Chapter 2 - Who?

"What happened? Where am I? I was just in the sparring hall... Why is it so quiet? And what is this feeling - something entirely new..." Izuku wondered, trying to understand the situation.

The sparring hall had transformed into a white void. Izuku stared at Tekashi, who now had a katana raised in front of his face. Izuku still didn't know his brother's full powers or gear, but this was completely unexpected. He couldn't move at all, no matter how hard he tried. All he could hear was his own breathing and the pounding of his heart.

Suddenly, the sound of ticking clock hands filled the space. It grew louder, faster - intensifying until it stopped all at once. Izuku turned back to look at Tekashi, but he was no longer there. Then, Danger Sense activated - one of the quirks Izuku had inherited from previous One For All users.

"Danger Sense... Where is he?!"

Before he could even react, he felt the blade of a katana touch the side of his neck. Tekashi stood just in front of him, knees slightly bent.

"You're the one who fell into the trap," Tekashi said with a sly grin.

Izuku couldn't comprehend how Tekashi had moved so fast. Was this the level of a national hero compared to a normal pro? As the sparring hall returned to normal, Izuku found himself able to move freely again. Despite the shock, he was energized and thrilled - eager to learn more and grow stronger. He practically begged Tekashi to tell him everything. Out of nowhere, a notebook and pen appeared in his hands, ready to jot down every detail.

Tekashi looked at him, then turned his back and said, "Let's talk about it at the bath house, little bro."

Years ago, Hisashi Midoriya, Izuku's father, took Tekashi with him to the United States when Izuku was born. The reason was unclear at the time, but it turned out to be both for work and to raise Tekashi into the ultimate hero. Hisashi wanted his son to attend America's most elite and difficult hero academy.

Tekashi viewed his father as a true hero and did everything he could to become like him. From the very first grade, Tekashi was strong thanks to Hisashi's teachings and his incredibly powerful quirk. He was seen as the strongest student in his school - many believed he would one day be one of the best heroes in the world.

But Tekashi had a dark side. From childhood through his teenage years, he bullied others alongside his friends, believing that those who couldn't keep up didn't belong in hero training. He saw them as obstacles.

Despite this, he graduated as top of his class and was thrilled to finally become a pro hero. But just before things could start, the U.S. Hero Agency knocked on his door with a proposal. They offered Tekashi a deal: financial and professional support in exchange for service. This was amazing news because, his father was struggling financially and heavily in debt.

But there was a clause in the contract: "Upon signing, the U.S. Hero Agency gains full operational control of the individual and may assign them to undisclosed missions without public oversight."

Tekashi was hesitant. He didn't fully understand what that meant, but because of his father's dire financial situation, he signed it anyway.

From that day on, Tekashi became a pawn of the government, doing whatever he was ordered.

"WHY CAN'T I HELP MY BROTHER?!" Tekashi roared at the CEO of the Hero Agency.

The CEO slammed the table, sending papers and documents flying to the floor.

"YOU DON'T SHOUT AT ME, BOY! WHAT I SAY GOES! I DON'T CARE WHO'S OUT THERE- YOU'RE NOT GOING, NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS! NOT UNLESS THE THREAT COMES HERE! NOW GET OUT!"

Tekashi eventually quit, unable to accept that the agency forbade him from helping his brother, who was in serious danger during his battle with Shigaraki.

After the fight, Tekashi lived alone in America, not working as a hero even though he deeply wished to. When he learned that his brother Izuku had become the number four pro hero, he felt pride - and the desire to finally meet him.

But then, tragedy struck. Some unknown people kidnapped Hisashi Midoriya and turned him into a villain.

Tekashi blamed himself. He believed this happened because he left the Hero Agency, and now they wanted revenge. They had taken the one person Tekashi always looked up to - his father.

Although Tekashi was stronger, he knew he couldn't save his father alone. He needed help.

"That's why I'm asking you, Izuku."
