Third-Person POV

"Hmm... yeah, I've got good hair." a 14-year-old boy said as he looked at himself in the mirror. "…Of course… no muscles. Hfftt." He let out a sigh as he eyed his skinny arms.

"Just give it some time… and a bit of workout…" He kept gazing at his reflection and smiled. But the moment was cut short by the voice of a younger child, staring at him with a puzzled expression.

"What are you doing?"

"And here comes the little devil…" the teenager muttered, turning around to see his nine-year-old brother staring at him with a disapproving look. "What do you want, Sheldon?"

The little boy, Sheldon Lee Cooper, kept his gaze firm. "This is my scheduled bathroom time."

The teenager smirked. "Yeah? So?" he said, waiting for a response.

Sheldon blinked, slightly taken aback by his brother's behavior. "Are you suffering from Transient Global Amnesia? Did you hit your head too hard? Oh wait—silly me—you remember my name, which rules out those symptoms. Or maybe this is a new disease?! Oh boy, this is exciting!"

The older boy laughed—genuinely amused by his little brother's dramatic curiosity. "You're really something else…" he said as he ruffled Sheldon's hair while walking past him.

Sheldon froze in horror. His brother touched him. Touched his hair!

"You're clearly sick! MOM! Georgie's acting weird!" he yelled, calling for help like it was a matter of life and death.

Loud footsteps echoed through the hallway. "What's going on?" their mother, Mary Cooper, appeared. She watched Georgie stroll past her with a grin on his face.

"Stop bullying your little brother!"

"I'm not bullying him." Georgie said, still smiling. "I just love him."

"Lies! You're sick! Stay away from me! But if I want to study your condition, I'll need to wear a hazmat suit!" Sheldon exclaimed, running off dramatically.

Mary watched him run, then turned toward her eldest son, George Cooper Jr., with a sharp glare. "What did you do to your brother?"

"Nothing! I was just using the bathroom." Georgie replied, still wearing that mysterious smile.

"You're weird." came another voice—a young girl standing nearby.

"Hey… that's supposed to be your twin brother's title." Georgie joked, only to receive a playful smack on the back of his head.

"That's still your brother you're calling weird." came a gruff voice from behind.

Before George Sr. could say more, Sheldon reappeared—now fully suited in a hazmat outfit, complete with helmet and stick—causing George to pause mid-sentence.

"…Yeah. Still your brother." George muttered, backing away as Sheldon stood in the middle of the room like a tiny apocalypse survivor.

"Another weirdo." the little girl added.

"What's going on with you?" she asked Georgie, eyeing him suspiciously.

"What? Nothing's going on with me, Beside you still need to find him better suit." Georgie answered pointing to sheldon and then heading to the dining table for breakfast.

"You can't do anything before receiving a proper diagnosis from an expert." Sheldon announced from across the room.

"Are you an expert? I thought your area of expertise was theoretical physics, engineering, math—or something like that." Georgie said as he grabbed a stack of pancakes his mom had made.

"…." Sheldon froze. He had read plenty about medical science, but it wasn't exactly his favorite field.

"I have studied it." Sheldon insisted, puffing up with pride. "I can make a diagnosis right now based on your behavior."

He lacked experience, but what he did have was unmatched confidence.

Georgie paused mid-bite. He looked at Sheldon with calm eyes.

"Why don't we just have breakfast in peace? Sheldon, take off that… disaster clothes, before you're late for school." George Sr. said because he didn't know about that clothes sheldon wearing.

But Georgie gently stopped him. "Wait a second… Sheldon, come here."

Sheldon hesitated but eventually moved closer.

"I'm not sick, Sheldon." Georgie said gently. "You love science, don't you?"

"Of course. Matter of fact, my hero is Albert Einstein. He developed the most iconic equation in physics." Sheldon said excitedly and nodding his head.

"Good. Then why are you playing doctor? Do you want to become a… medical expert now? If so, we'll support you." Georgie said with his smile.

