Tobirama's sharp eyes locked on the bird, and a plan formed. He wouldn't just intercept it. He would make sure the message it carried reached its destination—without the minor clans knowing they had been under watch. The Senju could not afford to let the Uchiha think they were being observed; secrecy was the key to maintaining power.

A flash of chakra erupted as Tobirama moved at lightning speed. He closed in on the hawk, extending his hand, but rather than intercepting it fully, he used his precise control of water-based chakra to create a misty shield that would obscure the bird's flight without harming it.

The hawk, sensing the mist, faltered for a moment. But the moment was enough. Tobirama's hand reached out, brushing against its wings as the bird stumbled in its flight. His hand grabbed the scroll from its leg before the hawk could resume its course.

Tobirama didn't open the message. Instead, he created a quick, non-lethal seal, sending it back on its way, the hawk now seeming to continue its intended path—unaware that the Senju had intercepted it.

As the bird flew off to deliver its report to the minor clans, Tobirama watched, letting it disappear into the horizon. His next move was clear: the Uchiha would be unaware of the Senju's hand in this little game.

Back in the Uchiha compound, Tajima Uchiha was seated in the war room, his expression unreadable. Around him were his most trusted lieutenants: Yagami Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, Izuna Uchiha, and Arai Uchiha. The air was heavy with anticipation. They had received word of a secret summit between several minor clans, and Tajima had decided it was time to act.

Yagami had returned from his successful interception of the hawk with news of the gathering. But there was something unsettling in the air. Tajima knew that, while this meeting could prove advantageous, it was also a dangerous game of power plays. A decision had to be made—carefully.

"Tajima, the Senju don't know," Yagami spoke first, his voice low. "But we know of their movements. This summit might be our chance to secure support from the minor clans—before the Senju can make their move."

Madara folded his arms, eyes narrowed. "We'll need more than just intelligence. We need muscle. The minor clans won't bend so easily."

Tajima nodded, his eyes piercing. "I've already made arrangements. You'll go with Yagami, Izuna, and Arai. But your purpose is not just to intimidate. It's to ensure that no one else plays the game we want them to play."

Izuna grinned, excitement dancing in his eyes. "A few broken limbs might help send the right message."

Tajima's gaze hardened. "This is not about brute force, Izuna. We need subtlety. Arai, you will observe. Watch closely. What they say, what they don't say—everything."

Arai, ever the quiet observer, gave a brief nod.

Meanwhile, in the Senju stronghold, Butsuma Senju gathered his trusted council: Hashirama Senju, Tobirama Senju, and Hiroshi Senju, with a few select others. The message of the minor clan summit had been received, and plans were quickly laid out.

"The minor clans have been busy, and I don't like how they're positioning themselves," Butsuma grunted, his voice gruff but steady. "We cannot afford to allow these factions to slip out of our grasp. Not while the Uchiha are already sowing discord."

Hashirama was more measured in his approach. "They've always been cautious. But we should not underestimate them. The Kurama, the Kaguya—they've always been more wild in their ways. If they get the wrong idea…"

Tobirama cut in, his tone sharp. "The Uchiha are watching. We know that. The question is: how do we handle this summit without making a move that would give them an opening?"

Butsuma's eyes met Tobirama's. "We send Bunta. He's discreet, tactically sound. If it comes to it, he'll make sure we don't leave anything to chance."

Hashirama chuckled softly. "Let's hope it doesn't come to that, brother."

But the truth was undeniable. They had to ensure that the minor clans remained in their sphere of influence. Any attempt by the Uchiha to sway them could destabilize their efforts.

"You'll go with Tobirama, Hiroshi. I trust you both to handle this with care." Butsuma continued.

Hiroshi nodded, but his expression was pensive. "I'll handle it. But I've seen the way the Uchiha move. They won't hesitate if things escalate."

Tobirama flashed a smirk. "Then we won't give them a reason."

As the Uchiha and Senju teams moved separately toward the meeting grounds, each of them prepared for a different form of subtlety. Neither side was aware that the other was already aware of their movements—each had their eyes fixed on the minor clans.

The meeting ground was a secluded clearing, a neutral zone between territories. A series of minor clan representatives stood in the center, waiting for the arrival of their powerful guests.

Suddenly, the air grew thick, the sense of something deeper at play hanging just beneath the surface. The Uchiha moved swiftly, their steps quiet as shadows among the trees. Yagami led the group, a tactical genius, his eyes sharp for any indication of danger. Madara and Izuna flanked him, while Arai remained in the back, eyes scanning for any clues that would give the team an advantage.

On the other side, the Senju entered with a calm presence—Bunta, the tactical leader, walked at the front. Hashirama and Tobirama trailed behind him, Hiroshi close by. Their approach was less aggressive, more observant, yet still carrying a quiet intensity. The Senju were ready—prepared for any eventuality.

The minor clans were unaware of the imminent arrival of both sides, their attention distracted by the murmurs of hidden agendas that had been set into motion. What they didn't know was that the game had already begun—before a single word was spoken.

As the two teams moved closer, the tension grew. And the world of the minor clans—about to make decisions that would shape the fate of the war—was about to face its first true test.
