"No, no, no," Sandy said, reaching into Selene's suitcase and yanking out the worn-out top she usually wore around the house.
"There is no way in hell I'm letting you pack this for a vacation," she said, tossing the top across the room like she found it repulsive.
Selene glared at her sister,her eyes shooting daggers that if they were physical they would actually do some damage.She knew telling Sandy about the trip was a mistake,but it wasn't like she had a choice.
Eventually, Sandy would have seen her packing. And besides, Selene didn't want to spring Cyrus on her without warning.
As much as she knew that Sandy was always happy to help, Selene also knew she had a life of her own,even though lately, she seemed to be going out less and hadn't mentioned anything about the guy she was seeing.
But still, Selene was grateful. Sandy had always been there for her and always willing to lend a helping hand with Cyrus. But right now? She was doing too much.
