Chapter 19 - what if tanjiro was betrayed

A cunning demon poisons Master Kagaya Ubuyashiki.

Tanjiro is framed.

With Nezuko unable to speak in her defense, the Corps believe the worst:

Nezuko is executed.

Tanjiro is imprisoned, isolated, tortured.

The Hashira turn their backs. Even his friends are silent.

The Truth Comes Too Late

Master Ubuyashiki awakens and clears Tanjiro's name.

But the boy they seek to free no longer exists.

When the cell is opened, the man who steps out is forged of hatred, grief, and black fire.

The Massacre

Unleashed

Tanjiro, gaunt and monstrous, erupts with fury.

Black Sun Breathing ignites for the first time.

He maims Mitsuri and Tengen.

Nearly kills Muichiro and Iguro.

Sanemi is left on the brink of death.

Only Master Kagaya's voice halts the slaughter.

> "You have every right, Tanjiro. But don't let them take your soul too."

Tanjiro vanishes into the dark without another word.

---

Rebirth of the Black Swordsman

The Berserker Armor

In a forgotten battlefield, Tanjiro finds a cursed relic of war:

The Berserker Armor — a suit that ignores pain, feeds rage, and sacrifices flesh to preserve motion.

The Dragon Slayer

A weapon meant for giants and demons. Too heavy for men.

But Tanjiro's broken humanity lifts it with ease.

Thus is born the Black Swordsman — a mercenary, a revenant, a monster who hunts monsters.

---

Tanjiro Kamado – The Black Swordsman

Eyes: Burning embers, devoid of compassion.

Voice: Hoarse, deep, empty.

Aura: Suffocating like a collapsing star.

He takes jobs, not for coin—but to kill, to cut, to feel something again.

Demons: Killed for free.

Demon Slayers: Killed for free.

Anything else: Killed for the right price.

---

Black Sun Breathing – 黒陽の呼吸 (Kokuyō no Kokyū)

A feral, corrupted mutation of Hinokami Kagura.

Fueled by agony, it is no longer a dance—it is a hunt.

Core Traits

Animalistic movements.

Overwhelming brute force.

Black flames that consume the soul.

Uses Fangs instead of Forms—like a beast tearing its prey apart.

---

The 7 Fangs of Black Sun Breathing

1. First Fang: Eclipse Howl

A thunderous, spinning slash that sends out a shockwave of black fire. Blinds and burns all caught in its path.

2. Second Fang: Severed Horizon

A low, charging sweep—meant to cut legs and drag enemies into the flames.

3. Third Fang: Void Claw

A multi-strike barrage—claws of fire rend through armor, flesh, and even demon blood techniques.

4. Fourth Fang: Devourer's Descent

Leaps high, then crashes down with a cleaving overhead slash. The ground splits. The air burns.

5. Fifth Fang: Black Reaping

A counter-form. Tanjiro waits, then rips through his enemy with a single devastating slash the moment they strike.

6. Sixth Fang: Blood Eclipse

Tanjiro pours his rage into a wide-arcing, full-body cleave. Turns his surroundings into an inferno.

7. Seventh Fang: Oblivion Maw (Forbidden)

Burns Tanjiro's body as he channels the purest, most hateful form of Black Sun Breathing—one that leaves only ash.

> "This is what I became when you killed her."

---

Reactions

Hashira

Giyu: Remorseful, follows Tanjiro's trail in silence, seeking redemption.

Sanemi: Obsessed with defeating Tanjiro, constantly hunting him. Always loses.

Obanai & Mitsuri: Horrified by what they helped create.

Kagaya: Silently writes Tanjiro's true story, hoping one day it's understood.

Demons

Fear him. Flee at the mention of the Black Sun.

Muzan once feared Yoriichi. Now he fears Tanjiro.

---

Legacy

Tanjiro becomes a legend whispered in dread.

To demon slayers: a ghost they try to forget.

To demons: a nightmare they can't escape.

To the world: a black sword that cuts all bonds.

> He is not a man. Not a demon. He is rage made flesh.

He is the Black Swordsman.
