After spending a fun week in China we come back to Hong Kong because of the Dragon summit that I convened will be held the next day. " Hold your head high, young dragon. For you are the first dragon who not only defeated the dark dragon but also conquered the heart of a huntsclan member. A feat unseen even during the age of harmonious peace." Said Lao Shi while fixing Jake's formal attire.
Rose was right beside Jake wearing a formal dress đź‘— in purple colour and hair braided. I was wearing a grey suit with a white under shirt and a black tie. Susan was wearing a light pink business suit for women with a long skirt. Lao Shi was wearing his signature blue robes with flip flops. Haley was wearing a bluish green dress with her signature twin ponytails. Rose's parents also joined us.
We went to the helipad that is above the hotel. The Summit is being held at Utopia Planetia University. After collecting all the dragons I.C.S.S INFINITY will go to the Utopia Planetia University which is orbiting around Jupiter and there we will commence the dragon summit. The dragons that were scattered around Hong Kong have been flown to the INFINITY situated near the moon via Ashbirds.
After all the dragons arrived aboard the INFINITY the ship engaged its Mk. II Inertialess transdrive super heavyweight engine which reaches the Utopia Planetia University in a fraction of a second. " Aw, I was hoping to see more." Said Spud. " This is Captain Thompson of the I.C.S.S INFINITY. Due to the importance of the dragon summit we were instructed to use the Inertialess Transdrive engine. Our return trip will be done using the sublight engines leaving enough time to enjoy the sights of the Solar system. Enjoy your time at Utopia Planetia University." Said the captain through the intercom.
Everyone disembarked from the I.C.S.S INFINITY and they were greeted by the most mesmerising sight ever. Thousands of human and magical creature students of various ages were going through the futuristic corridors of the university. I go out front, theatrically spread out my hand then declare," Welcome, ladies and gentlemen to the Utopia Planetia University. The single most largest, greatest and most diverse university ever to operate in the history of the world. And the fun part? It technically doesn't even operate in the world."
I get no response as everyone is busy gawking at the interior of the university. I give out a fake cough which successfully caught everyone's attention. I led them to the conference room that was arranged for accommodating all 305 dragons. I went to the podium then said in the mic," Greetings, to all the dragons who have taken the time to come here. I will not prance around and go to the main topic. The law enforcement system of the magical world is not only outdated and inadequate but also inhumane and unfair.
My subordinates, both organic and inorganic have been infiltrating your world since the last yearly summit convened at the Isle of Draco. There are magical communities numbering at millions protected by the might of one single dragon and there are communities of a few thousand where dozens of dragons are present. Not to mention dragons are expected to solve every menial problem which has created a sense of entitlement amongst the magical populace.
Most magical creatures with sentience think that dragons are like literal servants willing to heed their every beck and call. Now, it's time for change." Councillor Andam raised his hand. " I know. That's why you need the help of the mark bearers." I say. The entire room falls into murmurs. Then councillor Kulde stands up and asks," Why would the mark bearers help us? That dragon shaped birthmark means that they are born with subconscious animosity towards any and all magical creatures." " That is not true Councillor Kulde. The mark is a gift from the ascended dragons to both worlds. " Everyone goes silent as the name ascended dragon carries some serious weight.

These dragons are long dead due to the war with primordial gods along with the primordial gods. Currently only 12,000 huntsclan affiliated mark bearers exist as they are dedicated to Infinitum Corporation. But mark bearers will not stop being born just because the huntsclan doesn't exist anymore.
Now, that mark makes certain that they are exposed to either the good side of the magical world or the bad side of the magical world. That alone will decide their path. So, we must intervene and show that things are both good and bad. I propose using the mark bearers as a trained and armed police force that will work in conjunction with the dragons. The training and education will be jointly handled by Infinitum Corporation and the dragon council. " I explained.
" Now time to vote. All against the idea?" I ask. No one raises their hands. " All in favour?" I ask. Every dragon present raises their hands. " 305 - 0. I name this endeavour Project Guardian." I declared. Everyone breaks out in applause. The meeting ended and everyone was ushered into the banquet hall for a mouth watering feast. Everyone was sent back to the temporary quarters for a night of sleep then started the guided tour of the Solar system. After a 7 day tour we returned to the Earth.
