Walter had noticed that Jonathan seemed deep in sleep on the bed, and he took the liberty of sitting beside him. Kissing Jonathan's forehead with gentle, tender care, he whispered, "You're mine."
All at once, Jonathan opened his eyes, confused, his head throbbing. "Where am I?" came his dull inquiry.
"You're awake now, Jonathan," went Walter's warm reply.
Jonathan attempted to rise but groaned slightly from the headache. "Lord Walter, you're here and.... Where is here?"
"You are with me," Walter said sweetly, smiling at him.
For some time, Jonathan stared at Walter and noticed how eerily similar he looked to William. "Are you... William?"
Walter realized that it must be the pill Juliet had given Jonathan that had caused the confusion. He chuckled mildly and said, "No, Jonathan. I am Walter. Your Walter."
Jonathan's eyes widened slightly, still confused. "My Walter?"
