Chapter 135 - Chapter 135: Hanabi and Hinata's Kiss

This meeting had been a last-minute decision by Hyuga Gakuya, and there really wasn't much that needed discussing. Within a few minutes, most of the details were finalized.

Just as the conversation was hitting its stride, a liaison from the Federation opened the door to the lounge and quickly approached Hyuga Gakuya, handing him a folded slip of paper.

"Excuse me for a moment," Gakuya said to Kakashi, then took the paper and began reading it intently.

It was a telegram from Konoha—intel reported that members of the Akatsuki had been sighted within the Land of Fire. There were also signs of the Six-Tails' Jinchūriki nearby. Clearly, the Akatsuki were targeting the Six-Tails this time.

Konoha urgently requested Team Dusk to intercept the Akatsuki and protect the Jinchūriki. Konoha would also dispatch backup shinobi to assist.

Gakuya silently handed the intel to Kakashi.

"Direct orders from the Hokage. Looks like you've got work to do."

Kakashi took the report with a puzzled expression, but the moment he read it, he sprang to his feet. The Akatsuki had made their move—they couldn't waste another second. Every moment of delay gave the enemy a chance to capture the Six-Tails.

Seeing Kakashi rise, the rest of Team Dusk immediately stood up as well.

Kakashi bowed slightly and said gravely, "Lord Mokushū, we must depart immediately. We can't let the Akatsuki succeed."

Gakuya gave a casual nod. "Then may fortune favor you all in battle."

"Thank you," they replied in unison, bowing deeply. Though they hailed from another nation, the respect they held for this legendary figure was obvious.

Rumors swirled across the continent—that Chiba Mokushū might very well be the second revolutionary after Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha to reshape the shinobi world.

...

After seeing off Team Dusk, Gakuya sent Sasuke to continue his Wood Style training under Kabuto. Now, only three remained in the lounge: Hyuga Gakuya, Hinata, and Hanabi.

Gakuya casually turned and locked the door behind them. No more interruptions. Now was the perfect time for the final step of his plan.

Hanabi hadn't realized she'd walked right into the tiger's den. Seeing there was no one left to interrupt their reunion, she suddenly flung herself into Gakuya's arms.

A soft floral scent hit him as her weight landed on his chest. Hanabi clung to him like a koala, legs wrapped tightly around his waist.

"I missed you so much," Hanabi whispered, burying her face in his chest.

Gakuya supported her with one arm to keep her from slipping and gently patted her back, smiling.

"I missed you too, little Hanabi."

Hearing that, Hanabi looked up, her face glowing with joy and affection.

At that moment, Hinata stepped forward as well, but instead of jealousy, there was only a gentle look in her eyes as she watched Gakuya.

After a while, Hanabi hopped down from his embrace. She gave Hinata a sly nudge and whispered,

"I'm done. Your turn, sis."

Hinata's face turned bright red. Her heart skipped a beat at her sister's words. She nervously twisted the hem of her sleeve and shuffled over to Gakuya, head bowed and too flustered to meet his gaze.

Gakuya looked at the shy Hinata and didn't hesitate—he reached out and pulled her into a tight embrace.

As he felt her warmth against him, he murmured softly, "Hinata… I missed you too."

Hinata was overwhelmed with emotion. She wrapped her arms around his waist and leaned her head against his chest, soaking in the moment.

They held each other in silence, and Hanabi watched with a satisfied smile.

After a long pause, Gakuya gently pulled back. Placing his hands on Hinata's shoulders, he leaned in and kissed her.

The sudden kiss caught Hinata completely off guard. Her eyes widened in surprise, her body trembling. But soon, she closed her eyes and melted into the kiss, savoring the tenderness.

Gakuya's kiss was intense, as if he wanted to completely merge with her. Hinata's inexperience showed, but she responded in kind, gradually sinking into the warmth.

Their breaths grew quicker. Gakuya's hands began to wander.

Hinata's body trembled softly, her eyes clouded over with emotion, as though she were losing herself in the moment.

Eventually, Gakuya pulled back. Hinata gasped for air, her cheeks flushed deep red, her gaze full of shyness and affection.

Then Hanabi's dissatisfied voice broke the moment.

"No fair! That was such a sneaky move, Sis. I didn't even get a kiss!"

Gakuya chuckled, let go of Hinata, and turned to Hanabi. He pulled her back into his arms with a soft smile.

"How could I forget about my adorable Hanabi?"

He lowered his head and kissed her gently.

Hanabi's eyes widened in shock, frozen for a heartbeat. But soon enough, she responded to the kiss, her body slowly relaxing in his arms.

Time seemed to stand still in the room.

After a long while, Gakuya finally let her go, watching her flushed cheeks and dazed expression. A deep sense of satisfaction welled up in his chest.

Author's Note:

Adding kissing scenes and dimensional fantasy—I shouldn't get flagged for that, right? Every time I toe the line, I feel like I'm dancing on the edge of a blade.

Originally I had a bit more involving tongues, but I didn't dare include it. Something about tongues prying teeth and interweaving…

So, I'm sticking to the rule: nothing below the neck or above the knees.
