The arrow hitting William and his body falling into the ground made a hell of a noise. Rebo, who was sleeping on his bed, woke up the moment that happened.
William yelled, "Be careful with the balcony; someone shot an arrow. If you can, close it!"
Rebo moved away from the bed, and he stuck to the walls, trying to get some cover. No more arrows came shooting through the balcony, so he believed it was safe. However, it was better to be safe and act as if there would be more attacks.
He pulled William away from the balcony, and then he closed it.
"Are you okay?" Rebo asked.
William had an arrow on his chest. It wasn't fatal at all, but he could sense there was something more to that attack. The tip of the arrow had poison.
"I'll be okay," William said as he slowly got up, "but who attacked us? Did the manager send someone?"
The coincidence was just too much. William had recently met the manager inside his house, and an attack happened on the same night.
