The Incident:
. While scavenging in the Quarantine Zone, at night around 6:20pm Kael stumbles into a corporate black site lab
. Exposed to the Voidmatter X he wakes up a few minutes later he feels stronger He gets up next thing you know he can fly he's fast he Feels Invincible
. When he turns back he is seen with Guards all around him all facing him they think he's a rouge superhuman he trys to talk to them

One steps out of the Troops he has silver Helmet A commander he trys to talk to the commander orders to shot at him it hurts as he was getting shot and shot he said enough is enough he fights back by trying to run at the commander he goes faster than a blink of a eye he takes him by neck threatening to let him go the soldiers listen the commander chocking is quiet Kael flys out leaves the commander outside the quarantine zone then Kael flys out of there still learning but it's like running to him normalish the commander takes he's walkie talkie and says looks like Voidmatter X worked on someone atleats and on the other line a man dressed in black in a Neon building at his desk says Good then we can begin the Games
