The Confession of Love
As Jai leaned in to kiss Shivani's lips, the room filled with tension and tenderness. But just as he was about to close the distance, a tiny voice broke the silence.
"Jeeppa! Jeemaa!" Aditya's cheerful voice called out from behind. Jai and Shivani instantly moved apart, a blush creeping onto Shivani's cheeks as she hurried into the closet.
Aditya ran over, wrapping his little arms around Jai's legs. Jai bent down and scooped him up with a gentle smile. Stroking Aditya's head, he asked, "What happened, my boy? Are you hungry?"
Aditya shook his head. "No, Jeeppa."
Jai raised an eyebrow. "Then why did you come running like that?"
Aditya's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Jeeppa! Aman Bhaiya said we're going somewhere. Are we really going?"
Jai chuckled, nodding. "Yes, we are all going."
His words made Aditya's face light up with joy. Jai carried him over to the bed and placed him on it, watching with a tender smile as Aditya jumped up and down with glee. Aditya kissed Jai on the cheek, and Jai returned the affection, kissing both of Aditya's chubby cheeks. Just then, Shivani stepped out of the closet, carrying a fresh set of clothes.
Aditya's eyes lit up. "Deemaa! Are those clothes for me?"
Shivani nodded with a smile. Hearing this, Aditya squealed with delight and began bouncing on the bed with even more excitement. Jai watched the scene unfold with pure happiness in his eyes. Aditya's joy was infectious, and for Jai, it brought a deep sense of satisfaction—a feeling of completeness he had not known before.
Since Shivani had entered his life, everything seemed to change. Jai had become a different man—warmer, softer, more at peace. Unknowingly, both he and Shivani had grown closer, their hearts entwining with each passing day. The only thing left now was the confession of their love.
Shivani walked up to Aditya, gently stopping his bouncing. "You shouldn't jump like that, sweetheart. What if you get hurt?"
Aditya stopped immediately, nodding obediently before stepping closer to her. Shivani placed the clothes on the bed and helped him out of his T-shirt, dressing him in the fresh white and blue jumpsuit she had picked out. He looked absolutely adorable, like a little prince. She fixed his hair and placed black sunglasses on his tiny face.
Shivani gasped, "Oh my! My baby looks so cute!" She kissed his cheeks lovingly, and Aditya giggled.
Just then, the closet door opened, and Jai stepped out, dressed in a black suit with a crisp white shirt. He walked over to the mirror, fixing his hair. Aman entered the room, phone in hand. After ending his call, he grinned at Jai.
"Our private jet is ready," Aman announced.
Jai adjusted his hair, glancing back. "You go ahead, we'll join you."
Aman laughed. "You're 35, man! Getting ready as if you're 25 and going on your first date!" His teasing made Shivani chuckle, and Jai caught her reflection in the mirror, smiling at her laughter.
Jai turned to Aman, giving him a mock glare. "If you're older than me, why are you dressed up like that?"
Aman rolled his eyes. "Yeah, two months older. And for your information, I'm not wearing a suit like you. If I did, I'd look even more handsome!" He winked at Aditya. "Right, Aditya?"
Aditya didn't fully understand but nodded anyway, making Aman laugh as he kissed the boy's cheek. Jai waved him off. "Enough already. Now go."
Aman scooped Aditya into his arms, heading for the door. Over his shoulder, he teased, "Jealous much, Jeeppa?"
Jai's eyes flashed with mock anger. "Did you just insult me?"
Aman smirked, "Shivani, what should I call him if not Jeeppa?" Before Jai could respond, Aman laughed and disappeared out the door with Aditya.
Half an hour later, they all boarded Jai's private jet. Aditya was amazed by the luxury inside, running around the rooms that felt more like a five-star hotel than an aircraft.
Nine hours later, the jet landed gracefully in London. The family stepped out, met by a team of bodyguards who escorted them safely to their cars. The staff unloaded their luggage efficiently, stowing it away into the vehicles as Jai's car sped through the London streets, finally arriving at one of the three luxurious villas he owned there.
Their new journey in London had just begun, with secrets yet to unfold and a confession of love waiting to be made.
