Taking Hashirama's and Tobirama's counsel, Hiroshi began specializing—not abandoning the others, but allocating concentrated focus to two elements: Fire and Water.

The choice was symbolic. Fire for passion, Water for restraint. Emotion and balance. He theorized that mastering oppositional elements would grant him greater command over elemental harmony. The paradox, if tamed, would forge clarity.

His Fire Style became markedly refined. He developed a unique technique, Kōen Kōryū (Flamebound Torrent), which combined a torrent of pressurized water that superheated into scalding steam mid-arc, masking its approach and delivering both concussive and thermal damage. It was chakra-intensive, but highly effective.

Tobirama, ever the perfectionist, marked it as "tactically viable, if environmentally risky."

After months of training in sealing arts, Hiroshi's ability in sealing art grew rapidly. While Mito focused on perfecting complex Uzumaki rituals, Hiroshi began devising his own experimental forms. He created a chakra-imbued ink formula that responded to elemental release, adjusting its properties in real time.

He called it: Gōin Fūin – Adaptive Binding Seal.

Tobirama initially dismissed it as a child's whim. But when Hiroshi used it to halt an uncontrolled lightning surge in training, the elder brother raised an eyebrow.

"You might just redefine this art."

3 months Later

The calm tension before a storm filled the air. Word of the summit between the minor clans spread quietly, carried by hawks, swift messengers of information. Neither the Senju nor the Uchiha knew the full scope of the other's knowledge. What they did know was that whoever controlled this delicate exchange could shift the entire balance of the war.

The meeting was set to take place deep in the neutral territories. A place where the great clans would not risk direct confrontation but where the gathering of smaller factions could change everything.

The Hawk 1, a trained messenger carrying a scroll bearing the marked seal of the Kurama Clan, soared high above the thick forest canopy. It moved with precision, its wings cutting the air as it weaved through the clouds. It was only a few miles from its destination when a figure emerged from the shadows.

A cloaked Uchiha watched the bird closely. Yagami Uchiha, a sharp-eyed tactician with a reputation for being both observant and ruthless, tracked its flight path with intense focus. It was a hawk from the minor clans, carrying information that could tip the scales of the war. Yagami knew it.

His Sharingan flickered, and his eyes sharpened on the bird's form. The hawk, now sensing something, made a slight adjustment to its course, but not enough to throw off its objective. However, Yagami was faster, darting forward with speed that only his Sharingan could keep up with. He lashed out, slashing a kunai through the bird's wings.

The hawk screeched, descending rapidly, its flight interrupted by the Uchiha's intervention. But instead of taking the bird for himself, Yagami allowed it to fall to the forest floor just outside of the Uchiha compound's borders. His hand shot out, plucking the scroll from its leg. It was an encrypted seal, meant only for certain eyes.

He knelt over the bird. The scroll was the real prize, not the creature itself.

Taking a breath, Yagami didn't open it. Instead, he tied the hawk's leg back, securing it, and sent it back on its path to the minor clans with a signal attached to its leg—a reminder that, while his clan's interest was piqued, they would still maintain the delicate charade of ignorance.

Far to the west, in Senju territory, another hawk flew through the morning mist, its course set toward a distant meeting point where it would relay critical information to the Hyuga clan and others. As it neared the point of its flight, the hawk fluttered through the trees, carrying its precious scroll, marked with the Sarutobi's seal.

Unbeknownst to the hawk, a lone Senju had already spotted its trajectory. Tobirama Senju, his deep, calculating mind always thinking ahead, watched from the shadows. The hawk wasn't flying erratically, but it was moving with purpose—far too directed for an ordinary delivery.

Tobirama's sharp eyes locked on the bird, and a plan formed. He wouldn't just intercept it. He would make sure the message it carried reached its destination—without the minor clans knowing they had been under watch. The Senju could not afford to let the Uchiha think they were being observed; secrecy was the key to maintaining power.

A flash of chakra erupted as Tobirama moved at lightning speed. He closed in on the hawk, extending his hand, but rather than intercepting it fully, he used his precise control of water-based chakra to create a misty shield that would obscure the bird's flight without harming it.

The hawk, sensing the mist, faltered for a moment. But the moment was enough. Tobirama's hand reached out, brushing against its wings as the bird stumbled in its flight. His hand grabbed the scroll from its leg before the hawk could resume its course.

Tobirama didn't open the message. Instead, he created a quick, non-lethal seal, sending it back on its way, the hawk now seeming to continue its intended path—unaware that the Senju had intercepted it.

As the bird flew off to deliver its report to the minor clans, Tobirama watched, letting it disappear into the horizon. His next move was clear: the Uchiha would be unaware of the Senju's hand in this little game.
