"Tsunade-sama, what's wrong?" Shizune asks, noticing something is wrong.
"There's nothing to worry about," Shizuki interjects, "Our dear sannin has simply had a lot to drink and isn't in the best of conditions."
Shizune tries to help Tsunade, but she stops her and focuses her attention on Shizuki, who orders the imprisoned ninja to sit on the ground before proceeding to free them. Both Asuma and Kurenai can now see what's happening around them, however, they remain silent and communicate their situation to Tsunade with a single glance. The message is clear 'There is nothing we can do'.
"For this, our first dialogue, the message is simple," Shizuki begins, addressing the sannin, "Our organization doesn't have a fixed location; we're not just located south of the Land of Fire. Contrary to what you might think, we're everywhere; these three teams here can tell you that. It's very easy for us to ruin your day, since you're so visible despite being a hidden village… This is just proof of what we're capable of."
Shizuki signals and the men around her begin to leave the casino, leaving her alone at the main entrance, "When I told you that my boss needed your services, I wasn't lying, it's the only way you're going to be able to talk to him. And if your intention is to still meet with him, stay in the city for the next two weeks, we'll get in touch with you."
The woman disappears through the front door, leaving the room in a deathly silence. It's only when an overwhelmed Tsunade collapses to the floor that everyone reacts and begins to move.
"Tsunade-sama," Shizune and Kurenai both rush to Tsunade's aid.
"Calm down… I fell for one of that bitch's genjutsus… I was very careless," the sannin complains, then turns to Asuma, "What the hell are you doing here?"
Asuma proceeds to sit in a chair and looks worriedly at Tsunade, "I honestly don't know how we got here. At one point we were on our way to a mission in the land of noodles, we stopped to sleep in the forest and then we were tied and captured under those unknown men... The only thing I remember is a dense fog, the moment our lookout woke us up, from there everything is confusing."
"I remember the fog and the fact that they subdued me with a powerful electric attack. It was all very surprising and without warning," Kurenai adds.
All the ninjas remember similar situations, being attacked at night while they slept, a total of four teams being captured in the span of less than a week.
"This is a very clear message, 'Mess with us and we know where to hit'... Sensei is not going to like this at all," says Tsunade, sitting on a chair with the help of Shizune, "This is a headache... I shouldn't have gotten myself into this mess. Now I have to continue dealing with a crazy woman and who knows what kind of character her boss is."
"Tsunade-sama, we need to get back to Konoha as quickly as possible," Kurenai says, to which Asuma and the other ninjas nod.
But the sannin simply shakes her head, "You guys go back, I have to finish this mission."
"But it's very dangerous for you to stay here alone," Kurenai insists.
"That's true, we must leave immediately," Shizune says.
Tsunade stands up from her chair, looks around at the ninjas, and slams one of her fists on the table, destroying it completely. "This isn't a game. Everyone leave this place and return to the village immediately, that's an order!... And that includes you too, Shizune."
"But Tsunade-sama…" Shizune tries to say.
"But nothing," Tsunade interrupts, "I can't do this kind of work if I have to worry about your safety. I have to do this alone."
Everyone is surprised by the sannin's words, feeling the woman's aura begin to gather around her body, generating a feeling of oppression in everyone present.
"Besides," Tsunade continues, calmly observing the drops of blood beginning to fall from the hand she had slammed on the table, "I think my encounter with that bitch at least left something positive behind… and I can finally say I'm back to normal."
…
[Touki]
It was a risky gamble, but everything seems to have gone well during the first meeting between Tsunade and Izumi, at least according to the latter's report.
Tsunade is a very important character in the plot of the original series, but for Touki, her importance lies in her medical knowledge and her honest personality, albeit with very violent and unpredictable tendencies. So it came as a surprise to learn that Hiruzen sent her as a diplomat, something that almost made Touki cancel the kidnapping of the ninjas, but which was ultimately done anyway, as it was necessary to establish a strong precedent of strength against a military power like Konoha.
Touki needs to have a good relationship with Tsunade, since he wants her help in Suki's eye transplant, just as he wants the medical ninja to be able to study all possible applications of his healing artifacts. For this reason, Izumi was tasked from the start with keeping an eye out for the woman's appearance. Who would have thought she would appear on her own in the Order's territories?
Touki acted immediately upon Tsunade's appearance in a diplomatic capacity, evident by the fact that she was trying too hard to attract attention. First, he gave the order to track the presence of Konoha ninja throughout the north and east of the Land of Fire. Then, together with Suki, he ambushed the ninjas at night, using the fog and the element of surprise. The victims were mostly chunins, but the unexpected encounter with Asuma and Kurenai near the border with the Land of Noodles made Touki not hesitate to test his strength against those famous jounins.
With Asuma, Kurenai, and another Jounin, Touki decided to be more aggressive than normal. He enlisted Izumi and other ninja from the order to track them down, and once they were located, he joined forces with Suki and, through the use of new fog generators, the most advanced designs that utilized a significant amount of chakra metal, unleashed a veritable blue cloud over the land, several kilometers in radius.
The spectacle was terrifying from a certain perspective, and Suki was the only one able to navigate through a fog that rendered virtually anyone blind, no matter what justus they tried to use. In the end, she was able to subdue all three jounins with a few well-placed blows and the use of the electric baton.
For Touki, all that's left is to wait for the outcome of his show of force and focus on another equally important point: the elimination of Kabuto, an act that should rid the world of a catastrophic problem in the future.
Kabuto's location has already been determined: in one of the outlying residential districts, simple and unluxurious, well suited to a genin's budget. Touki just has to plan his timing and strike when the ninja least expects it.
