked at Jaymir in pain and squinted his eyes as his eyes were still swollen and saw that Jaymir was dead serious about knowing what was going on and why he was in such a state. Felix sighed in regret, he said, "They were elves." O'garth nods while listening, and Jaymir just had a stern expression on his face as he listened. Yet, Felix hesitated, but he continued telling Jaymir what happened.
