Chapter 136 - Chapter 136: Hyuga Gakuya's Script, the Tale of the Six-Tails and Utakata

With the silent consent of the two girls, Hyuga Gakuya gently kissed Hinata on the cheek and whispered, "I'll be gentle."

"Mmm…" Hinata's voice was still shy and soft.

(Indulging in daylight passion)...

A few hours later, Gakuya escorted the girls back to their rooms to rest, while he stayed behind to clean up.

He stored the bloodstained couch directly into his Kamui space, then used several Water Style jutsu to thoroughly cleanse the area. Afterward, he summoned the housekeeping team to replace the furnishings.

Everything had to be changed—there was no way around it. He'd lost patience earlier, but really, it would've been less trouble just to go back to his own room.

In the days that followed, Gakuya devoted himself to Hinata and Hanabi, accompanying the sisters on daily outings around the Hidden Sound Village.

Now that his body's metabolic recovery was maxed out, he no longer had to worry about physical strain. He genuinely enjoyed this daily life with them.

This peaceful routine continued until it came time for the girls to leave. After all, his plans were still unfolding, and they hadn't officially married yet. The two were still citizens of Konohagakure—he couldn't keep them by his side indefinitely.

...

Outside the Hidden Sound Village, Gakuya bid Hinata and Hanabi a heartfelt farewell. He gently stroked their hair and said,

"Once I've taken care of everything, I'll come to Konoha and bring you both home—with honor."

Hinata and Hanabi nodded, their eyes filled with reluctant sadness.

"Then you'd better hurry, Mokushū-kun," Hanabi said, her eyes brimming with tears. "If you take too long... I-I won't speak to you anymore."

"I promise," Gakuya said with a soft chuckle. "Alright now… if you don't go soon, it'll get dark."

The sisters finally turned to leave, looking back at him with every few steps. Gakuya watched their retreating figures, deep in thought.

During their time together, he had subtly coaxed them into revealing that they'd already buried their hatred for the clan's destruction. After all, the gulf in strength between them and their enemy was just too vast to overcome.

Especially after learning how powerful Gakuya truly was, they could only redirect their focus toward preserving the clan's bloodline.

Of course, Gakuya had no intention of letting them go. His plan was to use the two of them to fake their deaths, allowing them to quietly withdraw from the public eye and await the right moment.

He had cast himself in the role of a god, scripting fates for everyone in his story.

Now it was time to turn his attention to the matter of the Six-Tails—ensuring the successful capture of the tailed beast while also thinning the Akatsuki's ranks. It was all part of the plan.

...

Eastern Land of Fire—

This secluded mountaintop, surrounded by sheer cliffs and hidden away from the world, was home to the descendants of the Tsuchigumo clan.

In one quiet corner of the mountain, sunlight filtered through the leaves, scattering golden flecks across the forest floor.

A handsome man leaned against the base of a massive tree. His expression was calm but tired, eyes half-lidded as he basked in the peaceful moment.

Not far from him, a blonde-haired girl was practicing diligently, her hands moving in a flurry of hand seals as she focused intently on casting a jutsu.

Every so often, the man would crack open an eye, gaze at her gently, and offer quiet suggestions or corrections.

The girl listened carefully to Utakata's guidance, adjusting her hand movements and pacing, pouring herself back into her training.

Time passed slowly, the only sounds the rustling of leaves in the breeze and the whisper of chakra as seals formed. The entire scene radiated peace and harmony.

"Pure love really is a beautiful thing," Gakuya murmured from above, watching the scene unfold from the sky.

He had arrived before the Akatsuki or team Dusk—he'd been the first to discover the Six-Tails' location.

That man below was none other than Utakata, the jinchūriki of the Six-Tails. Formerly a shinobi of Kirigakure, he shared the same tragic fate as many other hosts—shunned and hated by his village.

Years of discrimination had made him withdrawn and suspicious. Yet, like Naruto, he'd once had a teacher who treated him like a son.

Unable to bear watching Utakata suffer, his master defied the will of the Hidden Mist and attempted a forbidden ritual that could safely extract the tailed beast—at great risk to his own life.

But Utakata misunderstood, thinking his master was trying to steal the Six-Tails for himself. He lost control, killed the man, and fled the village in grief and rage.

Since then, he'd been on the run, until he stumbled upon this hidden village on Katsuragi Mountain. The girl named Hotaru had taken him in—on the condition that he teach her ninjutsu.

This version of events hadn't strayed far from the original. It wouldn't be long before someone came to disrupt this fragile peace—whether for the power of the tailed beast or to steal the Tsuchigumo clan's secret jutsu: Fury.

Gakuya had no intention of micromanaging the conflict over the Six-Tails. His role was that of a silent catalyst—he'd stir the pot, then clean up the mess once it was done.

That night, four rogue shinobi crept toward Katsuragi Mountain, moving under cover of darkness.

Without a sound, Gakuya materialized beside them.

The moment they sensed his presence, the four men spun around—only to see someone floating silently in the air. One of them immediately stumbled back and collapsed, trembling.

"W-Who are you?" the leader stammered. His voice cracked with fear. No ordinary man could appear like that—was he even human?

Gakuya didn't answer. He simply said,

"With power like yours… you're not even qualified to step onto the stage."

He needed a grand spectacle—enough to draw in both the Akatsuki and team Dusk. These four weren't enough.

With a casual wave of his hand, three of the four collapsed unconscious, leaving only the leader upright.

The remaining man stared in horror as Gakuya placed a hand on his head and began extracting his soul, reading through his memories.

"Rogue shinobi… hoping to seize power by weaponizing the Fury…"

"A third-rate faction like yours shouldn't even be part of a production this grand."

With the memories absorbed, Gakuya casually released the man's soul, letting it drift into the void. He no longer relied on soul devouring to enhance his power—that was beneath him now.

After a moment's thought, he summoned four orbs of spiritual energy with his Tenseigan, embedding them into the skulls of the fallen shinobi, seizing control of their bodies.

From his Kamui space, he retrieved a vial of the Federation's Hero Water and ordered the four to drink it. The concoction would temporarily triple their chakra reserves, physical strength, and speed.

With them under his control, Gakuya resumed their mission—but with a twist.

He would force Utakata to unleash the power of the Six-Tails.

Only then would the resulting chaos be large enough to draw the real players onto the stage.

After all, what good was a performance without an audience?