"What are you talking about?! Are you mocking me? Science is more than just medicine!" Sheldon snapped, removing his helmet with frustration. His piercing gaze was more adorable than intimidating. "I know more about medical science than you do!"

"But you're not a robot, Sheldon." Georgie said softly, still smiling. "You can't master everything. Focus on what you're good at. You're a genius, sure—but you're still human. Your brain will melt if you try to absorb all the knowledge in the world."

Sheldon opened his mouth to argue, but Georgie didn't let him.

"Besides, you wouldn't want hundreds of medical researchers losing their jobs just because you could do it all by yourself, right?" Georgie said.

Sheldon fell silent. Even with all his pride, he had been raised by Mary to have a basic sense of morality… even if it didn't always show.

"I guess you're right." he muttered. Besides, germs, illnesses, and death? Not exactly his favorite subjects.

"Good." Georgie said as he messed up his brother's hair again. "Now go. You're almost late for your shower slot."

Sheldon's eyes widened in horror. "Oh dear!" He ran off to the bathroom, leaving the others at the breakfast table.

Georgie chuckled, amused by his little brother's quirks—but something felt off. The room was too quiet. His mother had her hands clenched together and eyes closed. His father's mouth hung open. And his little sister stared at him as if he'd grown a second head.

"What?" Georgie asked, looking at Missy, Sheldon's twin.

"…You're acting weird. And it's freaking me out." Missy said with horror.

"Me too." George said, goosebumps rising.

"Lord, please save my son… he's just a boy. Take the demon that's using his body instead…" Mary's prayer was barely audible, but everyone heard it.

"Come on!" Georgie groaned, annoyed by their reactions. He looked around the table. Well, maybe he was the weird one.

Why? Because he wasn't the same Georgie anymore.

Maybe 'possessed' was the right word… but if the Lord himself had sent him back, what were they going to do about it?

"Are you sick?" George asked, approaching and placing a hand on Georgie's forehead. "You're not… but let's take you to the hospital anyway."

"I'm not sick, Dad. I'm just excited that Sheldon's going to school with me." Georgie said with chuckling and trying to swat George hand.

That made everyone more concerned.

"Please, Lord. Forgive this boy's sins…" Mary whispered again.

"You're weirder than Sheldon now." Missy added, but a second later, she shrugged and went back to eating her breakfast.

"You need a doctor!" George said, growing alarmed. "Maybe Sheldon was right. Mary, let's go!"

He grabbed Georgie's arm and looked at his wife.

"Don't just stand there and pray—we need to take him to the hospital!"

"Yes, you're right! Let's go, Georgie…" Mary said with a sorrowful look. "…Or maybe Pastor Jeff could help. Maybe he can cleanse you…"

George looked at Mary with disbelief, "Really? He's not possessed—…right?" he asked, but even he sounded unsure now.

"I'm not sick. I'm not possessed. I'm just growing up, Mom. Dad." Georgie said calmly. "In fact, I feel great! I could run all the way to school right now!"

"No, you're not running to school." Mary warned with more horror right now.

"She's right. But I am more worried about you." George admitted.

"Hey, I'm worried too!" Missy piped up, not wanting to be left out. "If you end up in a mental hospital, I'm taking your room."

Georgie laughed. "Haha, then you'll have to clean it first."

"…Nah, I'm good with mine." Missy said after thinking a little, then ignoring him again.

Mary and George were used to Missy's sass—but not to Georgie laughing it off.

"…I'll ask my mom about this." Mary muttered. "Yeah…" George agreed quietly. There were bigger issues at hand.

"I better go or I'll be late." Georgie said, picking up his lunchbox. Before leaving, he kissed his mom on the cheek.

"Bye. Love you."

Mary froze in place. So did George who looking at his son with worried gaze, "….damn it Georgie!" George said before he try to catching after him.
