Gu Xi showed a big, bright smile, and Wei Xiangqin and Wei Xiangxiu couldn't help but be charmed by her happy little face. The hospital room was filled with their laughter and warmth.

"You should sit down for a while," Wei Xiangqin urged as she gently guided her husband to a chair. "Have you eaten? There's some cake and milk here — have something to hold you over."

"How's the company situation?" Wei Xiangqin asked anxiously. Ever since she learned someone was scheming against them, fear gripped her heart. But as a housewife, she felt helpless to assist her husband. Now with their daughter in the hospital and her husband busy at work, her heart was restless, but she tried not to show it.
"Zhang Yue's mouth has been loosened. Although we haven't found concrete evidence yet, this definitely involves Fuhua Real Estate," Gu Changan said.
"And the Gu family in Jingcheng...?"