The grand party was in full swing, echoing with laughter, music, and the soft clinks of glasses. Elegant chandeliers cast a golden glow over the marble floors, reflecting off the glittering gowns and tailored suits of the guests. Dignitaries, businessmen, and celebrities mingled, each one immersed in their own world of connections and conversations.
Jay entered with Shivani by his side, instantly catching the eyes of everyone around. He was dressed in a sleek black formal business suit that complemented his powerful presence. His sharp jawline and piercing eyes made him look nothing less than a movie star. Beside him, Shivani wore a parrot-green chiffon saree, her hair cascading in waves over one shoulder. The subtle shimmer of her attire and the elegance with which she carried herself made heads turn and whispers float across the room.
Hand in hand, they walked into the sea of people, drawing admiration and envy alike. Jay's grip on her hand was firm yet gentle, protective yet proud. It was as if he wanted the world to know she was his and his alone.
As they strolled further into the party, Digvijay's close friend, Vinod Saxena, approached them with a warm smile. His stature was grand, and his presence commanded respect. He extended his hand towards Jay. "It's so good to finally meet you, son," he said, shaking Jay's hand firmly. His eyes then shifted to Shivani, softening with admiration. "And this must be your wife?"
Jay nodded with pride. "Yes, Uncle. This is Shivani."
Shivani stepped forward gracefully, bending to touch Vinod Saxena's feet in respect. He blessed her with a gentle hand on her head. "Be happy, my child," he said warmly, a glimmer of genuine fondness in his eyes. Turning back to Jay, Vinod added, "I wish my children had even half of these values." His words lingered in the air, heavy with unspoken emotion.
Just then, a striking figure appeared beside them. Chanchala Saxena, Vinod's daughter, walked in with the confidence of a runway model. She wore a black off-shoulder gown that clung to her slender frame, its length stopping daringly at her thighs. With a drink in her hand, she approached Jay, a teasing smile playing on her lips. "Hi, Jay," she purred, her voice dripping with flirtation.
Before Jay could respond, she snapped her fingers towards a waiter. "Waiter!" she called out, her tone sharp and demanding. The waiter hurried over, bowing slightly as she took two glasses from his tray. Turning back to Jay and Shivani, she extended the drinks towards them.
Jay shook his head politely. "Thank you, but I don't drink."
Chanchala raised an eyebrow, her smile not faltering. "Oh, come on, Jay. One glass won't hurt." Her eyes glinted with mischief as she stepped closer, invading his personal space with a boldness that did not go unnoticed by Shivani.
Shivani's eyes narrowed slightly, her grip on Jay's arm tightening just a bit. But Jay remained composed, his expression unchanged. "I appreciate the gesture, but I'll pass," he replied firmly, his gaze steady.
Chanchala's smile faded just a touch, but she recovered quickly, tossing her hair back and sipping her own drink instead. "Well, the party is just getting started," she said, her eyes lingering on Jay a little too long before she sauntered away, hips swaying with every step.
Shivani watched her retreat with a mixture of suspicion and irritation. Jay noticed her expression and chuckled softly. "Jealous?" he teased, leaning closer to whisper in her ear.
Shivani glanced up at him, her eyes sparkling. "Not at all. I just don't like flies buzzing around what's mine."
Jay raised an eyebrow, his smirk growing. "Yours?"
Shivani blushed, her cheeks turning a shade deeper. She looked away, but Jay caught her chin, gently turning her face back towards him. "I like the sound of that," he murmured, his voice low and sincere.
Before Shivani could respond, the music shifted, signaling the beginning of the evening's main event. A spotlight shone on the grand stage at the center of the hall, and the guests began to gather around. Jay took Shivani's hand once more, his grip secure and warm. "Shall we?" he asked, his voice soft yet commanding.
Shivani nodded, her heart fluttering with anticipation. Together, they moved towards the stage, unaware that the evening held more surprises than either of them could imagine.
Their footsteps echoed as they approached the glimmering stage. The lights dimmed, and the crowd's murmurs quieted in anticipation. Jay squeezed Shivani's hand gently, his eyes meeting hers with a gaze that spoke of unspoken promises and unshakable trust. "Whatever happens tonight," he whispered, his voice steady, "I'm right here with you."
Shivani smiled, her heart swelling with a mixture of hope and nervousness. Little did she know, the night was about to take a turn that would change everything.
