Chapter 67 - Chapter 67: Lillie’s Cuckqueaned Persona Persona Fruit

Yes—Haru made his move.

The moment the Ultra Wormhole shattered, the previously low-profile Mew, still deeply invested in her "human professor" act, finally stopped suppressing her aura and revealed her presence to everyone.

She knew it was time to get serious—or else her master would definitely punish her when he found out everything that had happened.

Granted… even with her helping now, she'd still get punished later once he knew the full story.

Mew was well aware that some of her "choices" might've gone a bit too far.

But she'd do it all again! She was destined to be the very first Pokémon Professor of Humanity, after all!

As for Haru—while he still didn't know the full scope of what was going on, he did know one thing: the time to choose had arrived.

Would he side with Lillie and fight Ultra Necrozma?

Help Necrozma absorb Lunala?

Or stand back and stay out of it?

There were three options before him—and none of them would cause him much personal harm either way.

But his decision came instantly.

Even though Lillie seemed a little… off, Haru still chose to stand by her without hesitation.

Maybe it was subconscious guilt—his way of making it up to her.

Because deep down, even if it wasn't all intentional… he knew he'd wronged her.

Especially since Lillie still didn't know what had really happened… which only made that guilt heavier.

More than that—Lillie had already made her feelings clear, and he—

Well. No more excuses.

He had made his choice—and now he would see it through. That was how Haru did things.

All in. No regrets.

Ultra Necrozma might be overwhelmingly powerful, able to crush Lunala with ease, but Mew and Flutter Mane weren't going down without a fight.

Strictly speaking, Flutter Mane wasn't a Legendary Pokémon—but as a prototype for Mewtwo, she had the battle power to match a top-tier legendary.

At the very least, she could hold her own against Mewtwo—and even overpower him on occasion.

If Mew and Flutter Mane were to lend their strength to Lunala, fueling that Z-Move further—

Then this attack could very well shatter anything.

This wasn't just a move—it was the ultimate combined technique of two top-tier Legendaries and one high-tier Mythical.

It was like giving Lunala a hell-mode battle-god as a power-up. A burdenless, full-send war machine.

Their combined strike had only one name—

"Celestial Feather Dragon Dance!"

Three Pokémon unleashed their power together, surging forward to clash directly with Ultra Necrozma's devastating Light That Burns the Sky.

BOOM—BOOM—BOOM—!!!

Lunala was indeed strong—but this wasn't just any strong. This was ultimate move strong.

And "Light That Burns the Sky" wasn't some pushover either. It was the signature final move of what was considered the most powerful Legendary Pokémon up through Generation VII.

Now, with two minds controlling her, Ultra Necrozma hadn't grown weaker—she'd become more precise.

It was as if she'd achieved perfect mastery over her own power. She was, by every measure, the strongest in history.

The modern-day strongest clashed with the strongest of all time—and no one could say for certain who would win.

This heaven-scorching, ocean-boiling battle ripped through the entire corridor between worlds. Countless Ultra Wormholes burst open, like oncoming storms tearing through everything in their path—waking the slumbering clouds in their cage.

Perhaps because she was finally receiving Haru's support again, Lillie seemed invigorated. Her sudden surge of resolve even reignited Nebby's flagging strength as the little star Pokémon pushed beyond its limits.

Under normal circumstances, Nebby would never push this hard—but right now, it could feel Lillie's determination.

No matter the cost—it had to stop Ultra Necrozma. Even if it meant its own life.

Meanwhile, things were getting a bit awkward on Ultra Necrozma's side…

Sure, from a pure power standpoint, she could outmuscle all of Alola—but when it came to sheer will, she was starting to falter.

Lana's revenge arc had technically played out—yes, some unexpected things happened—but she'd still vented on Lusamine like she'd planned.

And Necrozma's goal had been to regain her light and become whole again.

But now? She was Ultra Necrozma.

This was beyond full power.

What more could she even want?

And while she could absolutely outmuscle Lunala and Mew in a straight-up fight, the way Lunala was fighting—like she had nothing to lose—plus the extra power support…

Even Ultra Necrozma couldn't say for sure if she could win.

So Lana grumbled to herself in frustration.

"What the heck, Haru?! First, you mess with me using those weird freaky playstyles, and now that I'm fighting Lillie you turn around and help her beat me?"

"Didn't we share some special times together?!"

"Lillie's trying not to lose? Guess what—I don't want to lose either! I even made a bold declaration in front of her! If I go down now it'll be so embarrassing—"

And yet, despite thinking all this—when Lana looked at Lillie's face… she just couldn't bring herself to go all in.

She remembered everything: Lusamine's cruelty, Haru's betrayal, her own "revenge," and then the weird mess with Iono and Haru…

And that ridiculous, almost hysterical declaration from Lillie:

"I'M THE ONE HARU LOVES MOST!"

With that, guilt hit Lana like a truck.

That girl… really had suffered enough.

And the moment that thought crossed her mind, her power dropped ever so slightly.

Yes—her energy was reaching its limit.

Even for Ultra Necrozma, fighting two Legendary-tier Pokémon and one Mythical-tier wasn't easy.

Especially when two of them had a natural type advantage.

And Lillie had sensed Necrozma's wavering too.

She knew—this was her chance.

"Nebby, soar! Draw on your soul! Tap into your rage! We are unstoppable now!"

She raised her right hand to the side, locked eyes with Haru, and the two nodded in perfect sync.

"Mew! Flutter Mane—let's do this!"

By now, Haru had somehow gotten fully dressed (narratively convenient), and under the starry sky, he struck the exact same pose as Visas Starfrost's "Boundless Unity" form, raising his right hand to gather Mew and Flutter Mane's energy.

Even Lana could feel it—Lillie's conviction.

So of course Haru felt it too.

If Lillie had finally made up her mind—then he would help her see it through.

Maybe… she really had grown up.

"Watch us now. This is our final offensive."

"The ultimate strike of humanity—one that can burn the sky, crack planets, and slay gods. Not even you can escape it."

"Moongeist Beam!"

Their voices overlapped, perfectly aligned.

So did the power they unleashed.

It formed a single blinding column of light, shining across the heavens—drowning the entire corridor in its glow.

Everything it touched turned to dust.

Everything it passed was swallowed by moonlight.

The two sides vanished into the glow.

"D-Do something! If this lands—!"

Panic. Pure panic from the fused mind of Lana and Necrozma.

Because if they took this hit… they wouldn't just lose.

They might die.

But was there still time to turn it around?

Lana already knew the answer:

"Too late. There's nothing we can do."

"Maybe… this is karma."

Her voice was eerily calm—so much so that it even surprised herself.

And for some strange reason, in that moment when she realized she was about to lose…

She almost felt… relieved.

In this surreal battle of souls, betrayal, and personal awakenings, Lillie's Cuckqueaned Persona Persona Fruit—her emotional superpower—finally activated in full.
