Hello, this is my crash-out for the week.
So, Monday—if I remember correctly—was absolutely the worst day of my life!
Picture this: I had an overwhelming amount of work to handle, and the last person you'd want to rely on in such a situation is someone incompetent who couldn't care less and does whatever they please.
And let me tell you, when pushed, I can be a real bitch.
Imagine this: we're supposed to be working together, and not only does this person show up late, but they also have the audacity to take a lunch break despite having a mountain of work waiting for them.
Being the courteous and patient person I am (or tried to be), I asked her, "Okay, what's the plan here? What are we doing about this?"
And do you know what she had the nerve to say?
"You should do it yourself."
Excuse me, what?
What did you just say to me?
This is your job!
I completely exploded. We had a serious argument until her brain finally clicked, and she begrudgingly got to work. Oh, and she thought I'd feel bad for telling her off in a mean way?
Well, guess what? I don't.
This is your job. You're getting paid to do it. Don't stress me out by not pulling your weight!
Yeah, I said that to her, and I meant every word. I don't take shit!
