INT. HOSPITAL CORRIDOR – NIGHT (PRESENT)
The hallway is empty now. Mahi has already disappeared around the corner.
Saif stands near the wall, alone, his hand clenched tight around the paper coffee cup — until it crumples under his grip.
He doesn't follow her.
But something inside him ignites.
And suddenly —

FLASHBACK – EXT. OLD DOCKYARD – NIGHT – 4 YEARS AGO
The scene is brutal.
Zayaan, a local gangster, had kidnapped Mahi, dragging her into the shadows of an abandoned dock warehouse. Rain lashed the night like blades. Her screams echoed between rusted containers.
ZAYAAN (snarling):
"You think just because you're a doctor, you can humiliate me? You belong to no one, Mahi. But I'll make sure you remember me."
Just as he raised his hand toward her —
A SHOT FIRED.
AHAAN emerged from the rain-soaked dark — gun in hand, fury in his eyes.
AHAAN (growling):
"Let her go, Zayaan. Now."
Zayaan lunged — but Ahaan was faster. A brutal fight broke out. Fists. Blood. Bones cracking.
Eventually, Zayaan collapsed, unconscious.
Ahaan rushed to Mahi, breaking her ropes, holding her face in his hands.
MAHI (sobbing):
"Ahaan… you came…"
AHAAN (breathless):
"Always."
---
TWO DAYS LATER – EXT. SAME DOCKYARD – NIGHT
Zayaan's lifeless body lay cold and bloodied near the edge of the dock.
In the shadows stood Saif, his shirt stained, expression blank.
He had killed Zayaan. Not out of justice — but rage.
Because Zayaan touched Mahi.
Because Ahaan saved her — but Saif wanted to.
And now…
---
FLASHBACK CONTINUES – EXT. GARDEN RESTAURANT – EVENING
Warm lights strung between trees. A quiet, private rooftop restaurant.
Mahi sat across from Ahaan, unaware that Saif watched from a building terrace nearby, hidden in the dark — again.
Below, Ahaan reached across the table and held Mahi's hand.
AHAAN (gentle):
"There were a thousand moments I could've told you. But now I don't want to wait."
He opened a small velvet box — inside, a delicate silver ring.
AHAAN:
"Mahi Shaikh… will you marry me?"
Mahi gasped softly. Her hand flew to her lips.
And then…
She nodded.
She said yes.
From above, in the shadows — Saif watched.
Still.
Silent.
Burning.
His nails dug into his palm. His jaw locked.
But his eyes never left Ahaan.
Not with sadness.
Not with heartbreak.
But with a rage cold and consuming.
SAIF (to himself, voice like steel):
"You saved her once, Ahaan…
But remember — I ended the man who touched her.
You got her love.
But I bled for her in silence."
His eyes flared.
Only for Ahaan.

BACK TO PRESENT – INT. HOSPITAL WALL OUTSIDE CAFETERIA
Saif stares at the ICU hallway.
Expression blank.
Mind on fire.
SAIF (whispers):
"You came back.
Again."
But this time… he won't just watch.
