When Aurora left the bedroom, Alex glanced at her with his apologetic smile.
"I'm sorry, Rory... It took me a while to cook. You must be hungry, right?"
"No, it's fine. I don't feel very hungry anyway," she says with a smile as she begins to enjoy it.
Seeing Aurora start to eat, Alex sat next to her and began eating as well. He starts sharing their plans for their stay in this cabin.
"After your dinner, you can relax and get some rest. No worries about the kitchen—I'll handle that. And in the morning, we'll go explore the beautiful scenery..."
Aurora was too caught up in her own thoughts about her plan to surprise Alex on his birthday, which made her miss what he said clearly.
