"I can't just summon it like that. My bloodline spirit is the rare Yin Yang Dragon Spirit. Only a couple can summon it as it needs the energy from the cores of a male and female to condense its body," the young lady said with slight frustration in her voice.
Alvin raised his eyebrows when he heard this. "Blockhead, we are in the middle of a jungle with around a thousand beasts surrounding us. Where am I supposed to find a couple for you to summon your so-called bloodline spirit?"
William:...
The young lady:...
They were simply speechless after hearing Alvin's reply.
In the end, William opened his mouth and said, "Young master, she is asking you to give your core to summon her bloodline spirit."
Alvin ignored him and asked the young lady, "Can you summon it if I cooperate with you?"
The young lady looked at the tattoo on Alvin's right hand and nodded. "Yes, you have the Life Wheel bloodline spirit. It is also a rare type of dragon bloodline spirit. If we can merge our cores together, it will be beneficial for both of us."
"What do you want me to do?" Alvin asked.
The young lady gritted her teeth and said, "Release your bloodline spirit inside my body. And please protect me until I merge with it and complete the summoning of my bloodline spirit."
Alvin blinked. "Release it inside you? I don't even know how to use it. How do you expect me to do such complicated things?"
Even in the memories of the previous Alvin, he had never practiced magic before. On top of that, he had only awakened his bloodline recently. He didn't even get time to inspect them.
The young lady rolled her eyes. "Just hold my hands and don't resist. I will do the rest myself."
Alvin nodded. "Just a minute."
He then stood up from the ground and chopped off William's both hands one after the other.
"Arghhh... st... stop... arghhh... please..." William screamed at the top of his lungs as he felt unbearable pain.
The young lady's mouth twitched when she saw this. "He will die of blood loss at this rate. If the people behind him find out about his death in your hands, they will hunt you down even if you run to the end of the world."
Alvin ignored her and kicked the now screaming human stump to the side and sat in front of the young lady.
At this time, his whole body was painted red by the blood of beasts and humans. The thick smell of blood coming from his body made the young lady cringe her nose involuntarily.
She extended both of her hands forward and said, "Hold my hands."
"Do whatever you want to do quickly. These lizards won't stay still like this for long," Alvin said while placing his hands on the young lady's fair hands.
There was a tattoo of two snakes in a coiled position on her forearm. Alvin felt as though they were in a deep and peaceful sleep at this moment.
"I am going to start," the young lady said as she slowly started pouring her mana into Alvin's body.
"Sizzle."
But the next moment, the Asura tattoo on Alvin's forearm glowed slightly and the mana that was poured into his body vaporized like ice on fire.
"Don't resist," the young lady said sternly when she saw this.
"It was an involuntary reaction. Do it one more time," Alvin said with a helpless sigh.
He willed not to resist the young lady's mana the next time, and it successfully entered Alvin's body. The next moment Alvin felt a strange feeling as though someone was caressing his body.
Slowly, the ancient compass-like symbol with nine needles on the back of Alvin's palm glowed with a purple hue and it slowly floated up from his arms like a small wheel and entered the young lady's forehead.
Alvin squinted his eyes when he saw this. He didn't have much time to think though, as the dragon lizards around him had already started moving forward with drool spilling from their mouths.
"They are attacking. Can I take my hands off now?" Alvin asked the young lady softly.
She didn't open her eyes, but she retracted her hands and sat there in a lotus position as though she was a statue.
Alvin cracked his neck and slowly stood up with the huge axe in his hand. He looked at William and said, "You know, I don't have parents. The only person I had in this world as family was her. But because of you, she is no more in this world..."
William endured the severe pain from his missing limbs and shouted coldly, "Do you think the Phynicland will just let you walk away after killing me?"
Alvin fell silent for a moment before a mocking grin spread on his face. "I don't give a fuck."
Alvin stomped on William's neck and watched him struggle bit by bit until his body became completely still.
"Roar..."
All the beasts surrounding Alvin roared in a frenzy when they saw this. They charged towards Alvin like mad dogs.
Alvin's ruby red eyes glowed even more radiantly when he saw this. Lifting his axe, he started killing the dragon lizards like crazy.
In less than an hour, he had already killed over a hundred more lizards, and their bodies piled around him like a huge wall which prevented the lizards outside from reaching him and the young lady for the time being.
Alvin leaned on his axe while panting. He was already exhausted beyond words with all the fighting. There were also many wounds on his body, including a fracture on his left arm, which was now hanging loosely on his side.
"Boom."
Just then, a deafening roar came from behind him. Turning back, Alvin saw a large door which was at least twenty meters in height slowly opening up above the young lady's head.
Its presence alone made the beasts surrounding Alvin lower their heads involuntarily. For a moment, Alvin also felt an urge to kneel down before this majestic presence, but at this time the Asura tattoo on his forearm glowed slightly and his mind became indifferent, as though he didn't care whatsoever.....
