Aaryan opened the the cupboard and pulled out a small vial. He held it up to Rishi.
"The werewolf that you and Adyant killed. All the blue energy was captured and stored in its liquid form by me." Aaryan explained, his eyes suggested he was proud of himself.
Rishi gently took the vial in his hand. He looked at the glowy blue liquid and asked "How did you do that?"
"That's not too hard! But that's not the point. The point is, you need to drink this." Aaryan revealed.
"How do I know this won't kill me?" Rishi asked.
"Only one way to find out!" Aaryan smirked "Just kidding! There will be no drinking. Open the vial, look at it with your right eye only and act like you are trying to pull the air in from the eye."
Rishi looked at him with an annoyed expression "You need to work on your jokes, old man!"
He sighed, opened the vial, closed his left eye, looked at the vial with his right eye and focused. The blue liquid started vaporizing and rising up in the air. Slowly, the blue vapors went and got absorbed into Rishi's right eye.
Rishi suddenly felt his entire body numb, his eyes widened as the vision returned in his right eye. He could finally see from both eyes, but the vision from the right eye was slightly blue, causing some slight distortion. The color of the red eye changed to a bright rich blue as well.
Aaryan smirked "Finally! The Blood Eye is active. You can use Blue energy to fight now. It is far more powerful than red energy. If I am still as good as back then, then my senses are telling me that you may have far surpassed Adyant."
Rishi looked at Aaryan and asked "How can I use blue energy to fight if my body is filled with red and they explode when they touch?"
Aaryan chuckled and explained "Oxygenated blood and deoxygenated blood never touch each other in human body, do they? Because they have different path and simultaneously enter and exit the lungs. Same goes here. Red will enter the eye from the body, blue with exit the eye into the body."
Rishi's eyes suddenly widened, the vision from his left eye disappeared as he saw something from his right eye. There was an image, an image of children crying, women crying, men trying to protect their families as someone.... massacred them. Rishi was watching the scene from that person's POV.
The person walked into a huge tribal gathering, everyone looked at him, their eyes widened. The one who seemed to be their leader approached angrily and grabbed his arm to take him out. That man pulled a dagger out of his pocket and slit the leader's throat in one clean slice.
What followed was complete one hour bloodshed. There seemed to be an invisible wall around them that one was able to escape. That killer was making it slow, taking them down one by one. He pushed the knife into the nose of one woman and ripped it, while she was still alive and pushed her away as she screamed and cried, leaving her alive.
That killer did not hesitate to butcher children and elderly that night. He killed everyone. He was leaving people alive with injuries so they can suffer before he came back to finish them, he did so with the woman whom he severed the nose of. He then moved to two young boys, both of them seemed familiar, very familiar. As if Rishi had seen both of them, very recently, but they were younger faces, hard to match.
Finally, the vision ended. Rishi fell back on his back, screaming in horror of what he had just seen. He screamed, as a single drop of tear flowed down his cheek. Aaryan grabbed his shoulders, shaking him out of it "Rishi! What's wrong? What the hell is wrong with you?"
Rishi blinked, finally coming back to his senses. He looked at Aaryan and explained "I just saw something. Something like a... like a dream. There was a killer, I was watching from his eyes. It was as if I was there. He... he killed at least 200 people, one by one, slowly. He made them all suffer. And he seemed to be enjoying that. Who the hell was that?"
Aaryan's eyes narrowed "200 people? Slowly? One by one?"
Rishi nodded.
Aaryan took a deep breath, as if he was preparing himself for what he was about to ask "Rishi, tell me! Were all those people.... Did they.... seem to be tribal? And were there two young boys who watched it all in horror?"
Rishi nodded and spoke "Yes! They were all tribal! The killer did not even touch the two boys the entire time and only approached them after he was done. The vision ended before I could see what he did with them!"
Aaryan looked frozen. His eyes spoke a thousand words but he was utterly silent.
"What? Don't tell me all that was real!" Rishi exclaimed.
Aaryan stood back up, grabbed Rishi's hand and pulled him back to his feet. He looked away from Rishi and spoke "I am going to leave for a few days! Until I am back, you and Manav are to stay put and not make a move."
Aaryan packed his bags in a hurry and left without revealing anything. Rishi just watched him leave from the door. He went back inside, climbed the stairs and went up to the rooftop. He saw Manav sitting there silently.
Rishi went and took the chair beside Manav. He noticed Manav was sharpening a blade, it looked antique, high quality with a smooth wooden handle. Rishi chuckled "What's that for?"
Manav sighed and revealed "I was saving it for a certain someone. But that certain someone died one day, no one knows how or why. I was happy but also enraged and I did not get to be the one to kill them."
Rishi narrowed his eyes and asked "The Anomaly? But he's alive!"
Manav sighed "It's not The Anomaly! The Anomaly needs to go simply because he is dangerous and too impulsive to be left out there. The one I am talking about is quite easily the most terrifying and evil person to ever exist in this world."
Rishi's eyes narrowed "Who?"
Manav revealed "His name was Achyut!"
