Chapter 32 - Three Unifications Arc Chapter 12: Leniency for Confession

"Alright, Nana, I messed up—I'm sorry," I said, turning to grab her swinging jade fists. "Hmph, good you know better," Meilina teased, giving me a playful glare. "Dear wife, I've got something to tell you, but first, I beg your forgiveness," I said sincerely. Today, we five head back to the palace—can't hide things from my love. Better I confess than she finds out. I've learned from my wives: love means no secrets or lies. I gazed into Meilina's eyes, dreading a simple "no."

Meilina saw my serious tone, her face shifting. Smart as she is, she guessed what was coming. His honesty warmed her heart like honey. "What's wrong with me? Why do I care so much about his feelings?" she thought, torn by contradiction. His heart-melting gaze softened her. "I forgive you. Speak," she said gently. I sighed in relief, visibly lighter, spirit soaring. "He cares that much about my opinion," Meilina realized.

"My real identity is the emperor of the Flying Dragon Empire. Nana, forgive my earlier secrecy. My status—you know I've got enemies. Those assassins yesterday were the worst of them. I hid it to keep you from worrying. I'm no saint, but I want my love to live happily, free from burdens. Nana, understand?" I feared her unforgiveness. Only her nod gave me courage to spill the truth.

Little Red and Little White froze, jaws dropped, minds blank. My identity didn't shock them—it was my bold confession, admitting I'm the emperor. They'd assumed I'd stash them somewhere secret for a golden-cage fling, not parade them to the palace, surrounded by my loyalists. How could they and their princess pull off an assassination now? They'd calculated everything but my audacity to flaunt a demon—humanity's enemy—openly. To me, their shock seemed normal, unaware of their scheming. "Geez, you look like I'm a monster. That bad?" I teased.

"Uh, sir—no, Majesty, we just didn't expect," Little Red said quick. "Who'd guess our demon clan's archenemy is you? We pictured a beast scarier than a monster. Then you, so handsome, claim you're that fiend. Talk about a gap," she said, feigning overwhelm, patting her chest.

"What, that's how demons see me?" I asked, curious.

"If not, what then? Folks say we demons are cruel, but you're worse. Two-year-old demon kids quake at your name. You crushed our army so bad," Little Red said, shivering, likely recalling the demon forces' ruin.

"Can't blame me. We only killed a few hundred thousand demon troops, but your army nearly wiped us out. Should we just let you slaughter us? It's not about right or wrong—each side fights for their race's survival. But demons went too far, aiming to exterminate humanity. That's indefensible," I said, voice icing over, emperor's aura blazing.

Little Red, seeing my anger, knelt in panic. "Please, Majesty, calm down. I spoke out of turn." "Get up. It's not your fault. I'm just stating facts. The real culprit's your demon king. You're just following orders—why would I blame you?" Geez, do I seem that bloodthirsty?

"Thank you, Majesty," Little Red said, helped up by Little White, face pale from the scare. I turned to Meilina. "Nana, you're so calm. Did you already know?" My heart skipped.

"I'm not as clever as you think. I just know power equals status. In this era, strength is authority. With your skills, I figured you were a big shot, not the Flying Dragon Empire's emperor," Meilina said evenly.

Her calm vibe told me she held a grudge, being a demon. "Nana, you mad? I know what you're thinking, but it's unavoidable," I said softly. "Majesty, you're overthinking. State affairs aren't for a fallen demon miss like me," she replied. I pulled her into my arms. She squirmed but gave up, trapped. I found her red lips, kissing deeply. After a long moment, we parted. She saw Lan'er and the others giggling, shyly burrowing into my chest, pinching me hard. "Your fault, making sisters laugh. I hate you, rogue. Now kiss them too," she huffed, ever the feisty one.

"Yes, ma'am, your husband obeys," I said, heading for Lan'er. "Sister, how could you? You got your sweet moment, now you're embarrassing me," Lan'er said, blushing. "Can't hog the good stuff—sisters share," Meilina teased, gleeful at Lan'er's fluster.

Lan'er, a delicate beauty, was no match for me. I wrapped her tiny waist, pulled her close, and kissed her sweet lips. She let out a soft moan, her shy tongue meeting mine. "Comfy, babe?" I asked, eyeing the panting, limp beauty in my arms. Her flirty glare was pure allure, soul-stealing. If not for the audience, I'd have taken her right there.

