Chapter 45 - "A Glitch in the Dream?"

The scene shifted, and we saw a dark-skinned boy, around four years old, lying on a small bed in a cramped room. He slowly opened his eyes, looking at the ceiling. Where the fuck am I? This place kinda looks familiar. He turned his head sideways, looking at the wall riddled with cracks and a cockroach scurrying by. He continued his thought, Wall filled with cracks and cockroaches everywhere... this is definitely the room I lived in as a kid in my past life.

Getting out of bed, he raised his hands, rubbing his eyes, thinking, Why the fuck am I here? I thought I passed out in my room, from not able to breathe from all the blood coming out of my nose. Since I passed out, this must be a dream. But why the hell am I dreaming about this, and my body is moving on its own? He walked towards the door of the room, thinking, I don't really have any good memories in this crappy place.

Opening the door, we saw a dark-skinned man and woman arguing with each other. Looking at them, he thought, I only have memories of them fighting every single fucking day. Back then, I didn't know why, since I was just four, but I soon found out that I was the reason.

We saw the man shouting at the woman, "I told you to get rid of it then, but you didn't listen! Now, with all these expenses, we can barely..." He was cut off as the woman swung her hand, slapping his face. "How dare you!" she exclaimed. "Say such a thing! He's your son, not some kind of object!" The man retorted, "Bitch, you dare slap me?" He swung his hand, hitting her, and she fell to the ground. "I told you I didn't want it in the first place!"

Draven continued, A mistake that they didn't get rid of. The woman on the ground's eyes landed on Draven, as Daniel, a kid in his past life, stood there crying. "Babe, what are you doing awake? Go back to bed," she said. He ran towards her, saying, "Mommy!"

The man grabbed his hand. "Hey, kid, go back to your room. I'm talking with Mommy right now."

Draven continued, I'm a mistake of this bastard, that doesn't deserve to be the father of anyone. Little Daniel cried, struggling to free his hand. The man said, "Damm kid, I said go back to your room!" His mom stood up, holding the man's hand. "Let go of him!"
