The next day, I had to deal with the biggest baby ever. This person has the worst work ethic.
Now, don't get me wrong—I don't hate her. But, seriously, she needs to sit up.
So, here's what happened: she walked out, leaving her phone behind. Naturally, I thought, Oh, she's probably just stepping out to ease herself or something.
But, nope. She left at 3:30 PM and didn't come back until 5 PM!
At that point, my patience was completely gone.
When she finally returned, I asked her, "What did you go out to do?" And you know what she said?
"Nothing."
She was literally just sitting around for two hours while I was busting my ass trying to get work done.
That was it for me. I told her straight up:
"I'm going to report you to management so they can punish you. Don't think for a second that you can get away with this nonsense because you won't. The audacity!"
And then I added, "NEVER in your life try this again, or you'll see the darkest side of me."
And you know what she did? This big baby just walked out, no apology, no remorse. That made me even angrier.
At that point, I was just waiting for her to mess up again. I was on full alert, watching her every move. I didn't care if she was mad or keeping malice—I wasn't going to tolerate her nonsense.
But guess what? The next day, she didn't even try to pull that disappearing act. She knew I was watching her like a hawk.
I was practically daring her: Just mess up, babe. I dare you.
LMAO, I probably sound terrifying, but I was mad as hell, y'all.
