Time passes quickly as another new year begins.
It was the month they had really been waiting for—the baby arrived into their lives.
However, even after three days had passed, the due date had come and gone, and there was no sign that the baby would be arriving soon.
Alex felt confused, while Aurora was feeling anxious.
Sophia and Matthew, who had been staying with them for three days, tried to soothe both of them.
"Don't worry, Aurora. I truly understand what you're experiencing," Sophia said warmly to Alex. She added, "Back then, my son was nine days overdue. He was really hesitant to come out. You remember, right, Matt?"
Matthew laughs softly as he gazes at Sophia, recalling those moments.
"Yes, I remember... that day you requested a C-section," Matthew said, then looked over at Alex, who were sitting across from them. "You're just like your son, Alex..."
Alex never knew about it and was clearly surprised to find out.
