Chapter 238 - Chapter 238 : Unexpected Situation, Rampaging Giant!

He waved his fist, and his punch screamed through the air, like a thunderbolt striking down upon the earth, tearing through the atmosphere and crashing into the giant with unrelenting force.

Boom!!!

A deafening explosion reverberated through the sky, and then, miraculously, the giant that had been split in half began to reform, gathering itself back together before charging toward Finn.

Boom!

Finn's expression remained indifferent. He didn't budge an inch, maintaining his stance as his enormous power held the giant immobile. No matter how hard the creature struggled, it could not move an inch, trapped by a force beyond its comprehension.

"Destroy me!"

A cold light flashed in Finn's eyes, and his right leg swept outward with terrifying power, sending the giant flying hundreds of feet, crashing into a nearby wall, and obliterating it instantly.

"What's this?"

Finn raised an eyebrow. The wall, destroyed by his attack, began to heal at an unnaturally fast rate, as if it had never been damaged in the first place.

This startled Finn momentarily.

Just as he registered the phenomenon, the giant surged to its feet once more, unrelenting in its assault.

Without hesitation, Finn struck again, sending the giant flying with a single, powerful slap, and then continued to chase it down.

Boom! Boom! Boom!!

The ground shook violently, echoing the brutal clash between the two. Explosions rang out as every strike sent shockwaves through the city, the very foundation of New York City beginning to tremble as rocks and debris rained down, filling the air with dust and debris.

Finn's face darkened. The giant was unyielding, its power seemingly endless. No matter how hard Finn fought, it continued to regenerate, each attack only slowing it down, not ending it.

"Damn! What the hell is this thing?"

Finn's frustration was palpable. This creature was like an unstoppable force, and every attack seemed only to delay its inevitable return. It was exhausting.

"No, this isn't going to work. I can't keep up like this."

Finn's mind raced. The creature was inexhaustible, and it was clear that his own reserves were depleting. He hadn't been getting enough rest lately, and it was beginning to show. His strength was waning.

In a flash of clarity, he jumped into the air and surveyed the scene from a higher vantage point, his gaze scanning the destruction below.

"So it's underground?"

Beneath him, Finn spotted a massive passage opening up, a gaping wound in the earth that seemed to lead directly to the creature's source.

The ground he had just attacked was healing at a pace that was visible to the naked eye, indicating some form of regenerative power that Finn couldn't afford to ignore.

A sinister grin appeared on Finn's face as he raised his arms wide, gathering his energy.

"Let's see how you handle this!"

With a powerful motion, he unleashed a violent wind, sending gusts of hurricane-force winds in all directions. The ground that had been healing cracked open once again, this time breaking apart completely, the fissures spreading rapidly like a spider's web, consuming the space around him.

Finn's lips curled into a knowing smirk. He was done playing.

Without hesitation, he dove straight into the hole, deep into the earth beneath the city.

"Haha, stupid mortal, you think you can escape like this?"

A voice mocked him from above, and Finn quickly sensed the approaching threat.

The giant descended from the sky, its massive form casting a shadow as it slammed down toward Finn with an earth-shattering force.

"Not a chance!"

Finn sneered, spinning on his heel and delivering a powerful punch to the giant's chest. The impact sent the behemoth crashing to the ground with a thunderous crash.

Boom!!!

The giant lay sprawled on the ground, but Finn didn't even give him a chance to recover before a chilling aura filled the air.

Finn's instincts flared, and his hair stood on end as his eyes narrowed, catching sight of the giant rising to its feet once again, completely unfazed by the attack.

"What the hell are you?"

Finn's voice was sharp, his anger rising.

"Hmph, ignorant mortal! You lowly race, do you think you can fight us?!"

The giant laughed derisively. "Well, I'll give you one last chance to live. If you submit to me and become my slave, I'll spare your life!"

Finn couldn't help but sneer at the audacity of the creature.

"Not a chance," he said coldly. "Even if I'm not as strong as you, I'd rather die than bow to you."

"COURT DEATH!!"

The giant's roar shook the ground as it charged at Finn with terrifying speed, intent on ending him once and for all.

"Overreach."

Finn's voice was cold as he braced himself, slamming both fists into the charging giant.

Bang! Bang! Bang!!!

The force of the blows sent the giant stumbling backward, but Finn didn't relent. He wasn't going to give the creature any room to recover.

"Oh? Is this all you've got?" Finn taunted, though he was surprised that the giant's strength was on par with his own, or perhaps even slightly better.

Still, he could handle this. It wasn't enough to intimidate him.

The giant bared its teeth, its expression feral.

"You think you're the only one with power? Today, I'll show you what real strength is!!!"

With a loud roar, the giant's body began to glow with a dark, ominous energy as the very air around him seemed to bend and warp.

Boom!!!

The energy in Finn's own body surged violently, and a vast, overpowering aura began to radiate from him.

"What?!"

The giant's eyes widened in disbelief as he felt Finn's power intensifying, growing far beyond anything he had anticipated.

"You've got potential," the giant muttered, an edge of excitement creeping into his voice. "A body like yours...even in our dimension, you'd be a monster unlike anything seen in thousands of years! If I consume you, I'll evolve beyond anything you can imagine!!!"

The giant's voice turned into a roar as it charged at Finn once more, eager to consume him.

"Yeah, pretty great idea...for a monster," Finn retorted, his tone dripping with disdain.

With a swift motion, Finn swung both fists forward, landing a brutal punch to the giant's abdomen.

Psst!!!

The giant's eyes bulged as it spewed blood from its mouth, sent flying backward by the force of the blow.

"Damn you!" the giant spat, eyes full of rage.

But Finn was already moving. He charged forward, aiming for the giant once again.

Boom!!!

Finn's whip kick connected with the giant's torso, sending it flying through the air like a ragdoll. The impact cracked the ground beneath them, and debris flew in every direction.

Finn's focus was unshakable as he charged forward again, determined to finish this once and for all.

Boom!!

Tentacles shot out from the ground, reaching for him with horrifying speed.

Finn twisted in mid-air, dodging the strike, then looked up to see the giant had somehow transformed into an even more grotesque form, now with two massive heads.

"Human, I didn't expect you to be clever enough to guess my true form!"

The two-headed giant's body contorted as it shifted back into a human-like shape, its eyes glowing a sinister red.

Finn scowled. "You're the mastermind behind this?"

"Not bad!" The giant sneered, and then, raising its hand, summoned dark green flames that ignited around him, engulfing everything in a burning inferno.

"Small tricks," Finn muttered under his breath.

With a sudden burst of energy, Finn raised his hands, and the golden glow in his eyes intensified. The flames froze mid-air, suspended by his immense power.
