Chapter 511 - Chapter 511: Sunlight Shines

When this voice rang out, little Frank felt a lightness in his body and his heart instantly calmed down. It even seemed like the commotion from the wolf cubs behind him had vanished.

Little Frank's feeling was not an illusion. With the appearance of that voice, the surrounding wolf cubs indeed disappeared on the spot. In the surrounding woods, not only did the wolf cubs vanish, but even the small bats flying at the front disappeared as well.

After all, neither the small bats nor the wolf cubs were real living beings. They were merely energy transformations by the werewolves and vampires. They seemed lively and vivid only because the two individuals had excellent control over their energy.

Just as the werewolves could use their claws to tear the small bats apart, for Robert, shattering these so-called energies was also no difficulty at all.

Yes, the one who took action was naturally Robert. When he saw the gang members killing each other, Robert had no intention of intervening. He felt that these guys deserved it even if they died. When Frank nearly killed all the gang members, Robert didn't intervene for the same reason.

However, it was different now that the vampire and werewolf were targeting little Frank. Robert definitely wouldn't stand by and watch a child die at the hands of two dark supernatural beings.

Especially since it was clear that the vampire and werewolf were not good people. They not only wanted to kill Frank and his son but also intended to toy with them. Such an attitude of not treating humans as humans was something Robert would not tolerate.

"Hmm?!" When they sensed their released energy being instantly shattered by Robert, the werewolf and vampire's pupils contracted and their expressions turned serious. They abandoned their previous mocking attitude towards Frank and his son, now focusing intently on Robert, as if trying to discern his true nature.

The werewolf hadn't reacted much, but when the vampire seriously focused on Robert, his eyes instantly lit up. A greedy desire surged in the vampire's heart.

"What a powerful body, what delicious blood. If I could drink your blood, I might break the bloodline shackles, reverse the rank disparity, and become a renowned powerful figure among the blood race!" As the greedy look in his eyes grew brighter, the vampire couldn't help but voice his thoughts while staring at Robert, unable to conceal his inner desires.

"You?" The werewolf beside him frowned, sensing that something was wrong with the vampire. This gave the werewolf a vague sense of unease, a pressure gradually rising in his heart.

Meanwhile, Frank, who was running, heard the commotion and saw the surrounding bat swarms disappear. He gradually regained clarity and, upon seeing little Frank floating in the air with Robert, his pupils contracted. He instinctively ran towards little Frank.

"Don't worry, the child is fine. He's quite brave. You should take your family and leave. This place is too dangerous for ordinary people..." Robert understood that Frank might have misunderstood something. He waved his hand, sending little Frank over, and spoke calmly.

"Is this... Are you a superhero?" Frank looked at little Frank, who had flown to him, and seemed to realize something. He hesitantly asked Robert.

"Sort of. This matter doesn't concern you anymore. Leave quickly!" Robert turned his head towards the vampire and werewolf. The vampire had vanished, seemingly blending into the darkness, while the werewolf stood his ground. Robert could clearly sense a pair of greedy eyes in the darkness, watching him as if wanting to devour him whole.

"Thank you, big brother. Be careful!" Frank, hearing Robert's words, didn't dare to stay longer. He didn't even dare to say much, fearing to attract the vampire and werewolf's attention. Little Frank, however, shouted to Robert from Frank's arms.

But just as little Frank's voice fell, a shadow lunged at Robert. In a blur, it seemed like numerous bats were ravaging.

Under little Frank's gaze, a mass of darkness rushed towards Robert's body, seemingly about to devour him the next moment. Robert, however, stood still, appearing not to sense the approaching darkness.

But just as little Frank was about to shout a warning, Robert's arm lightly swung, striking the mass of darkness, sending a figure crashing to the ground.

Even Frank, who was running, felt the ground tremble slightly under his feet. This made him hurry even more, quickening his pace towards his wife and daughter.

The vampire, who was struck into the ground, spat out blood. The blood seeped into the ground, his expression dazed. He seemed much more clear-headed now, with the greedy desire that arose from sensing Robert's powerful body greatly diminished.

"Who are you?" Meanwhile, as Frank reached his wife and daughter with little Frank, he found a woman standing beside them. He frowned, placing a hand on the gun at his waist, and looked at the woman warily.

"Since you're back, leave quickly. This place is not safe for you..." Kara gestured to Frank, having come to help look after his wife and daughter in case Robert got too focused on dealing with the vampire and werewolf.

Compared to other Avengers members, Kara hadn't done as many good deeds, especially when it came to humanitarian care. But she was much better at it than Robert.

"Thank you! Thank you!" Frank, realizing Kara's identity, thanked her while pulling his family towards their car.

"Big sister, are you Avengers?" little Frank asked Kara.

"Sort of," Kara smiled and nodded gently at little Frank. "But don't go spreading what happened today. It could bring trouble..."

Kara's words were not just for little Frank but for Frank the soldier. Knowing about Robert's or the Saiyan's actions wasn't a big deal, but if word spread carelessly, it could attract official forces to Frank's family, seeking more information about Robert.

"Don't worry, I'll teach the kids," Frank nodded, understanding the lack of official backing for the Avengers and not wanting his family involved. He took his family and left.

As the car moved away from the park, Frank and his wife finally breathed a sigh of relief, knowing they had survived this disaster.

For the children, their reaction wasn't as intense. Little Frank had faced many scares, nearly breaking down, but encountering superheroes quickly shifted his focus, filling him with excitement.

"Now, there won't be any more surprises. The vampire and werewolf aren't that strong, but why didn't Robert kill them directly? Is he planning to repay them for tormenting that child?" Kara thought, observing the area after Frank's family left.

Robert, she figured, would kill the vampire and werewolf to end the incident. But he seemed to have other plans.

"Uh, sir, it's a misunderstanding. I'm not familiar with this disgusting bat. If you were here earlier, you'd see I tried to save that family. It was the bat who messed up..." the werewolf said hurriedly, sensing danger after seeing Robert punch the vampire into the ground.

"Do you think your acting is good?" Robert asked the werewolf, surprised by his lack of self-awareness despite witnessing so much.

"Uh..." The werewolf froze, unsure how to respond. He thought his acting was fine, apart from a brief lapse into his hunting instinct.

However, realizing Robert's strength far surpassed theirs, the werewolf dared not escape.

The werewolf now understood the gang member hiding behind the tree earlier. They were no different from the gang member, except the gang member was still alive, making the werewolf fear a similar fate.

"Who are you?" the vampire asked, climbing out of the pit. "If you wanted to save that family, you've succeeded. Can you spare me? The blood race will remember your kindness..."

"The wolf clan will remember too!" the werewolf quickly added.

"Do you think I care about your so-called kindness?" Robert scoffed, looking at the werewolf and vampire disdainfully. He hadn't acted yet because he believed there was more to their story.

Especially since the werewolf and vampire, typically enemies, seemed allied. So why the charade? Just to toy with Frank and his son?

"If you want to live, you need to explain your relationship," Robert said, eyeing them.

"Enemies!" they answered in unison, fitting their typical image but clearly not the truth Robert observed.

With their words, Robert's aura burst out. He released a technique familiar to Dragon Ball Z warriors.

Solar Flare!

In the dim moonlight, the woods lit up like a sun had risen, illuminating everything.

Most critically, the sunlight caused the vampire's body to crumble, parts of him breaking down and sealing him in place, unable to move...
