Chapter 17 - The Secret Door

One quiet night, while everyone in Brightvale was asleep, Grub crept silently through the palace gates. He moved like a shadow, careful not to make a sound. He had been watching the palace for days, and now he was ready.

He went straight to the prince's library. It was dark inside, but the moonlight coming through the windows helped him see. He searched the room carefully. Then, behind a large bookshelf, he noticed something strange—a soft light glowing from a crack in the wall.

He moved closer. There it was—a magical door, slightly open. The light coming from it was soft and shimmering. Grub didn't know what was on the other side, but one thing was clear to him now: Prince Arin and Minister Tom were hiding something very important.

The next day, Grub met with his small group of followers. He told them everything—the secret door, the glowing light, and his growing doubts.

Some of them believed him right away. Others were unsure. But they all agreed to keep their eyes open and watch what happened next.

On the outside, the Kingdom of Brightvale was still peaceful. People were happy. But something was beginning to shift. A quiet kind of trouble was slowly growing.

That evening, Prince Arin invited Minister Tom and Luna to the palace again. They had dinner together and shared laughter and stories.

After dinner, Prince Arin looked at them seriously and said, "It's time we return to Lumora Magica. I want to check if everything is still safe there."

Minister Tom nodded. "Yes, we must make sure nothing has changed."

Luna smiled softly. "I'll come too. I miss that place."

Then Prince Arin added, "And we are visiting today to show Lumora Magica again to Minister Tom, because he was the first man to ever visit that magical world."

Late that night, when the palace was quiet, the three of them met in the library. The magical door glowed softly behind the shelf.

One by one, they stepped through the door and returned to the magical world of Lumora Magica.

It looked just as beautiful as before. Tall, glowing trees stood proudly. The rivers sparkled like stars. Lights floated gently through the air. But something felt different this time.

The wind was colder. It whispered through the trees like it carried a warning. The air felt heavy, and the silence was deeper.

They walked slowly, eyes wide, taking in everything around them.

Then, from behind a tree, a figure appeared. It was Liyara, the magical Pegasus. Her wings shimmered with silver light, and her eyes glowed with wisdom.

"You should not have come here again," Liyara said gently. Her voice was soft but serious. "Someone else has entered Lumora Magica ,a man with a dark heart."

Prince Arin, Minister Tom, and Luna looked at each other. They understood immediately.

"It's Grub," said the Minister in a low voice.

"He found the door," Prince Arin replied, eyes narrowed.

"We must find him," said Luna. "We can't let him harm this world."

Back in Brightvale, Grub had indeed used the secret door. He had seen it the night before, and his curiosity was too strong to resist. He stepped into Lumora Magica, thinking he could discover its secrets.

But he didn't understand the rules of this world. He didn't know how to move through it safely. He was not invited, and his heart was full of jealousy and greed.

As he walked deeper into Lumora Magica, the lights faded. The trees no longer glowed. The rivers looked still and cold. He felt lost.

The deeper he went, the darker it became. Strange whispers followed him. The peaceful magic of Lumora Magica was changing around him. He had brought trouble with him.

The story of Brightvale and Lumora Magica was about to take a serious turn. Danger was growing, and the balance between the two worlds was at risk again.

Now, it was up to Prince Arin, Minister Tom, and Luna to find Grub and protect the magic before it was too late.
