Chapter 45 - Chapter 45: Whispers of the Absolute

[EXT. SACRED FOREST – POST-DIVINE ENCOUNTER]

Narration (Bridge Scene):

As the gods vanished and the watch accepted Haruto as its master, an unseen force struck.

A rift opened behind the veil of time — not from within the watch… but from beyond it.

The moment the final seal broke, the Absolute stirred. Not out of choice… but necessity.

The true nature of time — the original stream — surged through Haruto and Airi like a flood.

Too vast. Too raw.

Their mortal forms could not contain what touched them.

And so… they collapsed.

Not from weakness — but from contact with pure meaning.

They were pulled upward — not through space… but through soul.

[INT. VOID BETWEEN WORLDS – INFINITE DARKNESS AND LIGHT]

A soft voice hummed through the emptiness — neither male nor female — the voice of the Absolute God.

A swirling cosmos formed.

Stars gave birth to divine figures — male and female counterparts of power, harmony, and will.

> Narrator (Voice of Absolute God):

"In the beginning, I was alone… until my own longing bore creation.

Light and Time. Flame and Storm. Love and Logic.

Each a reflection of duality... except one."

A malformed presence writhed in the backdrop — the Dark God, born not by design, but from a fractured subconscious.

Its form was unbalanced… flawed… yet devastatingly powerful.

> Narrator:

"The Dark God — not meant to exist — was the echo of fear… a shadow born from my own forgotten doubt."

Across the void, the Time God and his counterpart — the Time Maiden — emerged in unity.

Light surrounded them, forging the realm of Time itself.

But soon, corruption seeped into the stream — a silent poison from the Dark God's unseen influence.

[INT. CELESTIAL HEALING SHRINE – PRESENT DAY]

Haruto and Airi awoke with a jolt.

They were kneeling beside the Time God's battered body.

The glow of the Absolute faded from their vision, but its echo still lingered in their souls.

Scars of centuries marred the Time God's once-pristine form, unstable energy flickering across him.

Airi reached out, her palm aglow.

> Airi (softly):

"Is this… really the third time we've saved him?"

Haruto nodded, watching the faint pulse of the Time God's life.

> Haruto:

"Yeah… and every time, it feels like we get a little closer to something we've forgotten."

Nearby, the Time Maiden moved her hands, weaving seals that radiated divine warmth.

> Time Maiden (gently):

"You are incomplete.

But when the past returns to your hearts, your light will burn again."

Haruto's watch pulsed — its glow now synchronized with the Time God's original aura.

The Time God stirred weakly.

> Time God (hoarse):

"...That watch holds all I once was.

And yet, you cannot wield it fully… until you awaken."

Suddenly — a tremor.

BOOOOM—!

The shrine's walls quivered.

A crack tore across the sky above, dark energy bleeding through like ink spilled in water.

The Time God's eyes widened.

> Time God (urgent):

"...He's breaching again.

But this time, it's not through power… it's through corruption."

Airi leaned closer, frowning.

> Airi:

"What do you mean?"

> Time God:

"No deity may enter another's domain. Not without cost or permission.

The Dark God… he's been cursing your realm, slowly… patiently… infecting it over time.

That is why my realm began to bleed."

Haruto clenched his fists, anger simmering beneath his skin.

> Haruto:

"How do we stop him?"

The Time God stared at Haruto and Airi — sorrow and hope mirrored in his ancient gaze.

> Time God (whispering):

"When your souls remember who you were…

The watch and the ring will unseal your true selves.

Only then will you be whole.

Only then… can you stand against him."

From the veil of shadows, a figure emerged — Elios.

But this time, he stood unveiled — the Time God's living will, his soul manifest as the body healed.

> Elios (firm, commanding):

"The final war has begun.

There's no more time to hesitate."

Haruto and Airi exchanged a glance.

Their hands brushed together — and for an instant, celestial marks flared across their foreheads.

[EXT. SKY ABOVE EARTH – NIGHT]

The moon darkened into pure black.

The eclipse began anew — but this was no natural event.

A monstrous, twisted figure watched from beyond the veil — the Dark God, fully manifest at last.

> Dark God (growling):

"Come forth, my lost fragments…

Let me welcome you home with oblivion."
