"Ouch, that hurts!" Nana pouted angrily, holding her forehead in pain.
"You don't need to worry about it anymore. I already have the solution for it." Kai shook his head helplessly when he noticed Nana's expression, which was full of resentment.
He then continued, "It's not that I don't want to use your idea, but I have a better one to make us rich. At that time, you can order any food you want and eat as much as you like. What do you think?"
At first, Nana was still angry since her brother didn't want to use her 'brilliant idea,' but when she heard that she could order any food and eat as much as she could in the future, her anger immediately vanished as she drooled unknowingly just from thinking about it.
Kai decided to ignore her and let her imagination run wild since he had other things to do, as he had already arrived in front of the low-level undead goblins.
In his previous life, even though his original class was the necromancer class, its rank wasn't that high and had too many shortcomings. Hence, he didn't pay attention to it that much, resulting in his little knowledge about it.
However, he still knew something basic about being a necromancer, as he had tried its uses a couple of times.
That's why he wanted to try it again this time, since his necromancer class' rank had been upgraded to a (???) level, which was a rank that should've been at least above 9th Echelon. So, he thought that he should be able to do it again.
The one he wanted to try was actually rather simple; it was to store his undead goblins in the unknown space where necromancers usually put their undead.
He was actually unsure if he could do it now because the system showed specific 'undead space' information, and yet it only showed two available places, which really puzzled him.
'There's no way I can only store two undead, right?' Kai thought to himself as he looked at the 14 low-level Undead Goblins in front of him.
After the fights with the Mace-wielder Goblin Captain, there were only 14 low-level Undead Goblins left since holding the Goblin Captain back was a really difficult task, resulting in the death of many Undead Goblins.
Kai then shook his head and immediately tried to put one of the low-level Undead Goblins like he did in the past.
When he had successfully stored the undead goblin, Kai instantly checked his personal information and sighed in relief when he saw the Undead Space's data was still the same.
[Undead Space]: 1/2
Afterwards, he stored the other low-level Undead Goblins as well and walked back toward the valley where the others were.
When he arrived and was about to put away his first Undead Goblin, he suddenly thought of something and stored it for a few seconds before summoning it back into the outside world.
"Have you seen the others?" Kai asked the Undead Goblin, wondering if it had seen the other undead that he had stored previously.
The Undead Goblin was confused for a second before shaking its head.
'Don't tell me they're not stored in the same space as I had guessed just now?' Kai considered the possibility and summoned all of the low-level Undead Goblins he had stored earlier.
"Did you guys see this guy coming inside just now?" Kai asked, narrowing his eyes as he scanned the Undead Goblins.
The Undead Goblins looked confused and glanced at each other before shaking their heads in unison.
'If they're not stored in the same space, then where were they stored?'
'Is the place where the first undead goblin was stored the real 'Undead Space,' unlike the others?'
'Is the 'Undead Space' something like a talent or ability? Because the undead that's bound to it might be granted a special connection or power, maybe even being on the same level as me.'
'There must be something more to the 'Undead Space' than it seems, right?'
…
Numerous questions filled Kai's thoughts as he became lost in them once again.
"Ummm, Brother Kai… Is there something wrong again?" Nana tugged his clothes when she noticed that his brother seemed to be thinking about something again.
"No, there's nothing wrong. I was just thinking about something, that's all." Kai smiled and pinched her little sister's cheek.
"Let's head home right away." Kai said as he stored all of his Undead Goblins, except the second short-sword wielder Goblin Captain, since it was the fastest.
Pondering for a moment, Kai decided to do an experiment with his ability, wanting to alter its appearance.
He then used his [Heal] skill, trying to restore its physical body, such as flesh, and so on.
Fortunately, it worked as flesh, tendon, skin, etc., began appearing at an extremely fast speed. A second later, a golden aura burst forth and revealed the Goblin Captain's physical body, which returned to one piece as if nothing had been wrong with it.
Everything seemed normal, except for the fact that its eyes emitted a bright white-golden glow.
Weirdly enough, it came back to its original appearance to the point that its clothes and accessories were on the undead Goblin Captain's body once again.
'So it can be used in this way too!' Kai opened his eyes widely as he hadn't expected that his experiment would work.
In this way, he could take this as an advantage when he fought with his enemies.
Subsequently, Kai restored all of his undead, since he noticed that it didn't cost him much mana to do so.
Afterwards, Kai immediately began his short journey home, carrying Nana in his arms, followed by the short-sword-wielding Goblin Captain, which carried Vanya in one of its hands.
Ignoring the cries for help echoing around him, Kai was set on not caring about others as he continued heading west at high speed.
However, just about 2 km into his journey, he suddenly sensed something ahead and decided to slow down.
Through his passive skill [Life Sense], Kai could feel a group of monsters ahead.
From the life energy alone, he sensed two monsters that had as much life energy as the Goblin Captains or even more.
Which meant that there were two monsters that were at least as strong as the Goblin Captains.
'Since there are two monsters offering themselves up as my subordinates, I can't exactly reject them, right? That would be rude.'
'Tsk, tsk, tsk. I'm really such a good guy.'
Kai thought to himself as an evil smile crept across his face.
