The detective had slept off on the couch the night before. Exhausted and worn out, all he needed was for him to rest.
Nevertheless, he was finally getting into the feel of the moment when someone tapped him. He was startled as he glanced upon her face.
"Your phone, it has been buzzing. I should let you sleep but I fear something is wrong." She said to him,
He seemed confused.
"Buzzing?" He asked her.
"Yes." She responded.
"But I never silenced...oh." He finally remembered.
Mrs Alina seemed pretty much confused at what had suddenly changed. Just now, he looked like he could have been yelling and suddenly, oh?
"Is everything good?" She asked him.
He took the phone from her as he rose up.
"Thanks." He responded and started walking towards his room. He paused. Hesitated as he turned to look at her.
"Please, next time I sleep that long, wake me up." He said to her,
"Alright. I'll fix breakfast." She responded.
He took the phone inside the bedroom as he checked.
