As the group arrived in the countless doors that surrounds them in a room, Avery and Aoife walked cluelessly around the area, the maids stared at them blankly awaiting for their response from seeing this.
"Wait... You're telling that we can explore by ourselves?"
Aoife questioned the maids with a smug on her face, her eyes gleamed on the doors and proceeded to walk to one of them. Mumami approached her steadily, she quickly grabbed Aoife's arm and gripped it tightly.
"You need one of our guidance first, okay?"
She smiled back at Aoife, her cheeks puffed from her silliness and excitement. Mumami stepped infront of her, she held the door knob tightly and opened it. They were greeted by a large breeze of wind that cooled them down.
Mumami and Aoife walked inside the door suddenly, it was shut gently automatically. Avery ran to go to where Aoife went with panic, he was suddenly stopped by Notomi that grabbed his shirt tightly. He glanced angrily at Notomi, his hand slapped her fingers out of irratation.
"Don't worry, she went to Teila's saintly garden."
She said to him with a sound of calmness, her eyes were pale but it was beautiful to Avery's sight even if it seemed soulless. Avery let go of his slight anger, he softly placed her hand off his shirt, he wiped the sweat off his forehead from his relief.
"Anyways, you said you'll just guide me whatever door I choose from here right?"
He spoke to her without hesitation.
"That's right my dear guest."
She replied to him cadually. Avery walked next to the other door that Aoife went through, he turned the door knob rapidly and the door instantly opened in a split second. His eyes widened in surprise from the moment he saw on what's inside, the cold air from the room made his shoulders shiver, the air was dense as he breathes he could see it fully.
Notomi and Avery entered the vague room, his mind exploded from astonishment, the room was a library, it was completely filled with endless shelves that can make one's soul go lost if they ventured too much. The books shined into his eyes, there were many languages of each kind of book that was placed on the shelves.
As each glare he took and each step he took inside the large library, his mind was filled with greed and thirst of knowledge. His eyes sparkled with speechless satisfaction as he approached to one shelf, he touched the book, until his hand was slapped by Notomi. He blinked and woke up from the sudden slap given to him.
He blankly stared around the library for a few seconds and looked at Notomi with a clueless look, his face was gloomy as his breathing became too normal. Notomi clapped her hands once to make Avery return back to his senses.
"Hey, don't get consumed too much by the vast mana around the library. They can make you an addict to read all of the endless books around here."
Notomi spoke again with nonchalance in her face, her voice reached into Avery's head with the casual tone, it reminded him of her determination with seriousness. Avery looked around again with a slight panic, his head wobbled as each look he made around the library.
"What's the deal with this place anyways…?"
He questioned her again with curiosity, he rubbed his head from his cluelessness. Notomi sighed with laziness, she yawned before she tried to speak to him.
"You aren't worthy or ready to be here yet if you get your mind consumed by the mana in the library. After all, Mistress Ursula will train you or teach you from what I've heard."
She replied again with a boring tone. Avery took one last glance around the library and walked towards at the door. Notomi held the golden knob and twisted it for Avery to leave.
Meanwhile…
Aoife and Mumami entered the mysterious door, they saw a great and beautiful garden that was surrounded by unimagineable living creatures, trees that bloomed, bright flowers that had a completely different scent and look compared to the real world. It was like Earth living peacefully without humans.
"Very lively isn't it?"
Mumami smiled at her with joyful features, she skipped around the grass, her tail wagged out of happiness, a butterfly landed in her pointy nose, her amusement showed she was a kind-hearted and enjoyable person towards Aoife. As moments passed by, Aoife and Mumami walk in the soft and hard stone pathway.
Both of them enjoyed the sight of the amazing garden, until a certain person peeked their interest by sitting in a wooden bench. She was sitting next to a fancy water fountain that spurts out four waterways. They approach her carefully with a calm composure.
She had emerald hair, it glowed with beauty, she used her hand to make her hair more flexible and shiny. She was taller than Aoife, she turned around to see a familiar face except for one. Her eyes were grenage, a mix of orange and green, she stared at Aoife without malice intentions. Her dress was color coral, it sparkled arond her eyes.
"Are you new here perhaps?"
The lady asked her in an innocent voice, she grinned at her with delight. Mumami pushed Aoife towards her with a funny idea, she giggled slightly. As Aoife was falling to ground, the girl catched her upon her arms.
"What-"
Her eyes faintly blinked many times, she blushed slightly from the sudden intimate action that the lady did. She stood up quickly out of embarrasment.
"Hahaha~ My name is Teila, the owner of this garden and the special guest in the mansion. Nice to see you."
Teila chuckled from Aoife's embarrasement, she spoke in a soothing voice to the point Aoife had forgotten her embarrasement as she was focused on Teila's personality and looks.
"So you're new here am I right?"
Teila asked her with an innocent and sweet voice again. Aoife rapidly sat down quickly on the bench, she tucked closer to her and gazed upon her face, she wanted to befriend from her charming words and looks.
"YES I AM!"
She exclaimed politely, her heart raised for a second after she said that.
"You do seem to be enjoying yourself here for the first time in this mansion."
The lady giggled as Aoife's concentration was on her on time.
"I didn't know this mansion would have a garden..."
Aoife respectfully said her words to Teila, she giggled again with a funny idea in her mind. She carefully stroke Aoife's hair, Aoife jumped out of awkwardness, her face was flushed with different emotions at the same time, her cheeks turned red and her eyes woggle around.
"What are you trying to do?!"
She yelled in humiliation, her mind became dizzy from Teila's rascal action, she pouted out of irritation. Teila chuckled again, her face became a fond of Aoife's reaction.
"I can't help it! You look so cute!"
She laughed hysterically, she choked herself slightly from her laughter as she hold her neck. Aoife looked annoyed, her face blushed even more after getting flustered by her, her heart raised each second after she said that. After a few moments Teila stopped her laughter, and stood up from the bench.
"But, you should come here sometimes, it feels lonely when there's no one like you around."
Teila spoke like a man of her words, she was calm and wanted to know if Aoife could be in her side for now. Suddenly, a bell rang across all of the rooms around the mansion, Aoife looked around the garden cluelessly as she tried to find the source of the sound.
"My dearest guests! I think it's time for a splendid dinner for tonight!"
Mumami cheered with hope, she playfully jumped and wagged her tail out of joy.
"Let's get going shall we?"
"Right..."
Teila and Aoife talked casually, as they exit the garden Aoife seemed to notice something has changed after she exited the garden. The hallway was different compared to what she saw before entering Teila's sanctuary. It was a large hallway like the typical that every mansion has.
"If you're confused, every door is randomized due to protection made by our dear Mistress Ursula."
Teila looked at her casually with concern, she smiled faintly with innocence.
"I forgot to ask you, what is your name?"
"My name is Aoife..."
Aoife spoke her name with timid, she was panicking time to time as she kept on sticking with Teila. She gulped saliva as soon she said it, her eyes twitched with shame and slight fear.
"That's a nice name with that looks of yours..."
Teila snickered with delight, she covered her mouth with her hand. Aoife sighed with relief, she had anticipated something bad might've happened to her after she said her name to her. As moments pass, they approach the lobby again and see someone tiny coming down from the grand staircase. It was her majesty itself, Ursula who had dressed nicely for this special evening.
