Dear Readers, I am the ARCHITECT and I have been your narrator of the stories of Stories, just in the background where I read for you the stories that must shape the Stories to come. This is my chapter and I will see you through every ounce of it for it is perhaps the most important chapter of the Stories, so why not follow me for the fourth time and this time, through the story of "The source".
Written not witnessed, a million years ago in the scrolls of the long forgotten, Midgard is a realm of Wonder and Mystery above all else, People could alter the fabric of reality most fundamentally through showing Love, it was a harmless source of power that BINDS and BUILDS! - friendship, family and entire universes, the very foundation of the multiverse is held together by Love. Faith, in nothing else but mystery, faith in things unseen, Reality is held in place by Love but Faith brings from a boundless multiverse, possibilities into reality, It is the power that MANIFESTS!. In the time before times, Midgardians were filled with Soo much wonder, magic never found its way yet on Midgard, not until the mysterious being wove from Mystery a form of power called MIICA - magic!. Magic is the only form of power that was brought into Midgard, a foreign power that alters and controls.
For eons upon eons, Midgard thrived in absolute wonder, death had no power and life was absolute, it was so until Magic came to be and since then did Midgardians slowly seek ultimate control, one that could only be achieved through magic, magic no one else had but a select few - 8 Midgardians. The urge to control went beyond magic and led Midgardians piercing mystery, creating philosophies and ultimately bringing about the art of knowledge - Engineering/science.
Dependency on knowledge and the practicality of change exposed beings filled with Soo much wonder to the uncertainties of mystery, the ultimate uncertainty is DEATH and this was when Midgardians lost absolute control over life. About a million years ago, the sorrows of death and the now hightened value of Life caused Love to reduce, dependency on the art of knowledge caused their faith in wonders to reduce and as time passed, Midgardians forgot what it meant to be lovers and believers and all that power travelled to the heavens, forming an abstract firmament called THE SOURCE today.
YERUNDALE - CENTRAL MIDGARD
Yerundale, the capital city of the Central Republic, a nation yet a continent, situated at the centre of Midgard, a city known for its strength in warfare and as a result it's people has known Peace for years, Eden and Revan flew out to Yerundale from Êrnênhild, it was trans-Continental yet moving at hyper sonic speeds they were seen as streak of light to many, they got to Yerundale in less than 5 minutes. Revan had suggested to Eden to look for the Druid who tried warning them about the attack before hand but their coming to Yerundale was thanks to a similar attack last rumoured in Yerundale and the royal family itself were the victim, though he was destroyed to have lost his parents to Druids he was always on a cool head and reasoned well that this was the best course of action to lead them to his parents.
"We've got incoming!!! " The tower watchman cried out even with a trumpet to alert the kingdom of a blitzing matter headed towards them, just before much could be done, the castle rumbled as Eden and Revan dropped down on the front field of the castle, he created a boom that staggered every one on the castle grounds.
The guards surrounded The warrior and his flying horse, pointing their swords at them.
" I am Eden son of TARQ and I need the help of king Alpheus of Yerundale" He voiced to them even as they nervously maintained their stand in from of such mythical creature.
" Stand down!" A Lady said coming out from the castle. The guards took attention at once and retracted their positions. " Princes Ilsa" They said on attention. Princess of Yerundale was on a silver robe that shimmered, matching the diamond tiara she was on, she had blonde hair that calls to the eyes and she was majestic indeed.
" Princess we have come to seek help from your father, sorry for the intrusive entrance, as you can see he moves faster than I can possibly control,I hope he gives me audience - your father", he added.
Princess Ilsa approached him, thinking that he is a handsome man, not so tall or short and is a warrior, she's heard his tales and would even want him around for her own goals but ultimately it all depends on her father and the last thing she would want is to go against her dad.
" Your intrusion would be your undoing warrior, my father is very hard to impress and you already are giving everyone the wrong impression right now" She said feeling his armour, it was like steel but it has a feeling to it. Something that sparked some curiosity within the princess.
" My father won't receive you Eden, say your peace and I will tell it to him, but if you have nothing to say, I will take my leave now" She said hoping the warrior has come with something very interesting so she could present to her father.
