Chapter 107 - Chapter 77: Youth

Banner's response made Kino think of several potent drugs with strong side effects. He wondered if combining them with the Lazarus Pit would create new effects.

Ra's al Ghul was utterly shocked. While he knew Banner was conducting experiments on the Lazarus Pit, he had never taken it too seriously. After all, he had spent seven hundred years studying it without fully understanding its mysteries.

Now, hearing that Banner had made such progress, he couldn't help but feel regret. If he had possessed such a serum in the past, he would have conquered the world long ago.

Banner swiftly retrieved the dead white mouse and gently placed it into a cup filled with a green liquid.

"This is a resurrection serum. Well, not exactly a resurrection. If vital organs are too severely damaged, if the head is gone, or if the time of death is too long, it won't work."

As he worked, Banner explained carefully.

The white mouse in the cup began to twitch slightly. At first, the movements were barely noticeable, but over time, they became more pronounced.

Several minutes passed, and the mouse suddenly opened its eyes, awakening and struggling to jump out of the cup.

Before it could move further, a stun baton was thrust into the cup, delivering a continuous electric shock for a full minute.

This time, even after waiting a long while, the white mouse remained still. There were no further signs of resurrection.

"If the brain is too severely damaged, revival is impossible. Additionally, this resurrection serum can only be used through immersion."

Banner casually placed the stun baton aside.

"This method consumes a great deal of the Lazarus Pit's essence. I've examined the waters in the depths of hell—they can recover slowly, but if used to produce resurrection serum, it could only revive a few hundred thousand people before drying up completely."

"Then let's treat this serum as a privilege. Core members of the organization can apply for its use if their family members die unexpectedly. Each person is allowed three chances. Ra's al Ghul, take note of this."

Kino didn't dwell on it too much. In his eyes, this serum was already a success, and there was no need for excessive concern.

Ra's al Ghul quickly responded, "Yes, Young Master, I will record it immediately."

He swiftly pulled out a small notebook and meticulously wrote down Kino's instructions, not daring to be careless.

Banner, too, revealed a joyful smile. As a core member, he knew that no one could guarantee the safety of their loved ones forever. The thought of having such a safety net filled him with relief and gratitude.

Excitedly, he introduced another formula.

"This is the limb regeneration serum. It's my proudest creation. You've already seen its effects, Young Master. After extensive tests on lab mice, I can confirm there are no flaws."

Banner proudly handed over his prized work.

"The age-reversing and life-extending serums are still in the experimental phase. Give me a little more time, and I'll have them ready soon."

Kino looked at the blue serum in his hand, his gaze filled with appreciation. "Banner, is there anything you want in return?"

"Not at all, Young Master. You have already given me a normal life—that is my greatest dream come true."

Banner spoke with a sincere smile, his eyes filled with deep gratitude toward Kino.

No one could understand the feeling of waking up in a strange place, having to hide in remote areas while constantly being hunted.

Although his life had been busy lately, this was exactly the kind of existence he had longed for.

Kino thought for a moment. Although Banner said he wanted nothing, it wouldn't be right to leave him empty-handed. Over time, people needed motivation to keep working.

"From now on, you will receive 20% of the profits made from selling these serums.

Also, in three days, the company will make its official debut. Banner, you will present the limb regeneration serum and the healing serum. The resurrection serum and enhancement serum will remain for internal use only."

Banner's face first showed disbelief, then sheer delight.

"Thank you, Young Master!"

Given the remarkable effects of these serums, they would undoubtedly sell for astronomical prices.

Moreover, since he was the one announcing them, the entire world would recognize him—not as the uncontrollable, destructive Hulk, but as the brilliant Dr. Banner.

He could already picture himself standing under the spotlight, receiving worldwide acclaim and admiration. It would be the most glorious moment of his life.

"So, get some rest and prepare to present yourself in the best possible condition," Kino advised.

However, Banner was too lost in his thoughts to notice Kino's words. He was already practicing his speech, immersed in his own world.

Seeing this, Kino shook his head with a helpless smile.

He then began exploring the laboratory with interest. Despite its vast size, the lab currently had only Banner working tirelessly.

Once the company made its debut, it would be time to recruit additional personnel. Constantly overworking Banner like this almost made Kino feel guilty.

As he examined the various equipment and instruments in the lab, his eyes landed on a large jar on one of the tables.

Curious, he walked closer to inspect it. Inside was a white, lard-like substance with a faint, glossy sheen.

Kino leaned in and took a sniff. It had a light, refreshing fragrance.

"Banner, what is this?" Kino turned and asked.

Snapped out of his thoughts, Banner responded, "Young Master, this is the byproduct filtered out during the production of the resurrection and limb regeneration serums.

I originally wanted to see if it could be repurposed into a healing ointment, but I failed. The only effect it has is making skin whiter and smoother."

Whiter?

Kino glanced at his own hand—it was already quite fair.

Then, he looked at Ra's al Ghul's hands. His bronzed skin was rough, making it a good test subject.

"Ra's al Ghul, put your hands in the jar and soak them for a while."

"Yes, Master."

Ra's al Ghul immediately rolled up his sleeves and submerged both hands into the jar.

Time ticked by, and after ten minutes, he pulled his hands out and washed them clean. The moment he saw them, his eye twitched.

His hands had become as soft and smooth as a woman's, even emitting a faint glow. The transformation was shocking.

An unexpected discovery.

Kino asked excitedly, "Banner, how much of this substance can be produced?"

"A lot. A small bottle of serum can produce several large jars of this. Young Master, are you thinking of selling it?"

Banner asked with slight confusion.

"That's right. This might end up making more money than all the other serums combined."

The jar wasn't even that large, but it could be diluted. Since Ra's al Ghul achieved such noticeable results in just ten minutes, even a highly diluted version would be effective.

"In three days, you'll present this skincare product alongside the others, Banner."

"Then, Young Master, what should we name it?"

"Call it Youth."