"Stand steady," I said, propping Lan'er up. Before anyone reacted, I swooped to Little Red and Little White, hugging and kissing them both. The virgin maids stiffened, clearly nervous wrecks.

"Wow, you thief, sneaking tofu!" Meilina scolded, jealous. "Wife, don't frame me—you told me to kiss them!" I protested, though her guess wasn't entirely wrong.

"He really kissed us," Little White mumbled, touching her lips, dazed. "Seems so. Spring fever from one kiss?" Little Red teased, seizing the chance. Little White snapped back, tickling her. "Says you, acting the same, haha!" "Oh, you little brat!" They chased each other, laughing, forgetting their mission, basking in youthful joy.

Thrilled, I dialed Xue'er. We talk every few days, but I couldn't wait to share my joy, missing her. Her voice came through: "Feitian, you left the forest yesterday—why aren't you back? The babies miss you."

"Haha, dear wife, the kids miss me—do you?" Love for my wives stays on my lips and heart. Her sweet voice begged teasing.

"We miss you to death," Xue'er said, likely blushing. "Let me talk to brother!" Chaos erupted—Mimi, Moth, all my wives. "Tian-ge, it's Mimi. Hurry back, I miss you. My tummy's still baby-free," she said, voice dropping to a whisper. My adorable Mimi, obsessed with kids. I thought she was pregnant when I left—guess my aim's off. Gotta practice my shot this time, heh. "Alright, Mimi, half an hour, we'll meet. Be good," I said, heart light. Half an hour to family reunion.

We reached an open field outside town. Soon, my personal ship, Flying Dragon One, descended. On-planet, it skips space-jump tech. The ship could hit the capital in a minute, but high-speed flight stirs air currents, messing with the surface. So, planet-side and space travel have different rules. It'll take ten minutes to the capital.

The hatch boomed open, a staircase extending. Soldiers rushed out, surrounding us protectively. A lieutenant colonel saluted me. "All salute!" Snap—every soldier raised hands. "Long live our emperor!" Meilina and Lan'er jumped, startled. "Let's go, my lovely wives," I said to my dazed beauties. Meilina marveled—this was humanity's secret superweapon, up close. She envied demons lacking such power. Lan'er thought, So cool, so mighty—I get to ride it!

Inside, the comfy, gorgeous setup stunned Meilina's group. A warship with pristine, elegant rooms? The air carried my favorite jasmine scent. "Brother-in-law, it's so cozy!" S'yun said, flopping on the big bed. Damn right—never underestimate a good bed. Many grand decisions are made there.

"Drinks!" I called as a steward brought beverages. "What's this? I drink it daily," Meilina said, unimpressed. Fair—she raided my storage ring's drink stash in the forest, like Mimi with spicy fish. She went from sipping springs to using them for footbaths. Luckily, Lan'er and the others were curious, saving my face. Ugh, too many wives—where'll I find their favorite snacks?

The ship landed at the palace airfield. As the hatch opened, I saw my beautiful wives and adorable babies waiting, gazing up. In that moment, I felt pure happiness—simple, sudden. No words needed; our eyes said it all.

"Daddy!" "Daddy!" "Daddy hug!" My precious babies reached out tiny arms. Superhuman as I am, I can't sprout extra limbs like Sun Wukong. Hands are never enough.

"Brother, me too!" That voice—Mimi, my clingy elf. I set down the little ones to catch my big one. "Mimi, you're thinner. Brother's heart aches," I said, holding my beloved kitten. "Bad brother, you promised a baby. I worried, but Aunt Flo still came," she pouted. My Mimi's baby craze is real, now tossing Earth slang like "Aunt Flo." Progress.

"Alright, brother swears you'll get a baby this time—no lies," I said. Xue'er, Shasha, and the others watched, eyes teary with love. Releasing Mimi, I kissed each wife deeply, their passion showing their devotion.

Back in the palace, maids took the babies. My wives dragged me to our massive deluxe bed. A month's longing exploded. Mimi went wild, fiercer than last time. Hard to believe her tiny frame held such stamina. In the tidal waves of passion, I lost myself. Sob—outsiders see me as the grand emperor, but now I'm a gigolo. Every finger's working overtime. Nearly a hundred wives, taking turns—gods, when they hit their prime, I'll be drained dry. Even my stamina's struggling. Thank heavens Lan'er and the others left me to my wives, or I'd be toast.

Men, cry—it's no sin. These are tears of ecstasy.