Eden was uncertain presenting his case to her as he thinks it's kinda disrespectful having him present his case in the open without even having him enter the palace, so he held his voice.
" So be it then " she mildly disappointed but turned back and had the guards send him off.
" It's about your mother! Queen Revia" Eden yelled out and she stopped immediately.
Few moments later...
" I admire your faith young warrior but I already had over ten thousand troops out on Sand water only to lose them all to a very mysterious fiery death, the greatest loss the kingdom of YERUNDALE has ever witnessed, I love my wife, my kids and even the kingdom deserves her presence but it's not worth the lives of thousands, I should've known better" King Simeon II replied Eden who was brought before the king at the mention of the Queen Revia, where he was given a chance to explain himself.
" I am not here to ask you for an army to go after the druids, I only want what you know about them, I reckon you must've tried everything to get your wife and I don't want to make the same mistakes, I hope to make my search easier with help on how to actually do it" Eden said but the King had no other help to offer him, he did all he could for his wife a decade ago and that barely included much of intelligence, if he knew he wouldnt have engaged them at all.
" At least we should show him our research, the documentarium" Princess Ilse suggested with understanding of what it means to lose a parent.
" We are not getting the foreigner any closer to our home dear sister, father heard him and clearly there's nothing more we can do for him, I'll escort him out at once" Prince Ivan said trying to drag Eden out by the arm but he could barely move him. Eden looked at him with self-assured and Ivan drew his sword at him, ordering him to come along.
" If there's anything you could give me my king, I beg of you, they are all I've got" he pleaded and even before her father could say a word, he allowed himself get dragged out of the court to the Documentarium by the princess. The king seeing his Zeal allowed him the very least he could spare, ordering his son to allow him access the documentarium with the princess.
" His mere landing had the entire building shaking, staggering all of our finest guards, look at him, he is no villain son, I don't intend to lose you too, let him get what he wants" King Simeon II added.
In the documentarium where the royal family keeps record of activities, events, battles and so much more, it's a hub of a sort for knowledge, there he was taken by the princess to research on the druids who had taken his parents.
" A warrior with the strength of a thousand men and a horse more durable than the hardest metals in the realm and move as fast as lightning itself, have you always been this way?" The Princess asked as they went through hundreds of books and documents which the family had gathered about the druids who took his family.
" Takers, they have a track record of taking people they find "special", what was special about your mother princess?" Eden asked her while fully being submerged in thorough reading, not realizing the question the princess had asked him.
" Hmmm, beyond being the most beautiful being in the kingdom or the nicest mother, she was very special" Princess Ilse said.
" What about yours?" She added.
" There has to be more, my parents were very ordinary, lovely too and all that, but the takers are said to be a faction of the druids powered by the great Dragon, an entity of infinite power who demands living sacrifice of Midgardians filled with power....but..." Eden
" Yeah, well, Queen Revia was powerful indeed, she was a potions maker, I learnt all I know about making potions from her, she once cured father of a deadly illness no man of knowledge could cure in the entire Republic, she has made potions that could turn water to wine and turn steel to gold and other precious stones" Princess Ilse
" And you think she is dead with all that ability? I know it's been a decade but I just watched a wizard bring to life souls that had been gone for years in VIITANIS, don't you think there's hope for your mother? " Eden asked but she smiled reading from a book.
" The captured are sacrificed to the great dragon who converts the substance of their soul into power, The great Dragon is believed to be an Astiri - Extra universal entities with the natural connection to two kinds of power. For the great dragon believed to be Faith and Magic!.....I don't think your wizard could recreate souls do you....don't even answer that, we already researched that and it's literally never been done on record, there's no hope for my mother Eden, it's been 10 years and I have come to terms with it, but there's hope for your parents Eden, question is how do you go save them in a land of super druids before it's too late" She said.
" Sighs" Eden lets out a deep sigh. He still couldn't understand why the druids came for his parents, they werent magical or believers of any kind, plus he was now very worried he could permanently lose his parents, there wasn't much on how to save his people, instead his coming here has only brought to his knowledge how impossible his odds are supposed to be, he looked at the princess, the look of pity and hopelessness coming from her, he wasn't moved by any of it, he was the one with power and he wouldn't want his parents dying for his stead.
