"Get your hands off of me," Drake told me. I was already holding his hand. I didn't want to let go!!
"I don't want to!!"
"Shh," he said, then one by one he removed my fingers that were tightly gripping his arm, "we'll be late."
"I don't care!! I'm scared to go in!" I said. It's true! It's scary to go in. I don't even know anyone here in Brent! It's like I'm in an alternate world. They're all at St. Claire's Academy. I'm the forsaken one. Huhuhu.
"You're such a child," he said, rolling his eyes.
"Why? I'm still a minor! I'm only 17!" I said. Well, I have a reason to act! I'm still a minor!!
He took a deep breath, "time is running. Remove your hands."
"Drake!!"
He didn't say anything. He just looked at me and that scared me. This is one of the scariest things about Drake. When he just looks at me. Huhuhu. Sometimes I'm really scared, I promise!!
I let go of him and started walking towards Brent Academy.
I hope, Lord, that I have a friend. Even if it's just one. Even if it's ugly, I hope it's not the smelly one.
"Noob," I heard him say.
I ignored him. Hmp! After he scared me, I think?? Grrr!

I must have felt like an idiot walking to the Auditorium because I was smiling earlier. Because of course!! Why is Drake like that?? In all fairness, he's not even sweet!
When I got home from LA, I immediately went to him but he wasn't at his condo!! It's annoying! I made an effort even though I was dizzy, I went to him but he wasn't there!!
I arrived at the auditorium and the Freshmen convocation had already started! I told you I was late!
Why are they standing??
I glared at the woman next to me who looked like a clown with her thick makeup (sorry, Lord. I'm just telling the truth!!) "Miss, why are you standing there?"
He just gave me a hard time and then said, "freshmen walk."

He suddenly laughed, "I mean, in the freshmen walk, we'll just be partners."
"Oh, sorry. Okay, okay," I told him then I took my things. It's embarrassing!! He even thinks I'm a girl!! Am I the one at fault?? His question was wrong!
We walked by pairs. It's a buddy-system now. I wish I had breakfast! I wish I had friends!
"What's your name, Miss?" said my companion.
I smiled at her then offered my hand, "Alys Perez. You?"
"Tripp Marco," he said.
"Nice meeting you!"
"Don't you remember me?"
"Ha?"
He pout. *O* How cute!!
"That was just yesterday.." he said then put his hand on the back of his head.
"Hello, sorry! My memory is a bit weak. Where did we meet?" I told him.
He shook his head, "ah, nothing."
"Hala!! Are you angry? I'm sorry!!" I said. This can't be!! He's going to be my first friend and then he's going to be angry?? This can't be happening!
He shook his head.
"Hey, don't be angry.."
He suddenly laughed, "I'm sorry. I'm just kidding you, I'm not angry."
"This is bad!" I said then I threw my bag at him!
"Oh, that's right, Miss!"
"Miss, Miss you! It's Alys!"
"Oh no, Alys! Don't hit me with your bag--oh no!"
"Hehehe," I said. Mygash!! My very first friend. Wait what's his name again?? "Hey.."
"Oh?" he said while looking at the part where I hit him.
Tss," he said, "Tripp Marco. Remember."
"Okay! Hello, Tripp! I hope we can be friends!"
"Friends? Let's see.." he said and then walked away. Is that a problem?

