[INT. ABANDONED SHRINE — NIGHT]
Rain taps gently against the shattered rooftop.
In the faint glow of the broken shrine, Haruto and Airi sit side by side, the aftershock of their escape still heavy in the air.
The golden aura from before lingers faintly around them — pulsing softly with their heartbeat.
[Haruto] (softly)
"Those visions… they weren't just dreams."
Airi places her hand against her chest, feeling the residual warmth.
[Airi] (whispering)
"They felt too real. Like...
we were someone else once.
Together."
Their eyes meet —
— and for the first time, both blush, a silent understanding blooming between them.
A bond older than memory, deeper than destiny.
Haruto turns the Watch over in his hand, studying it anew.
[Haruto] (murmuring)
"The Time God... He removed the last limit.
This isn't just a tool anymore."
He closes his eyes.
Time bends slightly around him — the air thickening, stretching — responding not to command, but to will.
Haruto opens his eyes, awed.
[Haruto]
"It listens to my thoughts now..."
Airi smiles, a soft strength behind her gaze.
[Airi]
"Then it's time we use it right.
Not just to fight...
but to find the truth."
Suddenly, a burst of pure white light fills the shrine.
The Time Maiden descends — ethereal as ever — carrying the frail body of the Time God.
Haruto and Airi rise instinctively, the golden light around them pulsing brighter in response.
The Time Maiden kneels, gently laying the Time God upon the floor.
He still appears weak — but a gentle radiance glows from his chest, matching the energy of the Watch and the Ring.
[Time Maiden] (softly)
"Children of Light...
the time has come to remember who you truly are."
[Haruto] (steady)
"Tell us what to do."
The Time Maiden guides them forward, kneeling on either side of the Time God.
As they reach out, the Watch and Ring blaze together — their lights merging into a single, harmonious pulse.
---
FLASHBACKS flood in:
— Two celestial beings, radiant and ageless, standing together beneath a fractured sky.
— A final battle against the Dark God — the sundering of time itself.
— A sacred promise, whispered beneath a shattering cosmos.
---
Their hands glow brighter — and slowly, the Time God stirs.
His eyes, heavy with countless millennia, finally open.
[Time God] (weakly)
"You've... awakened more than I dared hope..."
Haruto leans closer, his voice barely a whisper.
[Haruto]
"Why does it feel like... we already know you?"
The Time God smiles faintly, a look of profound sadness and hope.
[Time God]
"Because you do.
In another life...
you were our last light.
And you still are."
He struggles to sit, the Time Maiden steadying him.
[Time God] (firmer now)
"The Watch. The Ring.
They are but vessels.
Your true power sleeps within your souls.
When you fully remember... when you reclaim your divine selves...
then — and only then — will you stand a chance against the Dark God."
Airi steps forward, her voice steady.
[Airi]
"Then how do we remember?"
The Time God's gaze deepens, like he's seeing beyond the walls of the world.
[Time God]
"Seek the Echoes.
Fragments of your past — scattered, hidden.
Each one will awaken the light within you.
But beware..."
Suddenly—
The shrine shakes violently.
BOOM!
Black lightning rips through the sky.
The cracked ceiling splits wide — and Kazuki descends, suspended mid-air, his body radiating corrupted energy.
His face is twisted — terrified and furious.
[Kazuki] (screaming)
"You... healed him?!
You dared stall me?!"
His gaze locks onto the Time God — and he recoils, a tremor of fear shaking his corrupted form.
[Kazuki] (terrified whisper)
"N-no...
I gave you too much time..."
The Time God rises fully, his aura burning golden despite his weakness.
[Time God] (commanding)
"And now, creature of shadows —
it is your turn to flee."
Kazuki howls — a storm of dark winds whipping around him — and vanishes into the void.
---
Silence.
Above them, the sky fractures.
The moon hangs broken.
The stars bend unnaturally.
[Time Maiden] (grim)
"The cracks in the heavens have begun.
You must hurry."
Haruto and Airi step forward — side by side, hands almost brushing — as the shrine's light dims into darkness.
