Silas's POV
My head started to get dizzy. I felt like I was going to die, and my eyes closed. And then I snapped my eyes open. I found myself lying down on the bed.
And I realized that it was a dream which I had seen. I glanced at Velric, and he was still covered with the quilt, the same way I had covered him in my dream.
I quickly removed the quilt from his face, and he was sleeping. My heart was beating so fast seeing this. And then I realized that the window was open—just like in my dream.
Velric was looking down from the window—that's why I had closed the window before sleeping, I remembered. And now the window is open; it means someone has sneaked inside.
This window was locked from the inside, and the bedroom doors are locked from the inside. I don't know how someone had gotten in, but someone has sneaked in. And I think that someone—Krivan—was still inside the room.