As soon as Alys entered the Brent gate, Drake also entered the SCA gate. But there was an unwanted creature waiting..
"Drake!" a woman shouted at Drake. She approached Drake and wrapped her hand around Drake's arm, "you didn't text me yesterday!" she said, leaning her head on Drake's arm. It was so tight!!
Drake continued walking, and Atey tried to keep up. But because he was wearing a wedge, he almost tripped.
"Ouch!" Ate suddenly said because she tripped.
"Sss," Drake said then he stopped walking and looked at Ate who had tripped.
"Ouch!" Ate screamed as Drake touched the part that was already swollen, "it hurts, Drake!!"
Drake looked around him. People were already looking at them. This is what they looked like: Drake standing while Ate looked beaten and was lying on the pathway crying. What was going on? It just seemed like a heartbreaking scene!
"Tsk," Drake said then picked up Ate (bridal style, mind you!!) and was going to take her to the SCA clinic. But as Drake was walking away from Ate, look, Aya, Kent, and Sheen suddenly arrived as if on cue!
Aya was surprised by what she saw! Oh, Drake, who always says "I don't care about the world," is carrying a woman! Oh, that's really refreshing!
Drake just passed them by and went straight to the clinic. Drake isn't close to Aya. Why should a best friend be close to a boyfriend? You know Drake doesn't care about norms. He's a nonconformist! Hahaha!
"Who is that??" Aya suddenly said as she looked at Drake leaving.
"Shaira," Sheen said.
"Shaira who?"
"Shaira Silos," Sheen answered Kent's question.
"Why do you know that??" Aya said.
They continued walking towards the Auditorium. They had an Orientation. It was the opening of the first semester of the school year. "I used to be a schoolmate," Sheen said.
He also explained to the two that Drake was his schoolmate before. Didn't Sheen transfer to St. Claire's High when he was a freshman because he was always second best to Brent when they were in elementary school. In fact, because of Katrina's stubbornness, Drake was forced to transfer to SC in high school. Never mind, Drake, Sheen, and Shaira knew each other when they were young.
"So what if it's a schoolmate?? Do you really need to be carried??" said Aya. Of course she's affected!! She's the one who looks after Drake because Alys's peg is just like an LDR. He's on the other campus. Hahaha!
"Do you want to get it done too, Bee?" Kent said.
"I'll hit you, do you want it?!"
Sheen just shook his head at the two. It really seemed like they were just cats and dogs, "because Drake was Shaira's first love."
"And how do you know that, anyway?" said Aya.

Sheen just shrugged, "I've known that since elementary school. I think all of our batch mates know that. It's common knowledge to Brent. Shaira is just for Drake, Drake doesn't care about anyone else."

"Shh." Aya said. She took out her phone and typed.

'Hah! Try to fool Alys, Uncle Andy and I will castrate you!' Aya said in her mind.
"O-ouch!" Shaira said when Drake put her down on the bed, "it hurts, Drake.."
Drake went out and called the nurse. She came in and checked Shaira's ankle, the swelling was no joke!
"You should rest your ankle, hija. It's good that class has just started, there's not much to do yet. I advise you to take the day off," said the nurse while applying a cold compress to Shaira's swollen ankle.
Tinignan ni Shaira with puppy eyes si Drake, "take me home, please?"
"Don't you have a car?"
"Drake, please!! How could I step on the gas with my ankle swollen??" Shaira said while pointing at her ankle.
It looks painful. Yikes!
"Aish," Drake said as he placed his hand in front of Shaira, "keys?"
"I know you won't let me down, Drake!"
Drake was about to turn away when Shai grabbed him. He turned around and saw Shai's arms open.
Drake just raised his eyebrows.
"Carry me! Carry me!!" Shaira said like a child. Palibasa only daughter. Bratinella.
"You're so annoying!" Drake said as he looked at Shaira who was still pouting.
"I haven't seen you for so long. I really missed you, husband!!"
You read it right. Husband. For Shaira, Drake is the one she's going to marry. She doesn't even look at other men because she only wants Drake. If you only knew how much she cried when she found out that Drake transferred schools. If she had only found out earlier, she wouldn't have transferred to St. Claire's. But no fuss because she and Drake are together now. Her course is BSBA so they can be together forever.
"Thanks, Drake," Shaira said after Drake lowered her from her cushion. Drake immediately left Shaira's unit. They were next door to each other. Yeah. That's how obsessed Shaira is. She immediately bought the unit next door.
Drake returned to SCA but because Brent was right next to SCA, he passed by Brent and saw Alys.. with Tripp.
