Chapter 306 - The New Transfer Students

"Great, I made it on time."

Landing on the school's rooftop, Videl let out a quiet sigh of relief.

She had already been reprimanded by her teachers multiple times due to her frequent tardiness.

Finding her schoolbag, Videl ran down the stairs and entered the classroom.

Most of the students were already there, either chatting or horsing around, making the classroom noisy and lively.

However, as soon as Videl walked in, the classroom immediately quieted down significantly. She could even feel gazes directed at her—some filled with disdain, others with outright dislike.

She had long since grown used to this. After all, she was the daughter of Mr. Satan. Within the entire school, or even the entire Orange Star City, she and her father were well-known figures.

A twinge of bitterness rose in her heart, but Videl, who prided herself on being strong, didn't let it show. She merely kept a blank expression as she walked up the steps and sat in her seat.

"Videl, I saw it on the news just now. You helped the police catch some criminals again."

"But no matter how hard you try, it won't change how everyone sees you. After all, your father is that 'arrogant Satan.'"

"Hahaha…"

The boy sitting next to Videl spoke, then burst into mocking laughter.

He had a handsome face and long, stylish golden hair. His arms were crossed, and he carried an air of nonchalance, as if nothing in the world could faze him.

"Sharpner, my affairs have nothing to do with you."

Without even looking up, Videl casually replied as she tidied her belongings.

Sharpner's face darkened. How dare a mere Videl speak to him like this?

Just as he was about to say something, he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his head. Looking up, he saw that another girl had somehow appeared in front of them.

"Hey, Elisa, what the hell are you doing?!"

"You totally deserved that for bullying Videl again!"

Sharpner glared angrily at the girl who had smacked him on the head, but Elisa simply made a face at him before turning to Videl with concern.

"Videl, are you hurt?"

"Are you okay? Do you want to take the day off and rest?"

Noticing the bandage wrapped around Videl's left arm, Elisa's face was filled with worry.

"It's just a small injury."

"Don't worry, Elisa, I'm fine."

A rare smile appeared on Videl's face as she shook her head.

No matter whether she was at school or outside, people always avoided her. Only Elisa was willing to befriend her—her one and only friend. Videl couldn't help but feel a warmth spread in her heart at Elisa's concern.

"Videl, I also saw the news! You showed off your skills again and helped the police catch some bad guys!"

"Come on, tell me how you did it!"

"It wasn't anything special—just some ordinary bank robbers."

Videl didn't really want to talk about her battles, but under her friend's relentless pestering, she had no choice but to give a brief recount of the events.

Although Sharpner wore a look of disdain, he still subtly leaned in, listening carefully.

"That's amazing! You're incredible, Videl!"

After hearing Videl's story, Elisa clasped her hands together with admiration.

Videl was just a girl her age, yet she could fight and defeat criminals. That was truly impressive.

But Videl merely smiled bitterly. Real battles were far from as simple as they sounded. If not for the intervention of that mysterious warrior, she might have already died at the hands of the gang leader's sneak attack.

Of course, this was something she kept to herself—there was no need to worry Elisa.

"Videl, you're so amazing! You'll definitely get into the Red Silk Girls Academy in the future."

"Ahhh, I wish I were as strong as you. I want to become a Red Silk Girl and serve Lord God too!"

"Elisa, you? Becoming a Red Silk Girl to serve Lord Kami? Keep dreaming!"

"You're so mean, Sharpner! Can't I just fantasize a little?!"

"Ah! Ow, ow, ow! Let go of my hair!"

As Elisa and Sharpner bickered, Videl found herself momentarily lost in thought.

Getting into the Red Silk Girls Academy—that was her dream, too.

No, it was every girl's dream.

The beautiful and powerful Red Silk Girls were idols for all the girls on Earth.

But getting into the academy was extremely difficult. Every year, only a handful of lucky girls across the entire planet were selected…

However, once admitted, they would undergo rigorous training, and upon graduation, they would officially become Red Silk Girls, serving Lord God. They would receive immense power and eternal life, bringing unparalleled honor not only to themselves but also to their families.

Because of her father, Videl felt her life was utterly miserable. The only way to change her fate was to enter the Red Silk Girls Academy.

She knew it would be incredibly difficult, but she would never give up!

With that thought, Videl clenched her fists tightly, her gaze firm and unwavering…

"Everyone, quiet down."

As class was about to start, the principal walked in, and the room immediately fell silent.

No one knew why the esteemed principal had suddenly come to their classroom. The students exchanged curious whispers.

"Settle down, everyone. Today, we have a few transfer students joining your class."

"You may all come in now."

After clapping his hands to quiet the students, the principal signaled for the new students to enter.

And in the next moment—

A chorus of shocked exclamations filled the classroom.

"Whoa, those three are insane!"

"A guy and two super cute girls?"

"That hair is so cool!"

Yuujin, Gokumi, and Broly stepped onto the podium, and every student in the room stared at them without blinking.

It couldn't be helped—their appearances were just too striking!

Yuujin and Gokumi were relatively normal, aside from their wild, voluminous hair. But Broly? She was decked out with a headband, neck ring, waist ring, gauntlets, and leg guards—her whole body gleaming with gold, making him look ridiculously cool.

Yuujin found the situation amusing, though it was exactly as he expected. Clearly, these students hadn't recognized them.

As Earth's God and Goddess, Yuujin and Gokumi's images were strictly prohibited from being circulated in the media or online. Plus, it had been years since they had last appeared before the public. With both of them in Super Saiyan 3 form, it was no surprise that the students didn't recognize them.
