Chapter 32 - OPRS: Chapter 32

"Hahaha, who do you think you are?" someone hidden in the crowd loudly mocked Alistair.

He thought he was safe in the crowd, that Alistair didn't know them well, and as long as no one informed on him, Alistair wouldn't be able to find him.

Alistair chuckled. Not to mention that William and Barabaro were now his people, with Sandersonia, who was proficient in Observation Haki, present, he couldn't hide.

"Sandersonia!" he called out.

Sandersonia, who was already eager to teach the other guy a lesson, was in sync with him.

If Alistair couldn't find him, couldn't she?

Her green hair instantly turned into a snake-like form and darted into the crowd.

Then, a man was grabbed by the leg by the hair-snake, lifted into the air.

Sandersonia's move was similar to the Marines' "Life Return." Her hair, as if alive, turned into a snake to grab the opponent. In battle, the hair that turned into snakes could restrain the opponent's body and limbs, leaving them no room to fight back. After all, most people have two arms and two legs. Once their limbs are bound by hair, especially hair imbued with Armament Haki, even swords can't cut through it, let alone struggling.

At that point, ordinary people would only have one way out, death. Even Logia users would suffer a huge blow.

Of course, these small fries who didn't even have a bounty didn't need Armament Haki. She easily lifted him up with her hair, using a move similar to Life Return.

This was a man weighing over a hundred pounds, easily lifted by the leg, suspended in mid-air, flailing and screaming in fear.

The strangeness of the strong in the Grand Line was beyond everyone's expectations. This was why Alistair brought Sandersonia to this ship.

She hadn't even transformed into her Snake form, and she had already intimidated everyone into inaction.

"Is that him?" Alistair asked.

"That's him, no mistake." The huge Sandersonia, without moving a hand, crossed her arms and said definitively.

"Hang him up. He's not participating in today's training."

Alistair waved his hand and gave the order.

Marguerite casually grabbed a rope and threw it, hanging the man on the mast.

"Next, everyone, eight people in a row, line up in twenty seconds!"

Alistair roared.

Everyone jolted and started looking for their place in line.

Alistair silently counted down twenty seconds, watching them go from blind panic to forming crooked lines. He didn't correct them or say anything, just watched them fumble.

After twenty seconds, they finally formed ten crooked lines, looking at Sandersonia with apprehensive eyes. They weren't afraid of Alistair, but they were afraid of Sandersonia and the Kuja Pirates she represented.

Alistair didn't need them to be afraid of him. They would soon know what hell was like.

"First row, step forward." Alistair called out.

They stepped forward unevenly, creating a gap of one step from the people behind them.

"Now, copy me." Alistair jumped down from the railing, stood in front of the first row, and stuck out his butt.

A low chuckle rippled through the crowd. The action was too comical.

"Sandersonia." Alistair's expression didn't change. He simply gave the order.

Sandersonia's hair turned into green snakes again, going to grab people.

Three more people were hung on the mast, whether to be sunburnt or starved to death. This time, no one dared to make a sound.

"Get into my position, do twenty squats." Alistair ordered the first row.

The first row was somewhat embarrassed, but seeing Alistair maintaining that position and watching them, they sighed helplessly.

"1!"

"2!"

"3!"

"4!..."

Alistair followed along for the first few, but after four, he just watched them do it.

This action looked comical, ridiculous, and stupid, but after doing twenty, it was surprisingly tiring. Alistair smiled slightly. This was the common problem of pirates—they basically didn't exercise at sea. Even if they did, they only exercised their upper bodies. They didn't have many opportunities to exercise their lower bodies. Most pirates had big heads, thick necks, and strong bodies, but their thin legs were truly pitiful.

This wasn't common in the Marines. Most Marines had extremely scientific training methods and systematic training techniques. Even Sengoku, who hadn't exercised in a long time, had strong legs.

But pirates didn't have such good luck. Notable examples: Kaido, Big Mom, Blackbeard, Capone Bege from the Supernovas. They all had large upper bodies and small lower bodies. This was partly due to genetics, but compared to the Marines, who all had long legs, there was definitely something unreasonable. And Alistair's observation was that pirates were very negligent in exercising their lower bodies.

The eight people in the first row finished without panting, but their strange posture fully demonstrated how sore their waists and legs were.

"Go to the last row."

"Next row, step forward!" Alistair's face was cold. He didn't joke with them, but ordered them to come up one row at a time to do this strange movement.

If he was humiliating them, he wouldn't have to do it with them. But if he was truly training them, this training was too peculiar. Everyone fell silent, wanting to see what he was doing.

This training was a drop in the bucket for their stamina, but the posture was too strange. It was a unique movement, rarely seen, that could exercise the core muscles of the thighs, buttocks, hamstrings, lower back, upper back, abdomen, and torso. The squat was an essential movement for training the core strength of the body. Because it was so peculiar, many people who didn't exercise their lower bodies had their knees and buttock muscles twitching when they suddenly did this movement.

The strength of many people's lower body muscles was immediately apparent.

Alistair shook his head slightly. Their stamina was indeed good. Many hadn't even broken a sweat, but this exercise proved his judgment.

Now, things were getting interesting.

Alistair had a wooden stick in his hand. He lightly tapped his left hand with it, looked at the crookedly lined people, and suddenly swung the stick.
