My phone was untraceable, I took care of that. I don't think she's going to set a trap for me, I guess she really wants to chat, weird....
I arrived at the cafe an hour later, and immediately took a table, where Caitlin was waiting for me. There was no tail, and I didn't smell Flash or the rest of their crew, so she was probably alone. The camera Thawne had set up was far away, so it couldn't pick us up on the second floor.
I ordered a coffee and asked:
«What's wrong? You look worried.
«It concerns... - The girl looked around, then said quietly: - Reverse Flash.
I grinned:
«I see, you decided to find out, didn't you? You don't suspect someone, do you?
The girl nodded:
«Yeah, some people are already suspects, but I-- I just can't believe it.
«Then why are you asking me if you think I'm telling you the truth? I'm definitely not someone you should trust.
The girl lowered her gaze and said:
«Yeah, but I think you know something about it. You weren't lying about Rani and Professor Stein and you were right about the military. So whether I believe you or not is up to me.
I sighed:
«Well, you're gonna find out soon enough anyway. But remember, you're gonna have to pay for that information one day, whether you want it or not.
The girl looked at me unhappily, and I continued:
«Anyway, let's start at the beginning. First of all, Wells is dead, his corpse will be found by Cisco and Joe West very soon. They're in Starling now aren't they? - The girl nodded:
«Well, if they're there, they'll bring him back soon. Secondly, the real name of the Wells you know is Eobard Thawne. I don't know anything about his future endeavors or his conflict with Flash. I just know he needs Barry for something. He killed Wells' past and took his appearance, and then the explosion of the gas pedal, the appearances of the meta humans, and so on...

Caitlin hesitated at first, then hesitantly said:

I circled her with my gaze and grinned:
«I'm kidding, anyway, you may not believe me, but I advise you to stay away from Wells now. If you die, I promise you Eddie won't live much longer.
«What? Why?
I hummed:
«Because the only reason he's still alive is to keep Barry's job, and without you, he doesn't stand a chance. And when Thawne kills you, he can switch to me, and I don't want that.
Caitlin growled:
«You just, uh.
«Simple what? Ruthless? Selfish? - I looked at Caitlin with a grin and said: - Barry is too weak to defeat Thawne, and I don't even need to get involved in all of this. Flash didn't have the guts to kill him before, and he doesn't have the guts to kill him now. The only way is right under your nose, but if someone isn't ruthless, you'll just die. Barry will of course try to find another way, it's in his nature. But while he's running away from reality, someone's going to have to act. - He finished his coffee and stood up to say: - Your nice team of superheroes can only hope for Eddie's courage, if he puts a bullet in his forehead, you're saved.
Caitlin didn't say anything, but just stood there. I didn't bother her and walked away, hoping she wouldn't do anything stupid. I doubt she'll go to kill Eddie, it's not her style, and she probably doesn't quite believe in Wells' true identity yet. But I think what I say will be enough to keep her from risking her head. What do I care, though? Let them deal with it, at the very least, I'll kill Eddie and be done with it. And Caitlin. Hmm, eh, she helped me, though not out of the goodness of her heart... Yeah, I'd hate to see her die. Well, if anything, I'll step in and kill the guy.

The thing I've been waiting for for so long has finally happened. The emergence of a new human meta, which have become quite rare, unfortunately. If I could get the ability to track them, it would be so much easier.
Hannibal Bates, nicknamed "Faceless", had been showing himself in various cases for a long time, but I stayed out of it, just waiting for the right moment. Why should I look for him when he'll come to me? When he attacks Barry, it'll be a good chance to grab him. I have some concerns about that, though. As I recall, Faceless One's personality just disappeared after he became a meta-human. His appearance became a little creepy, with no eyes or hair. I hope that doesn't happen to me. Well, it's still a long shot, I'm not gonna miss out on a specimen like that. I don't think his problem is caused by him reincarnating into other people and losing his identity. It's probably because of the gas pedal explosion and the conditions he was in at the time, it shouldn't happen to me. It's like Firestorm, probably if I took the bone marrow from him, I could probably control his power without an extra person. The nuclear reaction in my cells would be balanced, not like Rani and Stein. They complement each other and that's the reason Firestorm is fire. But that's in theory, in reality I'm not quite sure.... What happens to me after absorbing Rani and Stein separately? I think it all has to be tested by experimentation, unfortunately on myself... But if I want to get stronger, there's no risk without risk. I will inject small doses of bone marrow at first, and then we'll see....
I got ready and put on the still old suit. Pretty soon Hartley would have almost half of the new one finished. Things were moving pretty fast for him, I was pleased. He said he added a couple more features while he was making it. Hopefully it'll be all right, in the meantime I'm off to get Faceless. He's already used Eddie's appearance to do his thing, and I think he's going to attack Barry soon. That's when I'll catch him. Hopefully my actions won't lead to any unimaginable consequences, after all, Bates was shot by West when he shot Thawne, I wouldn't want to affect anything.... Fuck it, I'm not going to pick up any more bodies after someone, I've had enough of Tony and Black, I'm a predator, not a scavenger, that's enough.
Arriving at Allen's house I began to wait....
