As the shockwave from their previous clash faded, Rocks D. Xebec vanished from his position, his speed blurring through the battlefield.

Ayr barely had time to react before Rocks was right in front of him, his Supreme Grade Sword raised high. The blade was engulfed in a fearsome mix of Armament Haki and Conqueror's Haki, crackling with power as it descended toward Ayr with devastating force.
Ayr, however, was not intimidated. He imbued his own sword with Advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki, matching Rocks' attack head-on.
The two blades swung forward at the same time.
"!!!"
Before the weapons could even touch, a violent explosion of purple-red lightning crackled in the air, expanding outward like a shockwave.
The entire island trembled under the sheer force of the collision. A deafening humming sound echoed through the battlefield, and the pressure alone was enough to send hundreds of trees toppling over.
The beasts on the island—some of them powerful predators—collapsed to the ground, their eyes rolling back as they lost consciousness from the sheer intensity of the clash.
"H-How is this possible?! Their blades… didn't even touch?!"
"What kind of power is this?! How can such an impact be created without the swords clashing?!"
"Could this be… the legendary Conqueror's Entanglement?"
The watching crew members were stunned. Many had heard of the advanced form of Conqueror's Haki, but only a handful had ever witnessed it in action.
"It's said that when two powerful Conquerors clash at this level, their weapons don't even make contact. Their sheer willpower repels each other!"
A hush fell over the battlefield.
Even Golden Lion Shiki, usually full of cocky bravado, looked slightly shaken. He whistled. "Jihahaha… So that's what it is. Ayr… I have to admit, I didn't expect this from you."
Conqueror's Haki was already an incredibly rare ability, found only in one out of a million people.
But Conqueror's Entanglement—the ultimate mastery of this ability—was something even Emperors of the Sea struggled to attain. Only those at the absolute pinnacle of the world could wield such a technique.
Charlotte Linlin's eyes gleamed with interest. "Mamamama… Ayr's progress is terrifying. Most people take decades to reach this level. He's already standing among the monsters of the sea!"
Even for Linlin, who had awakened Advanced Conqueror's Haki, she had only recently touched the threshold of true mastery. To wield it in battle like Ayr was doing now was an entirely different level.
Whitebeard, arms crossed, let out his signature laugh. "Gurararara… Since Ayr joined the Rocks Pirates, I knew he was a monster. But this? This is beyond anything I imagined."
On the other hand, not everyone was pleased.
John's face twisted in frustration. He clenched his fists. "Damn it… Conqueror's Entanglement?! He's already reached this level?!"
Like Ayr, John was also a Conqueror's Haki user. He knew firsthand just how insanely difficult it was to reach this stage. And yet, Ayr—who was still younger than most of them—had already mastered it?!
And if Ayr was truly acknowledged by Rocks, then…

Rocks' eyes glowed with amusement. "I have to admit, Ayr… this is surprising."
Ayr remained silent, gripping his Great Grade Sword, Demon Slayer, tightly. His breathing was heavy, but his stance never wavered.
He could feel it.

Rocks still wasn't going all out.
Ayr narrowed his eyes. "Even with this level of power, I can tell… You're still holding back, aren't you?"
Rocks smirked. "Of course. You've improved, but this isn't enough to impress me just yet."
The moment he finished speaking—
BOOM!
Rocks lunged forward and swung his sword with even greater force than before.
Before Ayr could react, the impact sent him flying hundreds of meters, crashing through trees and rock formations.
"CRASH!!!"
His body slammed into a massive ancient tree, shattering it into splinters.
A cloud of dust erupted around him.
Ochoku let out a mocking laugh. "Hah! Even after all that, Ayr is still nothing compared to Captain Rocks."
Silver Axe smirked. "That's what happens when you challenge someone out of your league."
John, regaining his confidence, sneered. "There you have it. Even with Conqueror's Entanglement, he's still too weak. Rocks hasn't acknowledged him, which means…" He crossed his arms. "I win the bet."
Shiki, Linlin, and Whitebeard, however, didn't look convinced.
Charlotte Linlin chuckled. "Are you sure, John? It's a little too early to be celebrating."
John frowned. "What?"
"You really think Ayr is done already?"
John hesitated. The smoke from Ayr's crash was still thick, and Rocks hadn't declared victory yet.
Shiki exhaled a puff of smoke from his cigar. "If you're so sure, why don't we raise the stakes?"
John's expression hardened. "Fine. Let's raise it by 400 million more Baileys!"
Shiki grinned. "That makes it 1.3 billion now. You sure you can afford to lose that much?"
John scoffed. "I won't lose. Ayr's done for."
Charlotte Linlin licked her lips. "Well, since you're so eager to throw away your money… I'll take that bet!"
Whitebeard let out another booming laugh. "Gurararara… Looks like I'll be buying Ayr a drink after this!"
The tension in the air was palpable.
Everyone's eyes turned back toward the battlefield.
The dust was beginning to clear—
And deep within the smoke—
Ayr's silhouette was still standing.
His fiery aura burned even stronger than before. His wounds were healing at an unnatural speed.
And most importantly—
His Conqueror's Haki was still roaring like an unstoppable storm.
The battle was far from over.