" Thank you for this, at least I know where they are, nothing much on stopping them but I also know they got the wrong couple, I am the one with power not them, I won't let them get slain" Eden said.
" Hmmm, hate to be that guy but Eden what could you possibly do, give yourself up for them? " Princess Ilse asked.
" If it were up to you, would you not do the same? " Eden taking the princess by the left hand and kissing it as a sign of appreciation while he took his leave out of the Documentarium to meet the king in the court, the princess quickly followed.
"Thank you for your kindness my King, I will not forget, now I know where to find the takers and what to expect, now I will be on my way" He said now walking towards Revan.
" If you appreciate my help then answer me this one question warrior, what will you do against hundreds of druids with very strong magic? Not even you with all your power could stop them" He asked.
" I won't take a loss before a fight and I haven't taken a loss in a fight either but I know I am outmatched and am only going there to give up myself in exchange for my parent cause I believe they had the wrong people, they probably came for me, but seeing as I was absent they took for my parents instead hoping for a trace of power in them too but they won't find any and before they are killed I will turn myself in" He said, such confident and spirited soul unlike any he's had to speak with, he was very impressed but also saddened that he was gonna be killed. He shook his head but he wasn't the only person touched by the words of the young warrior in the court.
" I'll go with him!" princess Ilsa said sparking conversations and mummerings all over the space.
" What are you saying sister?" Prince Ivan quickly asked
" Father, you can't deny that he is different, aside the power that comes with it, his mind and spirit is very different, willing to give himself up against EVERY odds, still believing he could be victorious in saving both himself and his parents, father he even made me think for even two seconds that maybe there's something that could be done for Mom, however I ain't going with him for Mom but for myself dad, I think I could truly help him with my gifts, I could use my gifts to actually save his parents, at least to give me some satisfaction from what happened with mother! " Princess Ilse finished and tears dropped down the eyes of the king. He was speechless, so the prince spoke instead.
" Look father! He is a sage, he has enchanted her and he wants to take her away like they did mother! Let me gut this devil already!" Prince Isle said to the king.
" I cannot afford to lose you too daughter, the hurt from your mother's disappearance won't ever heal, I will be utterly destroyed with you too, but you are right, we couldn't do justice to your mother and I really don't think you two could stop those druids but if it were up to me I can't fly at light speed or make potions like my wife and daughter, perhaps together you two have the magic required to actually save lives, I cannot even really hold you can I? I hope not even the druid or any power on Midgard can either, go with him daughter, May the source be with you!" The king of Yerundale said.
THE 6TH REALM.
It's been a streak of massive failures for the darkest one and in all of it there's a piece of the force at play, he had taken his first step with Yaganael of the ancient, he killed her and absorbed all she knows, now he's returned to the darkest throne and has summoned Lonshean and Saguel from Midgard to the 6th realm.
" I could easily have you both killed for your very loud failures but that would've been without any fore-knowledge. Weakening my forces is all part of their play but your failures shall not go unpunished." He said as they both beheld his eyes in that absolute darkness, it reached for their souls and they both screamed out in pain beyond anything physical.
" My lord! I could make up for my failure, please spare me the torture!" Lonshean telepathically said as she was feeling pain beyond what she could physically express, no form word could leave her mouth.
" I tell you how to make up for your failures in the absence of absolute death Lonshean, you must finish what you started against the apprentice of Elañorr, he has the remnants of the tower of fate, with it the force could get free out of mystery but what chance do you even stand against him, all your sisters are locked up with him, my forces heavily reduced, how do you make that up! " He said out and in a feat of rage and entire galaxy lost its light draining into absolute darkness. The walls of the castle screamed out loud in agony.
" Mark me! Give me your mark and let me have enough power to fight the apprentice of Elañorr" she pleaded telepathically to him and she was instantly spared torture.
The Eth Gamour marked her soul, a form of connection to him that grants the bearer of the mark tremendous amplifications to their original powers, making them thousand times stronger depending on how far they are willing to go for the darkest one. Lonshean has been marked, deprived of freewill and any ounce of light remaining in her, completely owned by the darkest one now, she has been sent to finish what she started with the PHOENIX SAGE!.
