Chapter 98 - Chapter 97: How to Tame a Big Baby CEO

It had become a ritual.

"Can I go?" Aiden asked sweetly, looking up at Sion who was buried in paperwork.

"No," came the curt reply.

Without skipping a beat, Aiden leaned in and kissed him on the lips. Firm, quick, and intentional.

Sion blinked. "Still no."

Aiden kissed him again. "How about now?"

"Nope."

Again. Kiss. "Now?"

This cycle went on—kiss after kiss—until Sion had completely lost count. Somewhere around the fifteenth kiss, Sion finally melted.

"…Fine. You can go."

Aiden grinned in triumph, his cheeks flushed. "I knew kisses would work."

But he should've known better. Sion always had his way too.

When Aiden arrived at the new branch, ready to start fresh, he was stunned to find a familiar name on the new company plaque:

Sion Delvaux – Chief Executive Officer

"…What the—?!" Aiden muttered.

He stormed into his new department and, sure enough, there was Sion sitting casually in the executive chair, sipping tea as if he'd owned the city for decades.

"You changed the CEO?" Aiden asked, both baffled and impressed.

"Mm-hmm," Sion said, spinning in the chair. "I couldn't let my baby run off and forget me."

"This big baby… what am I going to do with him?" Aiden muttered under his breath.

Despite everything, life in the new city bloomed beautifully.

They now officially lived together. Technically, it was Aiden's apartment, but with how often Sion sprawled across his bed, stole his snacks, and commandeered his closet, it might as well have been theirs.

Every room felt warmer. Cozier. Like home.

Sion remained his usual clingy self—shirtless in nothing but gray trousers, always finding ways to distract Aiden from work. If Aiden was reading reports, Sion would sneak behind him and rest his chin on Aiden's shoulder. When Aiden was eating, Sion would snatch bites from his plate with a grin.

"You have your own food," Aiden would scold.

"But yours tastes better," Sion always replied, mouth full.

When Aiden tried to focus, Sion would dramatically sigh from the corner of the room, arms crossed like a betrayed prince.

"You don't love me anymore," he'd pout. "That's why you keep leaving me alone."

One time, while Aiden typed on his laptop in bed, Sion climbed on top of him and started doing pushups—on Aiden.

"Can you not turn my body into your gym mat?"

Sion only grinned and dipped lower for a kiss mid-pushup. "Just trying to stay fit for my boyfriend."

Aiden rolled his eyes, trying to hide his smile.

Despite the chaos, their days became golden. Laughter in the kitchen. Quiet movie nights. Shirtless workouts and sleepy mornings. Their cozy room became a nest of kisses, bickering, love bites, and shared dreams.

It wasn't perfect.

But it was theirs.

And it was more than enough.
