Chapter 25 - Wild Chaotic Auction Mess

[Azure Sword Sect, Eastern Region, Desolate Continent]

It had been two days since the couple began dual cultivating, and now Amelia was sitting on Justin's bed, refining all the yang qi he dumped inside her.

The small house reeked of their sweat, juices, and marks left all over the furniture.

However, it was worth it as he ended up killing time while reaping benefits.

He had 4,750 yin qi ready to refine, but he chose to do it later since it was the day of the action.

Amelia's legs were out of energy, ensuring she remained inside for a few more days.

She was tired, especially after doing it over fifty times.

She benefited as much as he did and even more, having his chaotic charges mixed with the yang qi she absorbed.

Justin opened the windows, allowing some fresh air in.

"I have to go. There's an auction to attend, dear."

Amelia heard him, but didn't bother responding. She nodded lightly, granting her silent approval.

He smacked her with a kiss, then he put his clothes on before heading outside.

He grabbed a few outfits from the sect's storage, then headed to the core zone.

Once inside, Justin stripped his clothes and jumped into the water, taking a full bath.

Suddenly, the notification arrived, earning him 33,800 charges and experience for the Void Piercer's misfortune.

He ignored it and continued his bath, happy with his progress.

After the bath, he washed his system equipment and put on the sect's outfit. It gave him no stats, but it didn't bother him since he was much stronger now.

Arriving at the sect gates, Justin waited for those accompanying him to the auction.

A few minutes passed, and none arrived, so he gave up and went on his own.

Justin appeared in front of the action house, waving his hands while smiling.

"May I enter now?" He leaned against one of the desks, asking its receptionist.

"Yes, but be aware that it will start an hour later."

Justin nodded approvingly, retrieving a jade from his inventory.

"Thank you, thank you. Here, get yourself a few good meals."

He placed the jade on the disk, tipping the employee. However, it wasn't pointless since he did it for attention.

A few followed him as expected, licking his boots shamelessly.

They took their seats around him, a little high at the center where the average cultivators sat.

Justin said, "I'm clueless, please enlighten me and you shall be rewarded.", acting like a spoiled young master.

He grinned internally, watching them swallow his acting like a good soup.

"This young master shall do it for ten of these jades."

"Hmph, seven are enough for me!"

"Heh, you lowly uneducated fools! Fifteen here, and I shall answer any questions you have!"

Justin sneered playfully upon hearing them. he raised his hands, pointing at the last one then began speaking.

"This young master appreciates your sincerity... But I shall select the one who benefits me the best!"

His words felt like a shot in the dark, sending them away, leaving the last one of them with him.

"Glad to meet you, Daoist! My name is Justin, what is yours?!" He continued, retrieving 15 jades from his inventory.

Vance responded, "Likewise, likewise. I'm Vance Regtoria!", cupping his hands.

"How many items are there and what are the best?!"

Justin asked, and Vance began explaining. Meanwhile, Justin didn't focus since he already knew.

This was mere playing to put a scapegoat for the chaos, and Vance Regtoria was perfect!

'Good boy... God, I love your stupidity...' Justin thought while Vance went on like a broken record.

Like the rest, he didn't question Justin and followed quietly, blinded by the jade.

"Thank you very much, Vance!"

Justin clapped once Vance was finished, and he gave him the jade with five extra.

A few minutes later, more cultivators entered the vast hall, taking their seats around him.

He smiled and waved to the two sect elders sitting at the end, and to the Mystic Tower's elder ahead.

Eventually, the auction began as the cultivators battled for the items with their wealth.

Finally, the best items arrived as the pill was placed on the counter.

"For the 10th item, we have a flawless pill. One with a hundred percent purity and a vast amount of vitality!"

The host announced, pausing for a second to announce the bidding rules.

"The minimum bidding amount shall be five crystals, and the start shall be a hundred!"

Vance grinned, knowing he could secure the item easily with the fancy jade he had.

The only thing he feared was Justin bidding against him, but then he believed his favor was enough to stop such a thing.

"One hundred five."

"One hundred fifty!"

"Two hundred!"

"Five Hundred~"

"Ten ten!"

"One High Quality Jade!"

The bidding continued until Vance announced his involvement. Everyone else stopped for a moment since the rules were clear.

Once someone offered a higher currency, the rest had to step up with either equal or higher currency.

Not only that, but a high-quality jade was equal to fifty low-quality jade.

However, it was not over as the bidding resumed.

"Fifty-five jades."

"Sixty,"

"Five High Quality Jades!"

Vance grumbled, his tone carrying a hint of annoyance. He wanted the pill, it was so important to due his lacking talent.

"Will these friends give fa—"

He stood up, waved his hands, and made his presence known.

"My jades, you damn thief! He stole my precious jaaaaeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaades!"

Unfortunately, Justin didn't give him the chance. He shouted like a madman, sending the signal off to his actors.

"Bullshit, our young master would never do such a thing~" One of them stood, waving his hands with the fire element, sending a wave across the seats.

It failed to hurt Justin, but it did its purpose as the chaos spread.

Another one stood, shouting, "I saw it, he bullied this Daoist and robbed his jades!" while swinging his sword casually at the crowd.

Vance frowned, looking at Justin angrily. He said, "You! Wh—"

Justin hurled up, gripping Vance's neck before throwing him across the seats, shutting him down.

'Yes, yes, yes, fight, fight, fight you clueless, poor fools!'

He snickered internally as the offended cultivators began responding.
