The recovery of Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke at the Butterfly Mansion was almost complete. Gojo Satoru, having gathered enough information about the demonic energy and the signatures of the Moons.
"Tanjiro, I've done enough research. There's a place where demonic energy is very powerful, even for a 'Upper Moon,'" said Gojo, his tone now more direct. "It's in a place called the 'Pleasure District.' An... interesting place."
Tanjiro was startled. The Pleasure District was known to be a place of vice and excess, and also a place where many people had disappeared. "The Pleasure District... is dangerous. The Pillars have already sent several hunters there."
"Precisely," Gojo smiled. "That means there's something really strong there. Something that could be the key to my 'anomaly.'" Gojo knew that the presence of a Superior Moon was almost a guarantee in that place.
Just then, Tengen Uzui, the eccentric and flamboyant Sound Pillar, appeared at the Butterfly Mansion, his three wives following him. "Youngsters! It's time for a glamorous mission! I need a couple of you to infiltrate the Pleasure District!"
Zenitsu screamed in terror, and Inosuke in excitement. Tanjiro, as always, volunteered. Gojo watched the scene, a smile forming on his lips.
"Perfect," Gojo interjected, to Tengen's surprise. "I'll go too. It seems our goals align, Sound Pillar."
Tengen Uzui, with his extravagant arrogance, approached Gojo, assessing him with his visible eye.
"Oh! So you're the weird guy Shinobu talks about? The one who can 'disappear' demons without a sword. You don't look very glamorous, but your power is a bit flashy, I'll admit!"
"Call me Gojo Satoru. And I'm more than 'a little flashy,'" Gojo replied, his smile widening. "I'm the strongest. And I assure you, I'll make this mission the most 'glamorous' you've ever had."
Tengen, feeling a strange connection to Gojo's overflowing confidence, nodded. "Good! Then get ready, kids! We're going to the Pleasure District!"
The trip to the Pleasure District was an odyssey in itself, with Tengen disguising Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke as "girls" to infiltrate the pleasure houses and search for their missing wives and the demon. Gojo, of course, didn't need to disguise himself.
He simply walked the streets, his blindfold in place, his overwhelming aura deterring anyone from getting too close. He was a walking spectacle of contradictions: powerful yet casual, distant yet curious.
While the others scattered to infiltrate, Gojo focused on his Anomaly Location Amulet. Muzan's signature was weak but steady, but that of Upper Moon Six, Daki, was intensely strong and close.
"Ah, there you are," Gojo thought. "The dimensional anomaly is denser around the Upper Moons. It seems they act as conduits. And this 'Daki' radiates a very particular energy."
Gojo didn't take long to find Daki. Upper Moon Six operated under the guise of a beautiful Oiran, but her true form and her Demon Blood Art, sash manipulation, were lethal.
The demonic energy she gave off was a breeding ground for the anomaly.
"So, you're the 'Upper Moon'?" Gojo said, appearing in front of Daki in a dark alley, his voice calm and emotionless. "I was expecting something a little more... imposing."
Daki, who had just finished off a victim, turned around, her eyes with the kanji for "Upper Moon Six" glowing with fury. "Who are you, insolent mortal? You dare interrupt my meal!"
"I'm not a mortal, dear," Gojo shrugged. "And your 'pleasure' is causing a disturbance in the universe. I can't let that happen."
Daki laughed, a cruel laugh. "What nonsense! I am one of the Twelve Demon Moons! I am beautiful and strong! No one interrupts me without paying a price!" Her obi sashes flew toward Gojo with blinding speed.
Gojo, however, did not move. The sashes stopped millimeters from his body, unable to penetrate his Infinity. Daki stared in disbelief, then with growing terror.
"What... what is this?" Daki hissed, trying with all her might. "My sashes! I can't... I can't reach you!"
"Ah, that's what my 'Infinity' does," Gojo explained with a calm smile. "Nothing can touch me unless I want it to."
Daki, sensing Gojo's true power, began to tremble. Fear overwhelmed her as she failed to comprehend such immense and unknown power.
"But I didn't come here just to kill you," Gojo continued. "I need information. Why is your energy so dense and darker? And how are you connected to Muzan?" Gojo didn't want to simply eliminate her; he needed to understand the nature of her power.
Daki, in a desperate attempt, unleashed her most powerful Demon Blood Art, creating a whirlwind of sharp bands. But it was all useless against Gojo Satoru's absolute power.
