Looking at the speechless Danzo, Tsunade's expression could only be described as "surprised."
How could she not see that Danzo and the Third Hokage had likely caused trouble for Uchiha Shin in some way?
This man of hers had disguised himself well before, but in truth, he was as domineering as ever.
And how did she know? Because when she had once tried to take control in bed, Uchiha Shin had flipped her over effortlessly.
She had seen firsthand just how terrifyingly strong he was.
If Uchiha Shin wanted to kill Danzo, Tsunade figured she should probably help.
But things were spiraling out of control. She still wanted Uchiha Shin to calm down.
"Shin, I think—"
"Enough, Tsunade. Stay out of this."
Seeing her hesitation, Uchiha Shin decided not to involve her further.
"Reverse Flying Thunder God Technique."
With a mere thought, he teleported Tsunade away, sending her straight back to the Senju Compound, where she landed beside Uzumaki Mito.
Stunned by the sudden change in scenery, Tsunade blinked in confusion.
"Eh!? How did I get here in an instant!?"
Then the realization hit her—could it be that Uchiha Shin had mastered the Flying Thunder God Technique that her great-uncle had developed?
She turned toward Hokage Rock with a concerned expression. Uzumaki Mito, who had witnessed everything, also narrowed her eyes.
"You appeared beside me in an instant… just like Tobirama's Flying Thunder God Technique."
Mito's sharp gaze landed on Tsunade. "Tsunade, did you learn it?"
Tsunade exhaled and shook her head before sitting down to explain everything.
Meanwhile, back at the battlefield, the sight of Uchiha Shin effortlessly sending Tsunade away made everyone tense up.
Danzo, already prepared to attack, glanced at the shinobi around him. His expression darkened with fury as he glared at Uchiha Shin.
"We'll take him down together! The Uchiha are nothing but a threat to Konoha!" Danzo barked.
But not everyone agreed.
The memory of Uchiha Shin's earlier battle with Uchiha Toyama was still fresh in their minds.
Even the most elite among them weren't sure they could handle Toyama, and Shin had utterly crushed him.
Moreover, the Hokage himself had yet to issue any commands. Who was Danzo to decide the course of action?
Sarutobi Hiruzen hesitated, but in the end, he didn't stop Danzo.
Uchiha Shin had openly defied him, humiliated him.
There was no keeping him in Konoha anymore.
He recalled the intense battle Uchiha Shin had fought against Toyama.
No matter how strong a person was, after such a fight, they had to be injured, possibly severely.
Even though Uchiha Shin looked fine, who knew if he was just holding on?
Now was the perfect time to eliminate him.
At twelve years old, Uchiha Shin already had this much power. If left unchecked, who knew what he would become?
Sarutobi's eyes sharpened, making his decision.
Danzo, wasting no time, began weaving hand seals.
"Summoning Jutsu: Baku!"
A massive elephantine beast appeared in a puff of smoke, its trunk stretching out as it inhaled with monstrous force.
Danzo then retrieved several shuriken, infusing them with Wind Release before launching them.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Wind-chakra-coated shuriken cut through the air, their razor-sharp edges spinning like deadly buzz saws.
Watching this, Uchiha Shin nearly burst out laughing.
This old bastard was throwing shuriken at him?
Did Danzo really think something like that could harm him?
Without even bothering to dodge, Uchiha Shin casually waved his hand.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
The Wind Release-enhanced shuriken were sent flying, embedding into the ground and cutting deep trenches while splitting trees clean in half.
The onlookers, seeing the sheer destructive power of the shuriken—and the fact that Uchiha Shin had swatted them away like flies—were left in stunned silence.
While everyone was bracing for battle, Uchiha Shin stretched his shoulders as if he had just woken up from a nap.
"This is pathetic. You're nothing but frogs at the bottom of a well," he said flatly. "It's time you understood the difference between you and me."
He shut his eyes for a moment before reopening them—gone were his Mangekyō Sharingan. Instead, in their place shone a pair of radiant golden dragon pupils.
"Wood Release: Advent of the Flowering Trees."
Clapping his hands together, he slammed them against the ground.
Half of Konoha trembled violently.
BOOM!
Towering trees erupted from the ground at terrifying speed, their roots surging forward like tendrils of a living beast.
Despite Uchiha Shin's control preventing the technique from engulfing the entire village, the battlefield was instantly transformed into a sea of trees.
Giant flowers began to bloom, their petals opening ominously.
"Wood Release!? The First Hokage's Wood Release!?"
Panic gripped the shinobi as they realized what they were up against.
They had expected Susanoo, but Wood Release? And not just any Wood Release—Hashirama Senju's legendary technique?
Sarutobi Hiruzen's mind raced, but his battle instincts took over.
"Earth Style: Earth Wall!"
A massive stone barrier rose in front of him, but the tree roots merely shattered it to pieces, sweeping forward unimpeded.
He took advantage of the brief delay to evade the approaching vines.
Then he noticed the flowers, their petals widening.
"Everyone, don't inhale the pollen! It'll paralyze you!" he warned.
Danzo, acting in sync with Sarutobi, launched another jutsu.
"Wind Release: Vacuum Wave!"
Both he and Sarutobi exhaled blade-like currents of air, slicing through the approaching roots.
Other shinobi followed suit, unleashing their own techniques.
But most weren't as strong as Danzo.
One by one, elite jōnin and even a few Kage-level shinobi were entangled by the tree roots, their chakra drained as they struggled in vain.
The worst off were the shinobi of the Nara Clan, who were cursing their misfortune. Their Shadow Possession Jutsu was useless here—before they could even attempt to use it, they were ensnared and pressed into the dirt.
Just as miserable were the shinobi of the Sarutobi and Inuzuka Clans. The Inuzuka, both human and ninken alike, were pinned down, unable to move. The Sarutobi, lacking Hiruzen's strength, found themselves utterly overwhelmed.
The Yamanaka Clan? Helpless.
With a single jutsu, Uchiha Shin had decimated nearly every major clan in Konoha—except for the Hyūga, Aburame, and Akimichi, who still had some means of resistance.
But even they were barely holding on, completely unable to counterattack.
Standing atop the sea of trees, Uchiha Shin looked down at them with a cold, detached gaze.
"This… is the power difference between us."
He raised his hand, preparing to end it all.
