Without knowing it, Ember arched into him, her fingers gripping the hard planes of his back.
He was all solid rock and walls, and in contrast she was water. Soft, formless, messy.
"My lord!" She gasped even though he was not exactly feeding from her per say. He was only lapping at the blood caused from the dagger…his fangs were yet to break a layer of her skin.
"You…you must not bite me!" She warned, panic and dreaded pleasure coursing through her veins.
His hot tongue swept across the flesh of her neck, then he sucked her there just the way one would a sweet flower in bloom.
A forbidden moan escaped her and she bit down on her lips, embarrassment and pleasure turning her a sheet of red.
She had been playing with him all along. Touching his hands like she had any right to. Placing her hand against his dead heart like she owned it. Wounding her arms against his neck like she longed for his kisses.
