POV 1ST PERSON
So I did something, apparently I forced the connection the children of Apollo had with him to widen significantly to the point he can almost get away with interacting with them, because they nearly count as baby gods with how much of his divinity they can pull into themselves.
So I'm not allowed to use a breathing style at full power around demigods according to Chiron and Mr D (dionysus) who I haven't met yet (I can't be bothered to talk to a god yet), So that's fun.
But did you know that as a blessed of Gaia I have special privileges like I exempt from the need to sacrifice to the gods (I still did but only to hestia, Persephone, Hades,Gaia,Hecate, Thanatos and hypnos) also something I didn't know Hestia hangs out at the hearth in camp.
"So what's a ex-Olympian doing at the camps hearth, goddess Hestia?" she seemed surprised to see someone saw her but composed her self before answering "it's the only way I can be around my extended family" she smiles sadly I hummed thoughtfully "why is that so?" She thinks for a moment before answering.
"'to prevent power struggles and maintain a balance between the mortal and divine realms' Is the official reason but really it's to stop the gods from getting too attached. So if that child is killed by a monster of a certain gods blood it doesn't start a war between them" I hum positively "yeah that kinda makes sense more than just not wanting to pay child support" I say with a smirk at her and she chuckles a bit.
"And that" she adds to her earlier statement. We sit there in comfortable silence for a few moments "it must brake your heart as the goddess of family to see your brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces fighting but it must hurt even more to see so many children as the daughter of the titaness of motherhood" she nods lightly with tears in her eyes.
I don't comment on her silently crying to herself and wait until shes got it all out. "It does, it hurts so much to see innocent children die to something so preventable as the curse of lemia" ah I remember that from Chiron mentioning it in the tour as the reason monsters can sense children of the gods so easily.
I hum a comforting song (httyd the dancing and the dreaming) softly but other wise stay silent.
After a while she stands up and smiles at me "thank you Yoriichi for talking to me" I beam at her "it was my pleasure goddess Hestia" she chuckles a bit "you have my permission to call me just Hestia" I smirk at her "as you wish just Hestia" she giggles and disappears with her giggles still lingering in the air for a moment.
"She's fun" I say to myself before heading to my cabin to get some sleep.

When I wake up in the morning I sneak into the hephestus cabin to go wake up David for training.
When I'm right next to him I move to his ear and suddenly yell "WAKE UP DAVID" he flinches and falls out of bed with a scream of fear.
I smirk as he catches his breath still laying on the floor "did you forget training kiddo" he just groans as U start dragging him out to the training field.
I apologized to the few other kids I woke up but leave unbothered with my 'luggage' in to getting dragged through the camp.
When we make it to the field I turn to him on the floor "alright David it's time for you to learn the last 3 forms over the next few weeks" I grab his wood sword from my waist band and hand it to him "I'm gonna go extra hard from now on because we don't know when your first quest could be" I give him a cold smile as he shivers.
"Don't worry you'll live" he relaxes a bit before I speak again "hopefully" then his face falls.
Line break
'Over the next week or so of super hard training David manages to atleast use the forms but thats about it. Although' I turn to the small crowd watching and the few trying to emulate David's training to no success.
I yell over to the few trying "you won't be able to do the special effects stuff without learning total concentration breathing first kiddos" I smile as a few give up but some of the ares kids don't.
I turn back to David "ok David its time" his eye light up like never before "really" I chuckle "yes David it's time to learn form 9" he squeals like a girl at that and one of the braver kids walk over and ask "whats form 9?" David stops squealing only to answer.
He answers like he's reading from a textbook "form 9 of flame breathing is the personal creation of a man named Kyōjurō Rengoku the flame hashira, the form is the ultimate culmination of his life, experiences and his personal moto in life" he pauses for breath for a moment and continue in the most serious voice he's ever talked in "Rengoku's moto was 4 simple words, 'set your heart ablaze'" he tries to mimic my voice from that Cyclops fight all those months ago.
The kid tilts his head confused "set your heart ablaze?" David turns and give me puppydog eyes and I sigh.
POV 3RD PERSON
As Yoriichi walks a small distance away from the group of kids as more and more come to see the commotion he unsheathes his katana with a flourish and raised the blade above his head and breaths deep.
"Listen kiddos I'm going to say this once ok." They nod and listen close "Rengoku's moto was simple. Take all that may hurt you or make you hesitate for even a moment, like fear, hate and even something as simple as pain. Take all those negative emotions and feelings and set them alight,let them burn and use that buring, that fire and use it as fuel to move fast" I flash over to the other side of the yard "hit harder" I swing hard enough a blade of wind and flame comes off my blade. "Or to put it more Simply. SET YOUR HEART ABLAZE" I with all my strength swing my blade in form 9 creating a massive long distance fire wave that travels far above there heads for as far as the eye can track even splitting the clouds slightly.
