Chapter 104 - Chapter 104

One day after Uchiha Shin completely overthrew the Konoha regime, the Hokage Building was in chaos.

"You can't take away our seats as elders and advisors!"

"Traitors! You traitors!!"

"That damn Uchiha brat should be executed!"

Mitokado Homura and Utatane Koharu, the senior advisors of the administrative department, were shouting wildly.

Uchiha Shin walked in, his expression cold as he directly had them arrested and imprisoned. They tried to resist, but it was futile.

Seeing them still running their mouths, Uchiha Shin's patience wore thin.

"I told you to shut up and step down, yet you keep talking? Then go to hell!"

Before they could react, Uchiha Shin burned them alive with a mix of black flames and sealing techniques, ensuring a slow and painful demise.

He wasn't here to play politics. In his eyes, people who only knew how to talk were clowns.

After all, once he cleaned out this old guard, he could always replace them with more loyal subordinates later.

Uchiha Shin immediately reorganized the administrative department, appointing Uchiha Shinji as the chief officer.

For lower-ranking positions, he selected individuals from various clans.

He wasn't in a rush to reform all government agencies just yet; maintaining stability was his priority.

As for the medical department, he put Tsunade in charge.

She had once proposed a nationwide medical ninja initiative, only for Sarutobi Hiruzen to reject it, citing lack of manpower and funding.

Now that Uchiha Shin was in charge, things had to change.

Where would the money come from?

He had already thought it through.

The initial funds would come from reparations extracted from Sunagakure and Amegakure

Later, he would "negotiate" with the Fire Daimyō to secure further funding.

The workload was exhausting, and Uchiha Shin found himself growing increasingly irritated by administrative tasks.

He wasn't here to babysit a village; he was here to rule. If Konoha couldn't function without him constantly overseeing every little thing, then why the hell did it even exist?

Meanwhile, the people of Konoha couldn't ignore the drastic changes taking place.

Unlike the Senju, the Sarutobi and Shimura clans were heavily inbred, making their extermination a non-issue for the rest of the village.

Though many were initially terrified by Uchiha Shin's rise to power, the sheer force he displayed made them choose obedience over resistance.

When a single man can wipe out an entire village, it's not his job to reassure the people—it's their job to please him.

"We need a Public Opinion Department," Uchiha Shin decided. "Put it under Anbu jurisdiction."

The first order of business? Exposing Danzo's crimes.

On the third day of Uchiha Shin's rule, reports detailing Danzo's atrocities began circulating.

From orchestrating the Uchiha Massacre with Hiruzen, to hoarding Sharingan for his own twisted experiments, to desecrating Hashirama Senju's corpse for research—all of it was laid bare.

As this information spread, public sentiment shifted.

Many in Konoha now understood why Uchiha Shin had executed Danzo without hesitation.

Learning that Danzo had even attempted to assassinate him solidified their acceptance of Shin's leadership.

Under Uchiha Shin's deliberate guidance, the narrative changed.

Before long, the people weren't discussing the brutal massacre of two clans or the murder of the Third Hokage.

Instead, they were rallying behind their "charismatic and righteous" new leader, who had been "forced" to take action.

Meanwhile, the upheaval in Konoha sent shockwaves across the world.

In Sunagakure, acting Kazekage Chiyo was initially thrilled to hear of the coup.

However, upon learning that Uchiha Shin had seized power, her expression darkened.

The reports were vague, only stating that an Uchiha had overthrown Konoha's leadership. But Chiyo wasn't an idiot.

How did Sarutobi Hiruzen and the others die? Why would the clans of Konoha accept a twelve-year-old Uchiha as Hokage? The only explanation was that they had been forced to submit.

Given Suna's recent heavy losses and lack of strong leadership, Chiyo had no choice but to stay put and monitor the situation. Sunagakure wasn't in a position to start another war.

But while Chiyo chose patience, other villages weren't so cautious.

Konoha had just fought an exhausting battle against Suna. Even if they won, the cost had to have been immense.

Though Konoha remained the strongest village, its rivals saw an opportunity to bring it down a notch.

And now, of all things, a coup had taken place.

A prepubescent Uchiha had declared himself Hokage. To the other villages, it was laughable.

However, they didn't act immediately. Instead, they dispatched spies to gather intel.

Meanwhile, deep underground, Uchiha Madara listened to White Zetsu's report.

Hearing that Uchiha Shin had slaughtered two clans, executed Sarutobi Hiruzen, and successfully seized control of Konoha, Madara's expression was unreadable.

"Is he really that straightforward?"

"Not just straightforward," White Zetsu chuckled. "The kid's been killing nonstop. He wiped out two entire clans. You can smell the blood from miles away."

Madara remained silent for a moment.

He had intended to find a suitable pawn to carry out the Eye of the Moon Plan. But Uchiha Shin's actions made him hesitate.

From a purely strategic standpoint, Shin was perfect. Ruthless, efficient, and terrifyingly powerful.

But could someone this headstrong be manipulated?

It was clear from Shin's actions that he was his own man. Convincing him to serve a higher purpose would be no small feat.

After some deliberation, Madara decided to wait and observe. He wanted to see how Uchiha Shin governed Konoha and what his next moves would be.

As the world trembled with uncertainty, Uchiha Shin did what he did best—he delegated responsibility and disappeared.

After dumping the remaining paperwork on Tsunade, he went home to relax.

Tsunade, seated at her desk, wiped her mouth and tried to steady her trembling legs. She was livid.

"Why the hell am I Konoha's secretary now?!" she growled. "I spend hours on my knees working, only for you to dump all the actual work on me!?"

Her face was flushed, equal parts rage and embarrassment.

"Fine, fine," she muttered. "I'll do the damn job. But one day, I'm going to make that bastard pay for this."
