After entering the state of Ultra Instinct, the aura emanating from Katakana's entire body had completely changed. It no longer had its former domineering presence, instead radiating a mysterious and profound energy.
The moment he finished speaking, Katakana's body had already appeared in front of Angel Whis.
"I was right... It's truly Perfect Ultra Instinct!"
Whis looked at Katakana's transformation with a shocked expression.
Although he had speculated earlier that Katakana's Ultra Instinct had grown stronger, witnessing it reach perfection still surprised him.
After all, Ultra Instinct is different from other Techniques, it's one of the top divine powers of the Angels.
Though not necessarily the strongest, it is undeniably extremely powerful.
Even among the Gods of Destruction from Universe 1, 3, 6, and 7, only Beerus had managed to grasp the fundamentals of Ultra Instinct.
That alone shows how difficult Ultra Instinct is to master.
Every God of Destruction is a peak existence in their respective universe in terms of both potential and strength. Yet even they cannot easily master Ultra Instinct.
And now, a mortal, Katakana, had actually mastered the perfected form. Naturally, this astonished Whis.
"I never imagined how powerful Mr. Katakana's Ultra Instinct has become."
"At this rate, even I might not be able to defeat you so easily," Whis said with a faint smile.
However, it was clear these were words of humility.
Though Katakana had achieved Perfect Ultra Instinct, it would still be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for him to defeat an Angel.
After all, Ultra Instinct is only one of many divine powers an Angel possesses.
"Hmph. I know I can't defeat you yet, but I still want to try!"
"I want to see just how close I can get to the level of an Angel!"
With that, Katakana's eyes turned cold, focused and without the slightest carelessness.
He understood that even with Perfect Ultra Instinct, defeating Whis was impossible.
At best, he could last a little longer in battle.
Angels wield more than just Ultra Instinct. For instance, if Whis used time reversal mid-fight, Katakana would lose instantly.
"Very well. If that's your resolve, Mr. Katakana, I will grant your wish!" Whis's expression turned serious, his face solemn.

The two figures vanished from sight simultaneously.

Their arms collided with tremendous force.
A shockwave swept across the entire realm of the Gods of Destruction, leveling every flower, tree, and stone in its path.

Katakana launched a flurry of rapid punches at Whis. His speed was so fast it seemed like each strike burned the very air.
Each blow exploded with a muffled boom.
Because both had mastered Ultra Instinct, and because Katakana's strikes were exceptionally fast, even Whis struggled to dodge. He had no choice but to block and look for openings to counterattack.
Bang! Bang!
Their fists collided repeatedly, sending sonic rings rippling through the air. The overwhelming force of their blows made it hard to see anything else.
Boom!
After another clash, Katakana's body dropped from the air. He managed to stabilize himself just before hitting the ground, avoiding serious injury.
"Angel strength really is something else..."
"But even so, I won't stop striving to grow stronger"
Katakana growled lowly.
Then, transforming into a grayish-white streak of light, he surged toward Whis again.
This time, his speed was even greater.
As his fist flew, it distorted the very space around it.
Boom!
When the two fists collided again, the shockwave made the surrounding space tremble. Both Whis and Katakana were forced back two steps.
This time, Whis's expression turned more serious.
That last punch… had numbed his entire arm.
He couldn't unleash his full strength again so easily.
" You're strong… And I get the sense Mr. Su Han has already adapted to my speed and power!"
Whis's expression darkened.
During their exchanges, he realized something troubling: Katakana's strength was steadily catching up.
That last punch proved it. Earlier, Whis had the clear upper hand, but now…
"Don't get distracted!" Katakana's voice came from behind.
He appeared behind Whis in a flash, sweeping out his right leg like a lightning-fast whip.
Whis didn't have time to react, he had no choice but to block with his arms.
Boom!
Whis was sent flying backward over 100 meters by Katakana's kick.
Although he wasn't injured, it was a huge accomplishment for Katakana to force Whis to retreat that far.
"It's not over yet, Whis!" A grin spread across Katakana's face.
Before Whis could recover, Katakana had already raised both hands.
"Big Bang Destruction Ki Blast!"
With a furious roar, a terrifying energy blast mixed with the power of destruction shot toward Whis!
As Whis sensed the destructive power contained within, he froze.
"What? That's… the Power of Destruction?"
"When did Mr. Katakana master the power of destruction? I never taught him that..."
"This is bad!"
Whis's pupils shrank in shock, too late.
The energy blast hit his body like a meteor screaming from the heavens.
